Yet another article

Actually, this seems like a really good article and it comes down to what many people on this site say over and over: it depends on the individual. I like the questions it suggests asking "Am I really hungry?", etc. BTW, my md said this is a good site for info. Thanks for the link!
 
i have been playing around with this and find breaking down my meals works for me. then again i also break down my exercise and make sure i get some sort of protien and a carb(like fruit) after a workout so i eat about 4-5 times a day. small meals then a moderate size dinner with a little extra veggies for me.
