Morning Gang!
Doubles : Day 2 / Phase 1 / Week 1 / Round 2

Today is PLYO X :D + a 30-40 minute run.... well jog/crawl/run!
My upper is sore sore sore :+ Havent felt this since.....well, TONY !! LOL

Jeanette: Perhaps the leering guy in video was living out his porn star fantasy as shooting was occurring? EWWWWWWWW:+ Sees Candy- REMINDS me of "home". Growing up in Bakersfield back before it was a city - we only had 1 candy store DT and it was Sees' ... Bourdeax was /is my indulge when I visit home. Happy Tax DAY- We actually got a refund for first time in years- all because I wasnt working! Something wrong with THAT tax system!

TRACY: Waiting with fingers crossed and utter curiosity about your Drs visit. I do hope you have good news today.

Debra: Yes we need a cute acronym for DOMS that are not delayed! Lets give that one to Sandra to figure out as she is far more creative than I! You've been on your faux rotation since graduation right? I like the 7 on 1 off myself... I actually like 10 on 1 or 2 off. My body goes stronger in that type of rotation. I will take days off when I feel I need them... As long as scheduled bay days cooperate. ;-) Have a super fun time with all the kiddies today! Yes an Active Recovery Day! Good Luck with Vet visit!

Sandra: Well thank you for the cudos on eating! It felt great right up until the No Pudge shipment arrived and I made the first batch! SINFUL-EVIL- stuff!!!!! I shall send the remaining brownies with DH to office today and HIDE the other 11 boxes! YES- 11}( }( }( Your menu yesterday looked awesome as well! Great job on day 1! Its easier when you have a tangible short term goal to get all buffed up for isnt it? I'm trying to stay focused on Jimmy Buffet Concert on the 21st. Just 3 weeks to whip it all back todether. Total agreement on Tony sneaking in a complete upper workout on his Splits! I am sore all over.

Katie: You'll be in the ring in no time! TRUST me you'll need all your bottled enthusiasm !!!!

Lea: Have a great evening at tennis? Was your instructor a cutie pie??? I just LOVE cute tennis players! My dad used to make me get up before dawn and train to be the next Chrissy Everett (she was in her 20's back then!) x( Problem was I SUCKED at any and all sports! Never had the coordination , desire, dedication... I was suppose to be the boy in the family (last of 3 girls) so he was always on me to be in sports... I wasnt a girlie girl- but NEVER a sportsman!! I think you could be a professional something with all your gumption to go try new things.

I'm all caught up from yesterday.... We were YACKERS out there eh???

Hi there. Must have coffee. I can barely see what I am typing, so sorry if I mess up. I am soooo sore all around. The lesson kicked my behind last night so I will have to wait until my soreness wears off a little to do plyo X}( . No added cardio for me. I will be the sane one of the group.

Traci X - I have NEVER met anyone who loved bordeauxs too. They are my absolute favorite. So much my mom would buy me a whole darn box of them for Easter, my birthday, etc. I had to tell her to stop. I would eat the whole box (and sometimes it wouldn't be the single layer) in one sitting. Jimmy Buffet eh? We all have something going on. Great. No, no cute instructor, but good. He actually took the time with us. Better than the last instructor, for me anyway. My dad also wanted a boy. I played sports when I was younger in school and also took gymnastics. My dad would play catch with the baseball with me when I was little. Hmmmmm....I think that there is something wrong there. I would ride bikes and jump off of curbs with the boys in the neighborhood, skateboard, hated the girl stuff. I think that shows now too. Funny back then it was Chris Everett, now you can be like the Williams sisters. Yay and good job on eating. My downfall was coming home last night hungry and eating the cinammon/sugar coated almonds my 3 yr old loves so much. URGHx( . But it is a new day. Must be good.

Ok, must make coffee. BBL for the rest of personals.

