Yayyyyyy!!!!Finally did ALL of MIC!!!!!!

hey yall,

I know to some of yall this is old news and minor. But to me this is so awesome!! I have had this workout for about 9 mos now and i always broke it up into 2 workouts. BUT today, i guess the guilt of slacking majorly on my clean eating attempts and slacking alot too on my workouts i decided to punish myself. Well.. i sure did PROVE to myself i can do it!!!:-jumpy :-wow I am proud and now i know MIC can be done as one whole workout!! Yayyyy!!! Thank you Lord!! Now i am going throw out all the junky crap in my fridge and pantry and behave myself till Christmas and the new DVD's come..

That is a REAL accomplishment! MIC is no joke! I'm still trying to get a handle on it! I've vowed to do it once/week beginning in January until I can do it without having to jog in place while Cathe is leaping, high kicking and whatever else it is going on when I'm recovering from my state of sheer exhaustion!

Hey, Donna, I hear ya on that jogging in place thing. Glad to know someone else is skipping some of the leaping, bouncing, jumping high into the air etc. (at least some of it, for now) and still making good progress.

CONGRATS! We must've been on the same track last night. I did MIC, too. I was so excited, too, I was tired but VERY happy to have finished it.

It's OK you know. It's hard, but challenging. It will give you a goal to aim for everytime you use it. You can work up to it a bit at a time.

When I first did I did do all of it, but I was tired afterwards. Now it's a piece of cake because I have built up my stamina with lots of running too.

It is not as hard as you think. It's only primal fear.

Congrats! I finally did all of MIC in one workout during Thanksgiving weekend. (I needed it then!) I haven't done it again, but I'm looking forward to it. It felt so good afterwards. I was TERRIFIED of trying both! I had been breaking it down into 2 workouts also and was thinking there was NO WAY I could do it! Well, I did and I felt so good! Congrats again!
