Xers + XX'er :::: Wed::::

Just a couple quickies:

Traci-X, Sounds like you'll be long and lean before you know it:) Have fun on your hot date! When you get down to 17% BF send me your secret:)

Tracy, I have always wanted to go to Vermont. I want to go to King Arthur Flour and take a baking class. I just LOVE their stuff! I linked to the tank top page from Wendy and it made the internet shut down. I won't make that mistake again:)

Anointed, Great workout choice today. You'll be back in your skinny pants before you know it:) Thanks for the concern for my little one, he is doing much better today.

Amy, Thanks for the ressurance. I think he enjoyed the one on one attention:) Sounds like a tough upper body workout! I wish I were creative enough to make up my own:) That's a drag about your re-certs. Just be glad you don't live in CA. I think we have the stricktest cert process around. Both of my brothers are paramedics and my cousin is a nurse and it sounds way too fun:)

SandraX, So sorry to hear you are under the weather. Hope you got something in but don't over do it.

Laurie, Glad to see the July rotation is working for you. I am glad there were no stitches involved yesterday. I don't like our emergency rooms here. Full of illegal immigrants using it as primary care.

Cheryl, Thought horrid SD was gone already! Well at least your DD is gone so they can't be in communication.

WendyX, Yes, I do believe having boys will be a test of my patience:) I wouldn't have it any other way though. I don't need another one of me around:):p Glad you are havong fun with varied workouts. You should wait awhile before attempting the X again with Phil.

Jeanette, YOOOHOOOO! I know you're back by now:) Please visit soon:)

Swift Amy, Glad you are coming to the end too. You'll have to do the July rotation with Laurie and I:D

Hope I didn't forget anyone,

Nicole

Muscle Endurance is HARD!!!! Thank goodness Jennifer called me half way through so I could take a breather. I had to keep wiping off the sweat in fear I'd electrocute myself!:7 Glute Raises! That was a new one! Um, I actually used my 3 pounders for the front arm lifts!:p :7 Started off with 6 risers and ended up with 4. I kept the barbell set at 25 pounds for all the exercises, but used 5 pound dumbbells for the bicep curls. I think I'll try Jari Love's S&L sometime this week and see if the X made any difference with my endurance. It could be an off day for me as I am high on Sudafed Sinus. That stuff makes me feel loopy!!!

Nicole: I hate when I lose posts too! When I think of it, I try to copy my post before posting just in case there's a glitch. What! Your computer froze up when you clicked on the t-shirt link? UGH!!!! Well, it looks like the Xer tank tops are a no go since we'd have to order at least 6 tops for ~26.00 each!!! I'll look around and see if we can get them made elsewhere for less. Glad your ds is feeling better. Pretty soon, he'll be rearing up for his next collision! LOL I checked out the July rotation. I don't have some of the workouts listed for it. So, I'm just gonna use what I've got. I may purchase the Gymstyles at the RT.

Amy: Sorry you have to rearrange your schedule. Perhaps, this hospital or the Red Cross doesn't keep a national registry of people certified to do CPR? What a pain though!

Well, I'm off to digest my dinner. Then Eion and I are having a quickie.}( The Quickie Premix People!!!:7 ;) I have no idea what I'll do tomorrow. Maybe LowMax or a C&W step only premix.

OH! Jeanette!!! Hope you get a chance to check-in and let us know all is well in your world! Miss YA!!!:*

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!!!

Hi all,
Got back this afternoon. We had a great time camping! Got to drive around in our Rhino on very remote mountain roads, went gold mining, ate smores, enjoyed the campfire at night, enjoyed making my favorite breakfast each morning outside with the 2 burner camp stove (yummy oatmeal), enjoyed my coffee by the most beautiful pond you've ever seen and just totally had a fabulous time with DS and his girlfriend's family. I could definitely have stayed another few days, but ran out of clean clothes, ice and food. My DH really has the gold fever bug (we found flakes of gold and a small nugget), but he also found lots of little garnets. DS's girlfriend's dad has about 3 or 4 old gold mines on his property of around 450 wooded acres up high in Butte county of California. We used a gold screw after hauling the ore out to it. We even went underground into the mine and removed material from it and then worked it through the gold screw, which is a mechanized way to pan the gold. Anyways, it was a great little vacation for us.

It's bedtime now, so best sign off. I got the huge mountain of laundry done tonite so that's behind me. Also got a bike ride in this evening, did Cardio Coach #2 (Revised) and added on a couple challenges from CC#3. Think I'll do some Christi tomorrow.

So good to read this thread. It's 10:00 p.m. right now and I only got today's read. See y'all in the morning!

Congrats WendyX!!! Ready for a 2nd Round? :p

Nighty, night.

Jeanette
