I need to do something to get my mind off those BB DVD's! Anyway...

I just did Step & Intervals and had a blast. I was not looking forward to working out this morning because every muscle in my body was aching for some reason, so I wanted to do something fun and quick. By the time I finished the warm up I'd forgotten how sore I was and I had so much fun I didn't want it to end! I love everything about this workout. The music really drives it, it pushes me along and makes me want to fly over the step! It's my favorite of the 6.
 
I voted for my favourite based on the one I rech for the most often, All Step wins out, I love the music in that one, and 10 10 10 is sooooooo close behind!

But if I had to vote for which is the most effective in making changes to my body, Leaner Legs would be the hands down winner. never be afraid of this video, it promises too much to be afraid of it!!
