Cathlete
Who are you favorite instructors beside Cathe Friedrich? I like Amy Bento a lot as well. I'm just curious who else you think are really good.

LOOOOOOVE Carrie Rezabek (pure barre)
Miranda & Sahra Esmonde-White (Classical Stretch)

I'm using those 2 along with STS for upper body and LOVING it!

1. Cardio Coach, AKA Sean O'Malley - for machine cardio (I use them on my elliptical, but they're also great for stationary bikes, treadmills, stair climbers, etc), and for outdoor running/walking/hiking
2. Anthony DiLuglio - Art of Strength - for kettlebell workouts
3. Craig Ballantyne - Turbulence Training - great full body circuit workouts
4. Miranda Esmonde-White - Classical Stretch
5. Cathe - I use her weight training DVD's

Cathe is above ALL other instructors IMO~

But I also like

CC - Sean O'Mally
Jillian Michaels
Kelly Coffee
Insanity - Sean T
Karen Voight
Gin Miller
Petra Kobler

Tracy Staehle - LOVE her last kickbox workout
Amy Bento
Ilaria Montagani
Kimberly Spreen
Cardio Coach

Other than Cathe, those are the folks I workout with the most.

I like some of Tracy Staehle's. Step Sweatfest I loved, so I ordered a couple more and don't like them as much because the intensity is really varied. OOps had to edit this - it's not Step Sweatfest that I love, it's Maximum Intensity Step mix. The format is similar to an IMAX but not quite as intense because she does add ons for the combos in between intervals. She has a lot of fun combos in this one
Amy Bento once you get the cuing down!
Mindy Mylrea

Those are my faves after Cathe.

Used to love The Firm, back in the old days, but never do Firm anymore.

Linda, YOU ARE HILARIOUS!!! :D :D :D

I love Lauren Brooks, Anthony, Eoin Finn, Rainbeau Mars, Janis Saffell, Michael Olijide, Jr. Whatever happened to Janis Saffell? I loved her KBX workouts...

Melissa

the man has great arms! I haven't done his workouts yet, but I've watched them a few times, there's a kernel of truth in it, I've never felt comfortable in sleeveless shirts, you know, flabby arm thing, and the coed part is excellent! so there, in a nutshell...you have it!

Any idea on Seasun Zieger. I saw her name recently and was wondering. There is this one last CIA workout step up with Seasun zieger. Has anyone try it? Thanks.

Hi JS70, I have step up and I think it is great challenge and fun. the coreography isn't so difficult to learn and one you get them you really enjoy (there is a girl who modified all the triky moves).
Ciao
