Xers ...........Tuesday........Oh Tuesday

Hi all,

As you can see, I'm running out of ways to describe the days. I'm not very imaginative.

I'll go catch up from yesterday and be back.

Tracy

Hi all,

I felt like cra* yesterday. I feel better this morning. I'm taking 1/2 day off from work to go grocery shopping. I have so much sick leave saved up it is just silly not to take off when I need a mental health day. Today is a run and some yoga. I have to revamp my workout schedule. I had no power in my legs when I rode. It may be because I'm running more. Although I love to run, I really think that it does chew up a lot of muscle.

Traci - I hope you had a nice trip. How is the shoulder and arm?

Cheryl - Glad to see you stopped by. I was wondering where you were.

Debra - Glad you liked the hip opening sequence. I actually think that the sequence with the weird side turn on the lunge opens my hips just as effectively. I've been trying to incorporate more back bending flows because I was reading somewhere that people tend to do more to open the back side than the front side. I think I was falling into that category. I'm definitely a lot less flexible on the front side than the rear side.

Wendy - Maybe now you can start to feel better. Yes I took yesterday off. I am a big girl now and I can take a rest day if needed. I don't very often, but I've overcome that mental hurdle.

Swifty - I thought of you on Sunday when I came within 3 inches of a squirrel on my bike. It surely wouldn't have been as nasty as running into something bigger, but I was going fast enough that it would not have been good.

Laurie - I'm glad DD is doing so well in track. I so wished I'd run track in HS. I think it's a great activity.

Jeanette - You're getting on the scale today? You rarely talk about weight, I just go by how my clothes are fitting. We've had cake around here lately, I can't wait until it is gone.

Sandra - I've never done BM2 in it's entirity. Should I?

Nicole - How are you feeling? I see you survived your day off!

Hi to anyone I missed.

Tracy

Morning gang! The world feels right again being back at home!!! I am such a bad traveler these days... Because of weather issues our 8 hour travel day turned into a 14 hour day! I was not a happy camper by 7PM last night!

I received UPS notice that I'll have Cathe in my hot little hands Friday- YEAH:D

Today is a busy day - I think it'll be a full body srength OR just a cardio but nothing very long at all- just too busy....

Shoulder feeling so-so.... sleeping in CA on a pull out bed was hard on it but this morning I'll stretch and hope for improvement.

TracyX: So sorry you arent feeling well but VERY happy you are taking some time for you today. Good deal on the rest day... they are few & far between for you!

ETA: OMG Wendy! You poor thing!!!!!!! REST REST REST! :*

I'll try and catch up with all later today:7

Good Morning Ladies,

I caught up on yesterday's personals late last night during a burst of energy rant.

Jenn- If you're lurking, give me a call before 2PM. If I sound like crap, tell me to skip Bible Club. I think I've been sick for so long, I keep thinking I'm normal. Wait! Have I ever been normal!!!!LOLOLOLOLOLOL

Traci-X: Oh, delays are horrible! At least, you arrived safe and sound. You've got to give us an after party preview review! Orders from Cathe usually take one day to get to my home. Depending on when they get around to shipping my late preorder, I could have it by Saturday? Hopefully, by Monday. Well, your shoulder sounds a teeny bit better. Keep up the good work with rehab and you'll be 100% in no time flat! I'm trying to rest. Really, I am. Everytime I lay down, I start coughing. I might just take a rest week!

Tracy-X: Interesting observation about running. I haven't ran since before puberty. I've jogged, sprinted very short distances, maybe even walked real fast on occassion. So, I don't have any experience with the effects running would have on my muscles. Did your weight or leg measurements decrease with the addition of running? Or was it just a loss of strength? Good for you. Rest days are always good when needed!!!

Well, I'm going to inhale a little Advair (some inhaler doc gave me) and try to nap before the girls wake up. I'm a bit chilly. Maybe Baby will snuggle up with me since Phil left for work. :7

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!
Wendy

Hi all...Just bouncing by to greet you all with a big good morning! Gotta speed the little diva up so that we can get to school on time...What the heck does she do in the bathroom for 20 minutes each morning???

Today is supposed to be back and legs for me...but my low back is feeling a little tweaky, so I may opt for another upper body part. I really haven't made a decision what I am using for my upper body anyway. Hmmmm....

