Your favorite strength training vid??

I need a good, challenging total body weight training workout that I can use dumbbells as opposed to barbells. What would your recommendations be?

Hi Jerry - I use dumbbells in all of my weight workouts, even when Cathe uses a barbell. So any of her workouts will work... or other instructors of course! My favorite full body workout is Muscle Max. But if you have the Pyramid DVD, the Bonus Combo is really good too!
 
I'd have to agree with Shannon. I love Muscle Max but Pyramid Upper Body uses all dumbbells. When you get into splits, I would definitely recommend the Gym Styles and you could use dumbbells for those as well.

Jerry, I'm going to have to third Muscle Max! I really like that one. And as others have said, you can use dumbbells instead of a barbell in any workout. As far as total body routines, Push Pull & Supersets (both on the same DVD) is also really good...I started out with Push Pull. It uses an exercise ball but there are ways to do the exercises without having to use it. You can lay on the floor for bench presses/flyes, sit on a chair when it is used to sit on, and one move where you are leaning forward over the ball for some reverse flyes (I forget the exact move) you can always sit on a chair leaning forward to do the moves.

I've also got PUB/PLB but my lower body is not at the point where I can devote a whole workout to it so those will have to wait.
