This morning, I got up at 4:50am like I do 4x per week and did my run/walk/stadium for an hour. It's about a 5 min drive from the school back home and when I did my stretch after I got home, I literally felt like I could just stay on the floor and go back to sleep. Instead, I changed clothes and DID go back to bed. Luckily, it's cooling off here so I hadn't sweat much (I know it's still kinda gross). Anyway, I slept for 2 1/2 more hours. What's up with that? Also, on these days when I do run, I always feel sleepy throughout the day. I thought good cardio was supposed to energize you????? I could probably do this every time but I usually have to go to work after. I'm off today.