Lea

Lea: Extra lower work last night eh??? Ya trying to get a swimsuit model contract??? :p You crack me up - YOU ARE doing doubles without meaning too & you call us crazy?! Painting is alot of upper doubles as well!
We must live parallel lives - just look at the similarities...except for "jock" stuff! Hope coffee is "Money" for ya this morning... I'm ready to get myself in gear & get to bank then start my workouts... DROP THOSE ALMONDS NOW!}(

Good morning,

Today was my cardio day so I did the Cardio Timesaver Premix on BMII, adding on an extra blast at the end with the Plyo's. Good workout. Got a question, what is the phenomenon when you are working out and part way into it, you get kind of light headed and a bit nauseated? Then you just keep going and it goes away? That's what sometimes happens with me and cardio when I don't eat beforehand. How come it goes away? I like to think that my body is starting to burn the fat. Don't know if that's so, but I like to think it :) . Have a tax appointment right after work and after that, if I'm not too sad, will do my easy spin around the local loop (middle chainring on my bike only).

Traci, I think you could be right about the porn star fantasy guy. I always think that when I play my Christi Taylor Hi-Lo Heaven with the all male background exercisers behind her. They aren't obvious like this guy at all, but I'm more comfortable seeing ladies working out with ladies, rather than the guys getting obviously entertained by the instructor. All those No Pudge Brownies LOL! They are good, huh? I can't even buy them and have them in the house cuz I'll want a treat every day and then 1 serving size becomes a double and then a triple.

Lea, what did you do in Tennis that is making you sore? It's amazing how we can be in such great shape, but try a different activity and wow, the soreness that hits! I was a tomboy growing up too. There are 4 girls and 1 boy and my brother wasn't very athletic. Poor Dad, but us girls played softball and he liked to play catch with us. I was always riding bikes or skating or playing forts. I also liked to play with dolls like Barbies, trolls, and such. It was fun to make the house. That's what we spent the most time doing, not the interaction of dolls. I'm getting rid of that box of See's chocolates today at work. I'm going to take them to my last position as I have to go help out my ex-coworker today for a bit. They'll be scarfed up in no time.

Got to go, hi to everyone.

Jeanette

Doubles/Phase3/Week1/Day2: IMAX; GS Legs - standing

Good morning,

DebraX - same day DOMS? Oh dear, that doesn't bode well for today! I'm glad you're taking a rest day. Good luck dealing with all those young kids today. That's a workout in itself. I like your rotation. Do you feel it's working for you?

JeanetteX - I'm with you on the tax stuff. We have to gather our documents together and get them to the accountant. One day I'm going to get so organized that I'll make a folder for the current year, with the accountant's name and address already on it, and put documents in it as we go along. I find it easier to do 2 workouts if I do them in one longer session. I seem to squander a lot of time in preparing for my workouts. I wish I could do all I want to do in only an hour a day, but that just doesn't work. Mind you, if I had a hobby that also doubled as a cardio workout, as you do, then I wouldn't have this problem. One day.... You are far from lazy, JeanetteX!!! You need to go back and read all your posts, if you think that. You will impress yourself :)

TraciX - are you breaking up these two cardio sessions, or doing them all in one go? Yeah, those brownies are tasty. Did you not do the one-at-a-time recipe that's on the box? Much better than cooking up a whole batch to tempt you for the next week. My creative juices are stagnant right now. I'll let you know if an acronym pops into my head. Right now, there's very little popping going on. A Jimmy Buffet concert! I don't know what to say about that. I know the name, and I know I would recognize some songs, but my brain isn't working in that regard, either. Are you going with DH? Having a short-term goal is indeed very helpful for keeping me on track. I suppose my long-term goal should be to continue to set short-term goals? LOL

LeaX - tennis is fun! DH and I used to play a lot, in the springtime of our love :) Haven't played in years. Which ones are the Bourdeauxs? I'm impressed the 3 year old eats almonds. My 6 year old won't touch a nut (but lives on peanut butter). Hoo hoo, I don't envy you your PlyoX session today! Good luck with that....

