I only use the step portion - it is a very good if you just want a half hour, fun step routine. I haven't really got into high low and, like Clare, don't want to do endurance for upper body.
Well ladies, I received my SJ&P and did it for the first time this morning. I really liked it! The step portion was fun and the high low was also. Can't say I "loved: the leg work however! Thanks for all of your input! I already have Step Blast and it is one of my favorites!
I couldn't get the DVD cuz the TV where I workout is too old to allow a DVD. We just bought a new TV for the living room and are now pinching pennies so I can have a new TV and DVD player in my exercise room. One thing at a time I guess! Thanks again guys! Susan
