Your Results after Intensity Series?

Hi--

Just wanted to see what kind of results you were seeing after you received and have been doing the Intensity Series.. If you have been doing an intensity rotation since you received them early January, its been about 6 weeks.. long enough to see some changes.

So, how is it/did it work for you? Did you feel it made any significant changes in your fitness level? If so, how?

Hi Lynn, well I completed my 6 weeks on the Total Body Blast rotation and ended up losing 1/2 inch off my waist, 3/4" off my hips and 1/4 off each thigh. I'm happy! I started a new rotation this week to help burn off some more! Susan
 
Hi Lynn,

I received the Intensity Series in December and completed Cathe's recommended rotation with emphasis on heavy weights. Wow, I saw changes. I didn't measure myself (I should start though!) but my abs are much more defined, my legs are so much more solid, and I'm noticing much better definition in my upper body. I just feel stronger, it's great!

These workouts are just so fun, too, and they really kick your fitness level up a notch. For instance, I did CTX kickbox tonight and literally breezed through the entire thing. I couldn't have done that a few months ago. I was shocked and so happy!:7

Good luck with the new tapes. They're an absolute blast!

Thanks for letting me know your results!! I do have the Intensity Series, and used it for about a month in my rotation. I noticed a definite improvement in core strength, esp those obliques!

I stick to mostly S&H as the focus of my regimen. (Muscle gains have always been my primary focus.) I felt it was a nice complement to S&H in that I felt it had much more of an endurance feel. I really liked what PUB/PLB did for shaping!

Just out of curiosity, what were your primary goals? Strength, endurance, or Fat burning?

I am constantly trying to improve my muscles - definition and I'd like a little bulk - just so they LOOK strong! ;) so, I did the strength rotation, with a few mods, for 3 weeks, now I'm doing the overall blast with mods. I replace some of the high impact (IMAX2) with other lower impact cardio for my achy knees.

I have noticed definite improvement in my Abs. DH says they look awesome and he has noticed major improvement. They weren't really slouchy before but now there is some DEFINITION!!! Not at the place I want to be yet, but I'm getting there.

I think other muscles have improved a little but this is my trouble spot and I've noticed the most difference there. :) Think it must be those terrible pikes in PUB....