I'm going to do the original IMAX this morning, and the standing leg work in GS Legs. If I skip the Legs warm up, then I'm looking at a 90 min workout altogether. That's not so bad. Not looking forward to the slow-motion lunges to top off the entire workout, though. My arms and core are mildly stiff this morning, but not too bad yet. There's still plenty of time for more DOMS to hit.

Breakfast was steel cut oats & blueberries, and 2 slices of turkey deli meat. Oh, and coffee.

Hello to the rest of the gang!
Cheers,
SandraX

Morning Xers,

Doubles: Ph1/Wk1/Day2/Rnd2

I am a PlyoX girl today. I'm going out with the girlfriends tonight, but will get the workout in before I have to head out. Yesterday I had a great time with Chest & Back. Of course I'm feeling it this morning. Probably will feel it more tomorrow. :D And my run went really well. So far so good.

Jeanette, Nope I haven't tried the pumpkin/cauliflower soup yet. I need to get some pumpkin.

Wendy, I think you look GREAT girl. I have yet to post some pictures. I am not computer savey, and have to have DH there with me when attempting to post. Hopefully I can get that done on Friday. I'm taking a half day of vacation.

Tracy, Hope your doc appt. went well. CTX Upper Body is tough, I really like the bicep work on that one. I always get fried. }(

Lea, I would love some egg white recipies. Some more variety would be a good thing in my diet. :9 I need to go through some of my mags also. They are piling up in the corner. :7

Traci, I agree chest & back ROCKED! I was amazed that the triangle push-ups where not so bad. Must have been the Yoga that I continued to do.

Debra, I had to LOL at the yucky boy comment. That is what DD says quite often. But then says that there is this cute boy in track. :D

Received two e-mails from my family. We are getting together at my brother #2 on Saturday night, and brother #3's on Sunday morning for brunch. So this weekend will be hard to watch the calories.x( So that means eating really good for this week. One beer tonight isn't going to hurt me right! :9

I finished out yesterday with a protien bar, and for dinner I had Baked Cod, Brown Rice, Broccoli and Cauliflower. Not too bad for the first day.

Here is my menu for today
Meal#1 Egg Whites, Oatmeal & Banana
Meal#2 Mini Shredded Wheat, Raspberries, and FF Milk
Meal#3 Chicken Breast & Spinach Salad
Meal#4 Tuna with FF Miricle Whip on WW Bread, Tomatoes
Meal#5 Have no idea yet, but include a light beer :D

Have a great day!

Laurie

Hi,

Can I join your family? Yes or NO:) ;-)

I stated P90X, April 2nd I started with a 2 hour walk, didn't feel like much of anything after my nieces' birthday party on Sunday. We cooked for 75 people but had lots of fun. I look forward to checking in with you guys.

Tonight, Plyo + Drill Max (5 drills) :9

Teddygirl~

Teddygirl,

You are more than welcome to join the P90X family. Wow Plyo and the DM Blasts. I'm tired just reading it. :D

Laurie

Hi there-I just started P90X yesterday (well I took Sunday as the rest day)-first time ever! Today I'm scheduled to do the plyo workout-can I post here every so often?--Hi Jeanette, it's me deb-how are ya?I usually post with the haters but I'm going to need some support to "bring it" with Tony--bbl--deb

Doubles : Day 2 / Phase 1 / Week 1 / Round 2

Well just look at our Xers GROW! LOL that there are so many people into grueling pain!}(

Decided on my PlyoX at 11am and run/crawl at 3pm today. I hadnt had time to eat breakfast so I just ate at 9am for M1... Now I gotta digest or I'll need the Tony Bucket!

TeddyGirl: You already know 2 of us here.. me and Sandra. I am so happy you are going to post here! You really need help with staying on a rotation my dear!:p I dont care what workout you select as your mood of the day but I'm gonna make ya do your Tony, OK??? :7

Deb: Any friend of Jeanettes is A-OK in my book! We ADORE her around here!! Did you look at her ripped abs after X last time?

