    I took a basic salsa class last night. Does anyone dance?

    I think i will stick with it and use that as one of my cardio days. The advanced classes look really hard. Does anyone here dance salsa? I wasnt really sweating because it was an introductory class but that has to burn a lot of calories when you are really doing advanced steps.

    I just got my kpc last night and I put it in my sons playstation2 and it skips and played in slow motion. Then when i put it in the dvd player it was better but not perfect.

    It doesnt hurt everytime I workout but I did Viper and Kick Punch and Crunch the next day and today its hurting a little. I know am too heavy for high impact but will it get easier on my knee as the weight comes off?
