I'm going to order the XTrain DVD set without Ride (don't have a bike, dont' have room for one!), and I wanted to know will there be a guidebook with XTrain like there is with STS so we will know how to sequence the DVD's? Thanks, I just wanted to say that I love CrossFire and To The Max. They are great to do after a cheat meal!

Yes, XTRAIN will come with a users guide just like STS did and will include rotations.