Laurie: I chuckled when I read your FF Miracle Whip. DH & his mom are MW ADDICTS! I cannot believe the things they actually put it on (full fat of course)... DH actually smothered his waffles in it last weekend! UGHx( Your menu plan looks wonderful! I am still in planning stage for today. Oh my on clean eating this weekend! just go and have fun and dont worry about it! (I'm alot of help arent i?)

Sandra: NICE workout planned today! You are competing with Lea for "best X legs?" :7 I thought about the 1 serving recipe then said...WTH....good think DH was around to take over the gluttonous feelings. I'll let your coffee sink in before we chat about Jimmy Buffett! - He's my kind of sexy!!!

All caught up - time for MORE coffee!

Who's letting in all the riff raff?!?!?

Teddygirl - great to see you here! I see TraciX has pulled another one over from the WW thread. I swear she's just trying to coalesce the two groups so she won't have to deal with two check ins every day. Get Amy back over here, and Buffy too, if she's still around. PlyoX AND DM drills? I think you meant to take a left and climb onto the HardCore check in.

New Deb - Howdy!! Great to see another new face! If you hate cardio, then P90X might be the workout for you. You only have to put up with 2 sessions a week.

LaurieX - Sounds like you had a really good day yesterday. I'm glad your run went so well. With this weekend being Easter celebrations, I'm sure many of us will be challenged in the clean eating department. It always seems like something is coming up to derail our good intentions. Your menu for the day looks good. I'm interested in what your dinner turns out to be.

TraciX - In a weird way I rather envy you your workout today. I remember how good I always felt at the end of PlyoX, and to go out a few hours later and do a steady state run would offer a nice challenge. You'll feel so amazing when you're done it all.

Later Taters!
SandraX

Yippee!!! Our X family is growing. I will try to do personals as quickly as possible this morning.

Traci X - Yup, that is me. Swimsuit model. I think I need a little surgery in a few places to do that(if you know what I mean;-) ). And you are right!!! Parallel lives. Except I had no siblings and you were not a jock. I so need you guys around to keep my butt in line on this eating thing. I just had oat bran and egg white pancakes with sugar free syrup and bananas, strawberries and blueberries on top. Yummy. Now I am ready for plyo. Guess I have to wait to digest though, don't want any accidents:+ . BTW, best legs, huh, don't think so!!!!!

Jeanette X - Thank goodness your sickness passed. Maybe try to eat a banana before working out or something. That might help??? My tennis instructor had us running around yesterday. It was insane. Good luck getting rid of that candy.

Sandra X - Love your eating, love your workout today. Can I do yours instead?? Pretty please? And what are you talking about? You don't like our big purple dinosaur that says please and thank you? Which is scarier, Doodlebops or Barney? Hmmm..

Teddygirl - Welcome to the group. Thank goodness. Now I FINALLY can get your username and Traci's username straightened out. I just see the teddy part usually and I get confused(did I tell you I use to be a blonde;-))? Well, good luck with the X and welcome aboard!!!

Laurie X - Only one beer and tonight? Are you having a get together tonight? Or just everything going on makes you want to drink? LOL. I will scan some recipes and send them your way. Just more for you to sort through;) .

Deb(fer) - Welcome aboard too. You will get lots of support around here. Good luck with plyo. I am putting it off as much as possible today.

Hi to Debra X (good luck with the kids today), Wendy (you are too funny, yes you can dress yourself), Katie (is today the day?), Monica and Steph(where oh where are you guys). Did I miss anyone????? Oh I did. Sorry Tracy!!! Hi to you girl!!!! Hope you are feeling better.

Lea

SandraX: nice to see you again :) Is this round 2 for you? You crack me up with the Hardcore check in, which way again, I must be lost x(

TracieX: Yep, I need lots of help, staying on any rotation. But, like I said before, I will do my bests and forget the rest. I didn’t start yesterday with Chest & Back, but there's always tomorrow, right;-)

Teddygirl~

Hi Ladies!

