Has anyone tried these freestyle workouts like Synder and Lower Body Solution and gotten good results? What type of things do they have you do rather than workout the lower body every other day? Are they more like the 80's and early 90's Firm where you workout all the muscles five or six days per week? If you do like the Freesyle-Lower Body Solution, what has it done for you and can you still do your Cathe DVD-videos with it? Thank you for the information!