Just have to mention a couple of things....I will be back for the rest of personals later.....I have to take my driver's license test this morning. Whopee.

Traci...Glad to see you made it home safe and sound! Look forward to hearing from you later.

Tracy...I am sure I need to do more to open the front side, too. My hips are always so tight, though, I feel the need to work on them. As Eion says, they are huge storage bins for stress. LOL! I am sure I will get more out of the side lungey things the next time I do the dvd...It took me a while just to figure out what the heck she was doing...and by then the flow was going pretty fast, so I didn't get as much out of it as I would have if I had know what I was doing.

Wendy...You are cracking me up!! I am just wondering who caught the brunt of your biting wit yesterday...Some unsuspecting mother, a doctor, a pharmacist, a husband????? I'll catch up more with you later, you sickly thing!

see you all in a bit....

Debra

Morning Xers,

Rotation: LGI8 Week5/Day4
Workout: Mega Step Blast (yes and oldie :D )

It was nice to receive my shipping notice, and I will have my new DVD's in hand by Thursday. Yipee! Can't wait to try them out.

Tracy, I should take a half day of work off just to get my grocery shopping done also. x( I will have to venture out tonight after DD is picked up from practice. I'm glad DD is doing well also. I have been thinking of getting her into some type of sport training during the winter months. It would be a shame for her to loose all that conditioning until track & field starts in the spring.

Traci, Glad to see you are back. I agree that vacations take a while to get yourself back in the swing. Hope that shoulder starts feeling better.

Wendy, So sorry to hear that you have pneumonia. I loved your energy rant. :) It made me wonder who was at the other end of the rant. :) Hope your day goes much better today. I would suggest that the Elizabeth movie could be an On Demand thing. In my opinion it would not be worth the $$ that you spend watching it in the theater.

Debra, I have always wondered what my youngest DD is doing in the bathroom for so long also. My youngest is usually playing in the bathroom. My oldest I know is making herself beautiful. :) Good luck with your driving test today.

Jeanette, Hope you have a nice day for you golf class. I have never been able to watch golf and TV. Guess it is like me watching races. Some people don't understand how I can watch cars go round and round. :D Had to LOL about the Tastefully Sinful. Some of the items they have are sinfully good. Tastefully Simple is sort of like a food Tupperware party. They give you these little samples of different things in their cataloge. Some I liked and some just didn't appeal to me at all. I was surprised that my oldest tried everything. Glad I brought her along though. I don't like buying things that only I would eat.

Cheryl, We have missed you too. Hope your business trip goes well for you.

TG, I think that once in a while you need to play hookie. It's called a mental health day where I work. :D

Nicole, Glad to hear you are alive and kicking. :7 :7 Oh why do I laugh at my own stupid jokes. :7

Swifty, Sounds like a good reunion. Love the fact that you where mistaken for a PT. :) What a great compliment you where given.

Sandra, Congrats on the rec room. Now I wish ours was actually started. :D Don't know when we would have the time.

Have a great day!

Laurie

Good morning,
Today was CTX Power Circuit (cardio only) and then Christi Taylor Totally Hot Cardio (hi-lo). Golf after work if the weather is okay.

Tracy, think you had your last Monday night class last night. Bet that's a good feeling. Yep, take the mental health time off. You reminded me to jump on the scale this morning. I did. Damage not as bad as I'd feared, but I'll be trying to clean up the eating and shed a few pounds. I'm noticing it around my waist. Probably why I feel frumpy lately. My clothes don't feel any different really, but then I don't wear them very tight so you can pack on a few and probably not notice much. I'm going to go back to weighing instead of avoiding that scale. Gets me in trouble when I get away from it. Glad you didn't hit the squirrel, could have been bad for you and it. I've had some close calls myself.

Traci, so glad to have you back with us. Whew, I feel better now! Did you have a nice time? Hope the shoulder is improving. What's on tap for you today?

Wendy, please rest and take care of yourself. If your colds are anything like mine, they hang around for weeks, that draining just doesn't want to stop, makes me cough too. Hope the antibiotics are the right ones. I so hate to go through a few different kinds before they figure out what works.