Y'all were chatty yesterday and today!!! Wanted to chat more yesterday, but I'm not as conditioned.

I waited to do Legs & Back and AbRX with dh. We finished it around 10:00. I was surprised to see how competitive dh is. After the workout, he said to me, "You kicked my butt!" (Um, more like Tony did!) Next time he's not going to listen to the tip of the day (quality over quantity). Instead he's going to try and keep up with me. I kept reminding him that I have a good 10 inches in my thighs than his chicken legs and I've been working out for 3 months already. I'm conditioned. He refuses to be comforted. LOL

I couldn't stop nervously giggling when I told dh what I did yesterday. He was fine with it and didn't care what y'all thought about his body. BUT, later he said, "Now, I have to workout because they will know if I got results or not." Ha-Ha. How's that for added pressure!

Jeanette: Hope you got a big tax refund! We got a lot back from Federal, a very small amount from State, and have to pay local. We'll mail local's payment on midnight April 15th. I have no idea what that phenomenon is! I've heard of it before. I just don't think I ever pushed myself hard enough to reach it. I'm a wimp though.

Debra: LOL about non-delayed DOMS! L&B gave me a burn that never went away! Oh, have a great time teaching today! 3-6 year olds are so much fun! They usually LOVE their teachers and love learning at that age. And, preschool goals and objectives are so much fun and easier to accomplish through play and life instead of workbooks. I'm interested to find out if your lean rotation leans you out. Week 1 has me feeling bulky, but in a good way. My eating could be the culprit though. Yes, I do feel like y'all saw me naked!!! Thank you for making me feel better about my body. I always thought my abs were sexy, and I didn't care for a 6 pack look UNTIL I saw my Day 1 pictures. But, Tony can help! LOL

TraciX: You are soooo funny!!!! I would run if my legs weren't so sore from L&B! Exactly, I do feel like I've showered with you all!!! I've come clean and I can't look at you in the face now! LOL If you could only see me in real life, you'd notice the cellulite and flab more. I should try and post some pictures of me about two months after I had my twins. My body was smoking back then! I was lean with some muscles. I think breastfeeding and carting all those babies had a lot with keeping me lean over the years. Also, I'm half Asian. It's a mystery and freak of nature, but those ladies don't age!! LOL Congrats on matching your push/pull/chin up counts!!! I remember reading your encouraging post in OD about your results and thoughts. I was so impressed with what you had accomplished your first round. You can only get stronger in this one! Your eating looks great! I wish I could be more consistent with my diet. I've started to journal what I eat to get a better idea of it all. Isn't it nice to feel sore! I love it too. My legs would revolt if I tried Plyo and a run on the same day. Then again, I'm not conditioned like you guys!

Oh Katie, I hope P90X gets delivered real soon! Wow! You did one unassisted pull up! That's awesome! I still can't do one unassisted. Enjoy your Cathe workouts! From what I hear, we'll be missing them the longer we do the X.

Tracy: How was your doctor's visit? Hope today is a pain-free day for you!

Lea: Tennis is hard work! Does it help to keep you so slim? It's probably a good thing the instructor wasn't eye candylicous. Gorgeous guys make me nervous! Well, anyone watching me at any physical activity makes me nervous! LOL I was a tomboy growing up too. My dad also taught me how to play sports. I think that's when I developed my hamstrings. Although, they're fat and not muscular now. Dh told me that if I continue to do Legs&Back, that will fix it.

TeddyGirl: Welcome!!! These ladies are so sweet, wonderful, encouraging, chatty, funny, and STRONG! You will fit right in from what I can tell. Plyo and DM!!! You should have some good DOMS with that!

