XTrain Bonus Core Workouts are each about 10 minutes in length.

I love looking at Cathe's legs! It reminds me of the DVD covers in the Body Blast Series. I also prefer "action" covers like these as opposed to "posed" like the no name series with: LBB, Intensity, STS TB, High Reps. Not sure why. Perhaps because it gives little glimpses of what's to come .