Debra, do well on the driver's license test today. Take care of the back. Must be the changing weather or something, to where so many of us are feeling little aches and pains.

BBL,

Jeanette

Okay...back again for a few minutes before I have to go take my test.

Tracy...Sorry you are feeling puny. It is good that you can take the time off when you want...and it is silly to let it go unused.

Traci...Sorry for the travel delays...Take it easy on that shoulder until you have a few days rest in your own bed. Congrats on your business picking up some...How great for you! I head to see the director of the PTA program at the local college tomorrow...I will be glad to see if this is going to be a doable program for me.

Laurie...Sounds like your dd's keep you hopping every weekend! No wonder you're tired! How was the Tastefully Simple party? I like a lot of their products...and I can always find something yummy to get. Glad you got your shipping notice...I think they still have my old email...or at least that is what I am telling myself! What a great idea to get DD into some training...It must be hard to keep up your conditioning in your winters!

Jeanette...Glad you got that wood moved undercover. We have 2 gas log fireplaces and they came to get those going for me yesterday...Not that it puts out much heat, but I guess we could add a blower if we wanted. My dog is way messier than DD was as a baby...She can't just have one toy out...must be all of them out of the basket! I am very proud of you for tidying up a bit, too. Have fun with golf tonight...Are you playing with the priest?

Sandra...So nice that your rec room is finally done! Yipee! And it only took a year...lol! How long are your parents in town for? I bow to you o goddess of BM2...no way will I ever do that one as produced!! LOL!

Swifty...Glad you had a fun time at DH's reunion. I am sure you looked fabulous in all of your new duds! How nice that someone commented on your physique...that is always a pick me up. How is the X going these days?? Hope DD is feeling better today. We have so far been able to avoid any illnesses this school year...but those kids are just germ infested little critters, aren't they?

Nicole...It is always hard to catch up after a busy weekend....Glad you were at least able to get your workout in. How is the back?

Teddygirl...Glad you had a day off yesterday...Sounds like Ted is keeping you busy!!

Cheryl...Glad to see you flying by, you busy woman!

Wendy...Sorry about your illness...poor baby! It's okay if you are mean to others when you are really sick. I had only done Shiva once before and I did the beginner's mix...but Tracy gave me a really good sequence to use, and I liked it better. I just love Eion, though. It all seems so calm, but I get a good workout in with him. Shiva's style is a lot more athletic, I think. I did wear comfortable shoes...and it was a good thing since the zoo trail is 5 miles long...that doesn't include all of the indoor stuff...so when all is said and done you probably walk about 12 miles since your car is parked at the other side and you have to walk all the way back. They do have shuttles, but that makes me feel lazy. It was good we walked back since we saw some critters up and about that were sleeping the first time through. Have fun with Bible club, if you go...I think you have a free pass, though, since you do have pneumonia after all! Take it easy woman!

All right ladies...gotta head to my test...wish me luck! Have a wonderful day everyone! I will bbl to check on you guys!

Laurie,
Ooop, just noticed that it's Tastefully Simple not Sinful. Silly me. Guess I really need to get a handle on my eating. I think some kind of cross training during the winter would be great for your DD. What kinds of sports/activities does she like? Glad you got your shipping notice. I haven't gotten mine yet, but I ordered a bit later as I was on vacation at the time. Are you going to work them into your LGI8 rotation? Tracy taking off work is totally making me want to go home after a meeting I have at 1:00. Of course, it won't be over until 2:00 or so, by then there'd only be a couple more hours of work so I might as well stay. Sigh.

Jeanette

Debra,
I procrastinated so long after work that I didn't get outside to stack the wood until after 6:00 p.m. Of course, it was getting too dark around 6:45 or so, so I probably only stacked about 1/2 the pile. Can't stack tonite as I have golf class. I'll play golf with the priest next Monday. If he continues to give me too much advice after each bad swing of mine, I might have to do something drastic! Maybe I'll set him straight before we start. Kind of like that poor lady that caught my anger that night. Actually, she's really toned it down and the last couple times, we had fun playing.

Jeanette

Butts and Guts, premix #1: Standing Glutes and bonus abs.

This is an easy, brief premix. I can feel it exactly in my buttocks and core, which was the point of it, I suppose. It was probably a good choice for the day after BM2.

