Xtrain has now in stock and we have started shipping pre-sale orders. We will post a link and information later today for people who have purchased the XTrain downloads to download your purchase.

As we have already mentioned customer service will be slow to respond for the next several days because of the increased demand and because our total focus for now is shipping all of the pre-sale orders. No, these orders shipping by USPS Priority not UPS...so there no tracking notice sent when your order ships. But we will finish all pre-sale orders by the end of this weekend.

I believe I pre-ordered XTRAIN back in late August. Since I know you ship by pre-order date, could you perhaps tell me whether mine possibly shipped today? Or is that impossible to ascertain?
