I LOVE The Tortoise and the Hare!! I have them on VHS because I missed getting them on DVD when they were available, but I found them on eBay brand new on VHS, with the cloud boxes! :)

Today I did Kundalini Yoga then Not so Tough Aerobics and Firm Abs day one.

I’m not sure how I’m feeling about this rotation. I have decided that I don’t like the Firm warm ups. I actually never did, even back when they first came out. I used to skip them back then. :oops: There are a few Cathe Warm ups that I totally enjoy. I think I’m going to sub them in.

Today I saw a client for a restructuring assessment and a massage. It was the first since Covid lock down - well, other than family. It went really well and all the measures I put into place worked seamlessly.
 
Hi Ladies,

Yesterday, was Firm Volume 1 to start the week. Needed, to go easy today after getting my butt kicked by Susan yesterday! So I did a Pilates workout on my Old school Jane Fonda Exercise Mat! Plan to do a Cathe workout this week. On another somewhat related fitness note my Mom is putting her gloves and trunks on again for one last boxing match in December!

Hi everyone!

Today I extended my Kundalini Yoga enough to serve as a warm up. Then I did Firm Time Crunch Classic #4. What a difference! When I finish my KY I always feel warm, calm and ready to go. I think the Firm warm ups were like throwing a wet blanket on my mojo. Much better this way!

Geoff: That’s fantastic that your mother boxes! Does she have any pictures on the Internet?

Carol: My maiden name was Rose. I also have an Aunt Carole although her last name was never Rose. I’m from Northern NH now but originally from the Johnstown, Pa area and then Philadelphia. The Gym Styles are great!

Hi Ladies,

Thank you so much about the complements about my Mom!! My Mom started boxing in the late 80's / early 90's. She started with just basic classes, that led to sparring in class, and an actual fight. Fist she was just going to do one, and than till she got a win. When she got her first win she was hooked. She hung up he gloves in 1997 with a record of 7 Wins and 14 losses. She put the gloves back on in 2010 or 2011 participating in a bunch of unsanctioned fights in clubs with a record of 8 losses and 1 win and hung up her gloves again in 2012. In 2016/17 she was contacted about a woman her age who had been taking classes for a few years and wanted the thrill of a real fight. Both of them went and did the testing and got licensed and fought each other. My Mom won the first fight in a split decision, lost the second fight by ko in round 3, she won the third fight in a very highly contested result. Anyway, they fight again in December. Below is one of her early fights, She's in the black trunks and white top.

Today was Nancy Pop Crunch Sculpt. Workout was not bad. However, she say's numerous times last one & than one more set!! Right shoulder is a bit sore but I did good and used mostly 8 and 10lb weights.
 
Can I be forgiven?? I Go from one extreme to the other!! I have a B-Day in a few weeks so I decided to treat myself. I just ordered two Chicago Deep Dish Pizza's from Lou Malnati's. However, on the plus side I also, ordered Cathe LITE Series (Low Impact Training Extreme) Body Weight and Bands, Great Glutes, and LITE Series (Low Impact Training Extreme) Body Stacked Sets Upper Body. Can I be forgiven of my sin? :p:p
