Jerry, I'm going to have to third Muscle Max! I really like that one. And as others have said, you can use dumbbells instead of a barbell in any workout. As far as total body routines, Push Pull & Supersets (both on the same DVD) is also really good...I started out with Push Pull. It uses an exercise ball but there are ways to do the exercises without having to use it. You can lay on the floor for bench presses/flyes, sit on a chair when it is used to sit on, and one move where you are leaning forward over the ball for some reverse flyes (I forget the exact move) you can always sit on a chair leaning forward to do the moves.
I've also got PUB/PLB but my lower body is not at the point where I can devote a whole workout to it so those will have to wait.
