Xtrain bonus request

Just want to put in a suggestion/request for a possible Xtrain bonus, or even perhaps a dvd on its own.

I'd love to see some extended stretches, ideally three different ones around 10 minutes each, one with a focus on upper body stretches, one on lower and a total body. I have the fabulous Total Body Stretch dvd - it's my go-to for extended stretches after most weights workouts (as well as STS extended stretch) but would be great to have a set of stretches which focused on whatever body parts are used.

Also, I'd love to see an extended warm-up option, maybe as an add-on. I love the long warmup in Drill Max, hits every body part nicely (and has awesome music). We all know a thorough warmup and stretch is so important to prevent injuries, especially for those of us over 40's. I shudder when I read about people skipping their warmups and stretches!

Oh and hopefully the tabata workout will include some low impact options!

Now get in that studio and start with the filming already.

You read my mind. I did Plyo Legs today and was thinking that a 10 minute extended stretch geared toward whichever muscles Cathe just fried would be fabulous!
 
Floor legs/ Glutes bonus segment

My suggestion for bonuses are:


[*]Floor legs incorporating resistance equipment such as band, ankle weight and dumbbell.

[*]Glutes bonus focusing on developing/building bigger glutes.

Preferably keep the two bonuses separate, to avoid a glute workout slipping into a leg segment.

I just would love to hear something about what's going on.. and where they r at at this stage... anything, some news , it gets exciting to hear but I havnt seen any new news yet.
 
I know you have your plans made, but if I were to wish for something, I would wish for more low impact Hiit cardio like what is in Intensity. I LOVE that section!
 
... and crunchless core work! Would be great to have a core section without a single solitary crunch.

I love floor leg work! I have hard time with standing work balance issues feet problems. I need. To strengthen my legs somehow to get to the standing and getting stronger legs that way. I really need floor work.
 
Love the idea about stretches for just those body parts worked! I don't really enjoy the STS stretch because it doesn't hit hard the muscles I worked that day.
