Wow!! After just one day back on Myfitnesspal I'm somewhat astonished at how many cals I've been chowing down on each day!!!! :eek::eek: Even with burning an extra 700+ cals, I'm getting too close to using up ALL of my assigned cals AND the additional 700!! :eek: My fat grams put me to shame!! Sheeeeeeze, I guess the answers to my plateau are already coming frighteningly and blaringly clear!! :eek::eek::p:eek::eek:

It is an eye-opening experience to start tracking cals! I haven't done it since I started on my program last February. I may need to start again if I decide to work on dropping more body fat! My weight is where I want it, but I still have a significant amount of belly fat that I want to get rid of! I'm just not quite ready yet to get more strict with my diet!

You'll be breaking that plateau pretty quickly now that you can made the adjustments you need!
 
Oh yeah- extremely sobering!! I guess after I lost the first 10lbs, I just began to rest on my laurels (whereever those are!! :p) It's already making me MUCH more aware BEFORE I put anything in my mouth!

I track my calories on The Daily Plate site.....amazing how one "snack" can put you over the limit....too many snacks in one day just ruins all the hard work.
