Hello all,
Getting close to bedtime so will keep this short. Had a haircut after work, came home and ate dinner, visited with DH and now on the computer.
Legs are feeling a little sore from Imax1 today (I think that's where the soreness is from). Actually looking forward to Back & Biceps tomorrow. Have a Spinerval session in the garage with the boys tomorrow night too.
Traci, too bad the insurance doesn't cover the sleep apnea issue with your DH. Mine only snores once in a while, not too bad really. Good suggestion on checking out Collage for male instructors.
Monica, you made it work today! I like the Gauntlet too. Can't wait to throw some of those in later on. Sorry about the fasting, DH and I had to do that yesterday. I swear you are hungrier than ever, even if you don't usually eat breakfast (like my DH).
Steph, glad YogaX made you feel strong. Reminds me I need to order some more yoga DVD's.
Debra, did you get CST in today? Snow shoveling sure does count for something. For me it would be pure muscle confusion as we haven't had any snow all winter here.
Tracy, which Plyo did you do today? Yep, I dumped the whole bottle of vanilla creamer down the sink this morning. My coffee was fine with 1/2 & 1/2 in it, didn't even miss it and definitely not the chemicals. Wonder if I'll notice any changes from giving it up. Got to check into Cardio Stack.
Sandra, I take my hat off to you for doing PlyoX today even though you didn't want to. Way to go!!! So far, the legs really aren't tired, just a little sore on the inner thighs. Maybe from Imax1 today? That's nice to know, 2 more PlyoX's to go!!!
I'd better sign off and will post tomorrow. I'm planning on a real arm pump tomorrow with B&B.
