Ok, so I did P90X Kenpo Plus. Rating on a scale from 1-10? Maybe a "7'. It was okay, Tony's hair looks weird which upset me greatly since I have a "fitness crush" on him.It almost reminded me of the 90's "Cesear" crazed hair all the guys were doing. Blech. Plus,the music was strange and kinda interfered with what you were doing. A few moves got my heart rate up which was good, and honestly? It was sorta nice doing a workout that didn't totally wipe me out ya know? A nice change of pace for those days when you do not feel like flying through the air with Cathe, or walking or running like a bat out of hell with Grace!}(
I guess I ordered the 10 minute workouts too, so I did the ab one--good stuff actually. It comes with a handy little card to take on trips and a band. I may actually use these on the boat! So good deal there.
I also did 150 stationary lunges, and 100 walking lunges and the rest of the nutty exercises Cathe listed. My hip is okay, didn't want to push for the full 400 cause I think its excessive. So there, that is my excuse.