Tracy - Should you do BM2 as-produced? Hmmmm. If you've never done it, then sure! It's a challenge worth doing at least once. Also, if you won't be able to fit in very many workouts in your week, then this is a good one to do to cover all the bases.

Traci - Gooooooood day to you!! Nice to have you back! 14 hour travel home? Ugh!! I hope the airlines made it worth all the hassle. You'll get your dvds on Friday? NICE! I don't know if us Canadians even get shipping notices. We can't track it, I know that. But if you won't get yours until Friday, then it will be at least next Friday before I'll get mine. I guess I'd better start thinking up a rotation for next week. Did you manage to meet up with Lea?

Wendy - You have pneumonia?? Should you not be taking at least a week's worth of rest days for that? That's a serious lung infection. I had "walking pneumonia" about 12 years ago. Like you, I didn't feel that bad, but was having such a tough time breathing when I jogged that I finally went to the doctor. She sent me for a chest x-ray, then phoned me the next day, starting off the conversation with a very gently-put, slightly flabbergasted, "How ARE you?" I remember thinking, "Obviously not very good, if you're phoning me and using showing that kind of concern!". Feel better soon. Take it easy. I think your emotional state is a big indication that you need rest.

Anointed - ????????????????????? Is a "three-hour carpet cleaning job, just like the good old days" a euphemism for grown-up naughtiness that I've never heard before?

Jeanette - I'm glad your celebrations went so well on the weekend. Good memories, huh? We still need to hang some pictures on the walls in the basement, hang the new mirror, and doing something with the tv/weights area to make it look more put together. When I get those finishing touches done, I'll attempt to take photos that do it justice. I laughed when you wrote about the drunken talk by the guys to get up and chop wood in the morning, and then they all slept through. That sounds very familiar. Big Ideas always get spun in the wee hours of the morning, after a few bottles of drink, only to be slept off the next day.

Cheryl - You have your shipping notice! Yay!

Debra - Pop quiz! Is it legal to turn right on a red light? The Parents are only here from Friday afternoon until Wednesday at noon. Not nearly long enough, but the best that can be done for now. Our rec room did take a year, but DH did it 98% by himself, after work and on weekends. He worked so hard, I'm very proud of him. He also built a large deck out back, put up 4 fences, and landscaped the back of the house. Plus all the other little things I had him do. I certainly won't complain about the slow pace! Good luck on your test today.

Laurie - MSB! I like that one, believe it or not. What made you decide to pull that out? You get your new dvds on Thursday? Okay, now I'm starting to get jealous.

Here's a big HOWDY to everyone else!!!! Have a great day!!

Sandra

Hi Everyone!

Today I should have stayed in my bed It was suppose to been my REST DAY but no:* :*

I got up and did 30 minutes on treadmill and GS legs (standing) that was it for me. Today, am starting a 3 day spilt my workouts is going to go something like this
Day1: Legs
Day2: Chest Back & abs
Day3: Biceps Triceps & abs
Day4: cardio
Then repeat cycle

I’m going to alternate between heavy and light days for legs, today was a light day.

Tracie: Glad all is well with you and family. I know you had a wonderful time.

Sandra: Took so long because we did an older woman appartment we moved furniture, her GS never showed up. We was nice didn't charge her for moving, she has a 3 bedroom appt it was okay we had good conversation:D Usually 2 to 3 hours when we do big homes, but we made it and she was pleased:D

I’m going to eat and relax a bit, check back soon

Round2/Phase2/Week8/Day5/Cardio Fusion Cardio Blast premix (Subbed for Cardio X)

:) DD went to doc and was diagnosed with strep. Whew! She can return to school tomorrow. Nurse said to toss the toothbrush tomorrow morning as well. Germ infested,:-( you know?

Can't wait to hear about the new wo's, once you ladies get your lucky hot hands on them!

BBL!:p

Flying by to say HI!

Off to take #2 to the dentist and go grocery shopping:p

I did GS BS&B but I went light on the back work and there was some I couldn't do:(

See you girls soon,

Nicole

Hi all,

Taking off a half day was just what I needed. Just taking a break before I go and run.

Laurie - I do think that some sort of winter training would be good for DD. As I've seen with my own kids, it is difficult for them to stay motivated to train on thier own.

