I'm baaack! Spent enough $ on the kids today! Girl's clothes shopping is sooo much more fun than boy's clothes shopping.
Got my coffee exchanged for no sugar. Now, onto today's personals.
Traci-X: Looks like Tracey is keeping you busy! I've heard the same thing about her outfits. I'm sure she won't wear red for her set of workouts!
Amy: Yes, you will have time to memorize L&B. By the end of the X, you should be able to do it all in your sleep. At least that's what I tell myself about ARX! ;-) LOL about your dh's reaction to your Barry Bootcamp purchase. Men, you gotta love them!
{{{{Teddygirl}}} I will be keeping you in my prayers for a good liver report! Waiting is sometimes more difficult than the actual results. Glad to hear your surgery went well. It's always scarry going under the knife. Let your body heal up. What's another day? I know 24 hours.
We'll be here for you during your rest and restart. My gf was diagnosed with Hepatitis C about 10 years ago. When I saw her a couple of years ago, she told me it was a false positive. I forget how long they were treating her with medication until they realized it. It was for at least a year though. I'm NOT getting the Sugar Ray w/o unless it comes with a cute outfit!
Laurie-X: How does StrikeZone compare to Kenpo? Were you able to keep your form throughout the section you did?
Jeanette-X: You have every reason to celebrate!
But popcorn? Girl, you are good! I would have celebrated with a fat piece of Chocolate Stampede cake from Longhorn! Maybe that's why I'm still not debt-free. :7 I do love Fluidity and the Bar Method. If you like unweighted workouts, you'll like those too. I hear i-ballets are also good.
Sandra-X: Glad to hear your eating is on track! LOL Carrying a chicken to KFC! I can almost picture Traci-X's beautiful dog trotting behind you with a limp chicken in its mouth! Its kind of a gross vision though. I could never live on a farm. I don't like to see or think about my food in its natural state. Leftover chicken salad doesn't sound so good anymore. Thank you so much for the pull-up tips!!! I will try my best to implement them into my next w/o requiring chin-ups. I'll be posting a link for the Thai dishes I made last night.
Debra-X: You take care of yourself!!! Is your dd feeling better? Usually, I get their colds after they're already nursed back to their fiesty, wired selves.
Katie: I know what you mean! I dreaded C&B weeks 2 and 3. I didn't notice any decrease in strength for C&B. I did notice it for Plyo and week 3's S&A. Recovery week will be here soon enough. Then no more C&B till phase 3! Yippee!!!
Jess: Good for your dh working out after a long day. I have to hand it to people who work all day and come home to Tony! There are days when dh works up to 12 hours of hard labor (not including driving time) and still works out. Makes it hard for my lazy self to complain. Awww, Come on share your pictures! It's a great accountablity measure and bonding experience. Don't you want to shower with us? LOL That's how Traci-X and I felt after we showed ours.
Lea-X: Which one do you feel is harder: BodyMax2 or Plyo?
CALLING ALL SUBBING X'ERS:
Can y'all who are subbing do me a favor if it's not too much trouble? Can you give a short sentence as to which one is more difficult -- the actual X workout or the sub? I'd greatly appreciate subbing vicariously through you all! Thank you very much! You can now return your regularly scheduled programs.
Tracy-X: Thanks for the links. I'll have to check them out tonight. I don't think we can understand someone like the shooter. For one, we are pretty much sane. I have a physiology of pain in the muscle question. How do I relieve the pain in the butt feeling I get when I have to do something I don't want to, like say, eat clean? Hmmm? Inquiring minds want to know. :+
Phil just walked in the door. Gotta justify my purchases to him. LOL Nah, he's such a loving provider.
BBL,
Wendy
