    I am doing the Classic/Doubles Rotation (I do some cardio on weight days or when I have extra energy). I would say that weight loss comes mostly from your diet.     Fitstick, I think that separating the abs from the "meat" of the workout is a great idea. My trainer told me to do abs when you are fresh rather than throwing them in when you are already fatigued. I'll probably use it both ways to see if there is a difference. Tamikka

    How long have you been doing this routine (working and softball). I would wait and see how your body responds before making any changes to your current w/o plan. You may have been getting in enough working out to sustain your level of fitness before you added new life activities. Tamikka