Debra - The side lungy things are tricky, but feel so good once you get the hang of them. They really stretch the glutes and hips. If I'm stiff in yogic squat at the start of that sequence, I can always do the yogic squat deep afterwards.

Jeanette - I think weight almost always goes on around the middle first. That's why I'll never wear high waisted pants again!

Annointed - A split with the GS is a good idea. I just did them last weekend and was reminded what good workouts they are.

Nicole - I guess you just can't quit can you. I avoided any exercise that required me to bend over to any degree unless I could support my back. I really didn't loose any strength.

Sandra - I haven't tried that B&G premix either. I'm always so scared to try them in fear of wasting time.

Traci - Glad you are back!

Tracy

Hi all! I ended up doing legs from the X and back from CTX...It felt good...for the most part...LOL! I do like the X legs, and now that I can mute all the chatter, it just makes it all the better. I do have to brag on myself a bit...and I can only do it here, since you guys will love me anyway....I was noticing as I was doing the calf raises (and you know Tony goes over with the camera and focuses on Dreya's calves), my calves are much more defined than Dreya's, and I was really gloating about that today. If I can find someone who won't think I'm weird, I will have them take a picture of my calves and post it so that you guys can see. Don't get me wrong...I have plenty of work to do in my upper legs and buttocks...but my calves are looking pretty darn good!!! LOL! I will take whatever small victory I can.

Had a bit of a snafu at the DL office today, none of which was my fault, so I have to go back on Thursday for my test....More time to look forward to it! At least I have a massage scheduled afterward.

Catching up with personals....

Jeanette...I got on the scale this morning, too, and was not pleased with my number edging up a bit...I really have to get my snacking under control. I wasn't surprised about my weight, just need a bit of a kick in the pants, I guess. Be careful what you say to the priest...he has a straight line to God and may put in a bad word for you if you aren't nice...LOL!

Sandra...Hmmm...I think you should be able to take a left on red if there is no traffic...Does that count?? How far away do your parents live? I am impressed that your husband does anything at all around the house...my XDH was never good with that kind of thing! Maybe you could send yours down here to do the manly things I need done. I may not bake like you, but I am not a bad cook...LOL! You were cracking me up in your post to Teddygirl...Your mind is in the gutter a bit, my dear. I like BG...It is my favorite of Cathe's leg workouts. I did some abs from CTX today...and I was panting a bit from all of the crunches by the end. Gracious! But have you seen my calves??

Teddygirl...I can't believe you are going to limit your cardio that much...I think it's great..just not your norm...Maybe 'cause you're getting plenty of cardio with Ted the man!

Swifty...Sorry to hear about the strep...Hope you keep those germs at bay...Spray everyone down with Lysol!

Nicole...Waving as you head out for your errands. Take it easy on your back, stubborn woman!

Tracy...So glad you are getting that mental health day in...I am sure the lungey things will be great once I get the hang of them...I just need to work up to being as fast as she is during the flow.

Okay...Think that does it for me. Gotta send up a signal flare for Amy and Carol! I have my yoga class in the morning, and I have an appointment for my physical therapy classes in the afternoon...and I have to get the doggie to the groomer in the morning, too, since she is a real stinker right now! I will also work in CTX chest at some point during the day. Kisses to all.

Debra

Happy Tuesday Xers!

Today's workout was the BRAND NEW High intensity Step workout from the 4 day split :D :D :D It was fun!! Ok, I was cussing some at Cathe during the cardio (especially during the 3rd combo), but it was still fun. Those of you on the RT will pick up the 2nd combo pretty easily. The blasts are fun and are mini-combos in and of themselves. All you Xers will like the weight work, too. The push/pull style reminds me of "The X" :D She goes heavy and includes plenty of pushps, too :D The outfits look great and the camera work is great, too (you can tell it wasn't done by Greg). Fun, fun. I can't wait to do more tomorrow!

BBL for personals, dinner calls.