Laurie: I'm not very computer savvy myself. However, Picturetrail was really easy to set up. I like that you can password protect your albums and it's free! Today's menu looks good enough for a Black and Tan! Have a good time at your girls night out.

Hi Deb: Post as often as you can! It's difficult for me to do personals for two check-ins. Like Tony says: Do what you can and forget the rest. Okay, I'm quoting Tonyisms and it's not even the end of week 1. I need HELP. LOL

Normally on Tuesdays, I'm a leader for a local Bible Club at the local public elementary school. The club year finished last week. Gosh I miss those children already! But, it's nice to have my Tuesdays back. Maybe, I'll use the time to do a couple of fun science experiements with the girls. Have a great Tuesday ladies!

XX/Week 1/Day 2/doubles - OH thank goodness plyo X is done!!!!!

Thankfully I think doing the new Cathe's and CC on my off time of the X has saved me from not dying on the floor today, which is a good thing. My heart rate was surely in the "red" zone a lot though!!!

Wendy - LOL on the DH front. What a confident guy. But he is right, he really has to work out now}( . I just started with my tennis lessons. I took the beginners coarse before but just couldn't get it. So I am taking it again. BTW, your hammy's are awesome!!!! I am jealousx( . Sorry that the club year finished though. Good extra time with the kids though. Good job on today's X.

So far so good on the eating.

Breakfast: oat bran and egg white pancakes w/sugar free syrup and banana, strawberry and blueberry

snack: protein drink

Lunch: probably a salad w/homemade fat-free honey dijon dressing and brown rice tortilla w/hummus

snack: hopefully something healthy

dinner: leftover sweet potato and garlic soup w/leftover chicken and salad

And no more cinammon almonds for me, Traci said so!!!!!

Time for shower. I am soooo smelly. Talk to you all later.

Lea

And I wouldn't be doing the magazine any justice if I didn't mention where I got these deliscious recipes from. It is from Oxygen Nutrition Collector's Issue.

I hope that this kind of helps those of you having a hard time wolfing down egg whites. These sure worked for me.

Lea

LeaX - you're awesome!! Thanks so much for taking the time to type out those recipes. I especially like the looks of the egg-white bites. Those would be handy for snacks. How did you like the sweet potato soup? I am so happy happy that I chose not to do PlyoX today. You are a strong woman for doing that one again. I got completely tired of that workout in round one.

Teddygirl - yes this is Round 2 for me. Is this your first time? Somehow I have vague memories of you talking about the P90X workouts on the WW thread??

TraciX - still waiting to hear about Jimmy and how your run went. Or maybe you're still crawling towards the computer? Or the coffee pot?

Wendy - Legs & Back is quite different than Cathe's stuff, isn't it? I think the wall squats are brilliant. I was very happy to see Cathe include them in Drill Max.

I did my planned workout today: IMAX (original) and GS Standing Legs. NICE NICE NICE NICE!!!! "Who's a good workout?? Huh? Huh? Who's the best workout in the entire world?? You are! Oh yes you are!" Okay, so I'm still a bit high on the endorphins. I haven't done IMAX in ages, but it's an old friend. I used it weekly for months, waaay back before I had much of a Cathe collection. It's crazy how much easier it seems today, then a couple of years ago. 48 consecutive plyo-jacks?? No problem! A gazillion power scissors? What more you got?

The leg workout was terrific, too. GS Legs and BG are my favourite lower body workouts of Cathe's. Good thing I plan to use them both heavily this month, as I felt horrorified by the appearance of my legs today. I had to open a window to get some fresh air (it's still below 0 around here, and has been snowing for 2 days!), so all this natural daylight came flooding in. That's not flattering. My skin is very pale, and has poor elasticity. I need to get myself to a tanning salon, and quickly!!!

I thought of an acronym for immediate onset muscle soreness. Obviously we could just say IOMS, but that's no fun. How about "OUCHA", as in "Oh, U Can't Hurt Already?!?"

Time to go wash off the stink. Oh, forgot to add:

preworkout snack: Boost drink
lunch: leftover chicken-spinach loaf on ww toast with 1 tbsp of ff Miracle Whip; banana.

After my shower I'm going to have a cup of green tea and figure out what to make for dinner. It could be chicken breast in the oven, baked sweet potatoes, and steamed brocolli. And probably a mixed greens salad with tomato and ff Italian dressing.

Okay, this time I'm seriously going.
SandraX

Hi there ladies...I have just dragged my weary bottom home from a rough day with the kids! DD's teacher has been at this school for 30 years and is GREAT with the kids and doesn't take any BS from them...she said today was one of the worst she's had in 30 years! Lucky me. They were just wild today. I caught one little one beating another with a plastic box....another one was saying some pretty nasty things to a girl much younger than him...and the list just goes on and on! I am thankful for the peace and quiet I have right now. And I am also thankful that it is a rest day! I am planning on a cocktail after I take the critters to the vet....I would have one now, but I think I may fall asleep.

Okay...Here I am with personals...Glad to see our little group is growing...Let me first say welcome to Deb and Teddygirl...and good luck with your first rotation of the X!

Lea...Thank you for all of the wonderful recipes...so sweet of you top take the time to share them all with us. Glad you had a good time with tennis...even if your legs were feeling it...that's a good thing, right? Congrats on getting through plyo today.

Wendy...Your husband sounds like a cutie. I love L&B...one of the better ones in the X rotation. Have you started to notice the homage paid to Dreya in all the videos yet? She also moans a lot in L&B. Glad things are going well for you guys so far...I guess today is a rest day for you, right?

Traci...I seriously got nauseous when I read your DH put MW on waffles...Oh, my! Hope you had fun with plyo and then your run. You go girl! I'll be sitting right here cheering you on.

Laurie...You have to beware of those cute boys...they will get you in trouble some day. My DD has this little friend whose name is Tony (if you can believe that!) and this little guy has been trying to get my DD as a girlfriend for the past 2 years...which is a lot at 5 years old...well, he finally wore her down and now she takes letters to him every day! Enjoy plyo this evening and have a great time with your friends! You eating seems to be going well, too. I ordered the Tosca book last night...so I am hoping to get in next week.

Sandra..Hope you had fun with Imax...I think that is a pretty good sub for PlyoX, too. I imagine those DOMS will be there tomorrow after all the leg work you have planned for today. I am enjoying my current rotation..and I am sure it will work better once I clean up my eating! But I feel I am keeping my muscle definition, which is important to me.

Jeanette...I like your burning fat theory...I get the same feeling sometimes...I will PM you again later today about the DVDs. I like BM2 a lot also. I think it's got a lot to offer in just one DVD.

Tracy...Hope all is well with you today. What did the Doc say?

Let's see....Hi to Katie, Steph, Deb and Teddygirl...did I miss anyone? My brain is no longer functioning. It was turned to mush by a bunch of preschoolers.

Sandra...You snuck in...and let me add, you're sounding a bit like me when I talk to the dog! I can't believe you're still having so much snow...When does that stop for you guys? Thank you for the OUCHA acronym...LOL!

Okay...I am really going now...I have to watch something mindless for a bit before it's time to get busy again.

Hello ladies. Still no X! :-( My UPS tracking has said "Billing Information Received" since last week, so I'm not sure what's going on. If they go by the 5-7 business day delivery I should have it by Thursday at the latest, so we'll see.
Today was SJP. Woo Hoo did that feel good! My legs are like rubber today. I'm dragging a little bit because I feel like I'm getting sick AGAIN! I won't give in to it. I will fight it every step of the way.

I can't make up my mind on what I would like to be my rest day through all of this. I'm thinking maybe Wednesday. I don't want Friday because that's usually DH and my date night when my parents take DD and we usually go out to dinner. And I don't want Sunday because weekends are a good day to get a longer workout in. What is everyone else's rest day?

Katie