Carol

Carol: Shut UP! I can't believe you already got your dvds! I'm so jealous!!!!!:7 I am subbing... after my rest week of course!;)

Debra-X: Did you crack up over my hypocrisy? Here I go slamming someone while using a red herring and appeal for pity! LOLOLOL Oh, well. I have a valid doctor's excuse!:p No, it wasn't Phil. He's too busy avoiding me!}( Plus, he has already confessed that I can argue better than him.:7 So, the poor man doesn't even bother trying anymore. LOL Don't tell me I'm allowed to be mean!:7 You are such an enabler. If we lived in the same town, God would have to separate us to our own corners of the world!}( Wait, I think he's doing that right now!!!:+ Your zoo trip sounded perfect for you to get some exercise. Isn't it something how it seems like you've got to hike almost to the woods outside of civilization just to get from the zoo to your car!:7

Laurie-XX: You guys were smart to pre-order as soon as you could. I wish I hadn't waited until Aug. 3rd to order mine. No, the energy rant wasn't very loving of me. I felt like a bully since the other lady possessed absolutely zero critical thinking skills. But, sometimes winning only means the other person feels attacked without seeing how their position lacked any logic. Anyhoo... My niece, who runs track, trains during the winter with my nephew. She can do 20 diamond push ups on her toes and 10 unassisted closed grip chin-ups in a row. I was impressed and a wee bit jealous.

Jeanette-X: Did you pre-order the Cathe dvds too? I wished I was around to pre-order the CTX series. I hear you about wearing loose clothes. I swear I gained 10 pounds when I banned jeans from my wardrobe! They're back now that I've realized how much I need them to keep fit! LOL You're probably just bloated. TTOM will be here any moment! LOLOLOL on Tastefully Sinful!:7

Sandra-X: I always feel B&G no matter what the premix! Cathe is torturous!!!! Your experience with pneumonia describes me exactly! My workouts have been very non-productive. I've been taking long breaks and skipping the parts I don't have the energy to do. I think a week's worth of rest will do me good. I want to get back to normal so bad!!!! LOL on your doctor's call. It's weird how we can be so sick and not think we're that bad off.

TG: Your week's rotation looks good! Good for you for pushing play!!!!!

Amy-X: Ahhh, give dd a huge hug from me! Strep is no fun!!!! Kids are so resilient. She'll bounce back after a dose of antibiotics! At least, I hope she does! Yes, toss out that toothbrush. I think I should as well.

Nicole-X: Good for you for modifying your weights. How are you feeling?

Debra-X AGAIN: Aren't you blessed! I would be gloating and bragging and forcing people to look at my calves if mine looked like yours and Fe's. Unfortunately, God gave me cankles.:-( Yes, have dd take a pic of them. I'm sure my future plastic surgeon can use all the visuals he can get when he sculpts me a new pair!:7 :+

Amy: Where's your "see I told you to go to the doctor" post? Are you busy flirting with the elderly patients again?

Well ladies, I'm headed to bed. It's been a long day explaining to the Crazy Asian that the Thai laws have changed and she needs a visa BEFORE she gets on the plane. So, I'm in the middle of filling out all the forms for her. She has such a thick accent; it's difficult to understand her on the phone. She thinks if she shouts that it'll make it easier for me.

Anyhooo... Talk to ya'll in the morning.

Sweet Dreams,
Wendy

Good evening,
Had a busy day at work, and then a good golf class. The weather was cold and we got drizzled on off and on, but I had a lot of fun (played in a threesome) nd played pretty well for a newbie. Today was the first day that I consistently had good hits. Next time may be consistently bad hits LOL! Really enjoyed it, will be much better when the sun is shining.

Sandra, I'm thinking I need to do B&G tomorrow. I haven't done a dedicated leg workout in a while as I've been doing Slim Series and there are a ton of lunges and squats in those. LOL re: the 3 hour carpet job for Teddygirl! Hoping you don't have to wait too long for the new DVD's. I just got my notice and they will come a week from today.

Swifty, sorry about your DD's strep throat. That is so painful. Wow, she can already go back to school? Good job on Cardio Fusion! Been out on the bike lately?

Nicole, howdy to you! Don't forget to post the pictures! Take it easy on the back still.

Tracy, hope you enjoyed the 1/2 day off and the run. Think the cooler weather would be wonderful to run in. Yep, I'm feeling softer around the waist.

Debra, you're right about being careful around the priest. I'll have to take something to mellow me out first. Had a great time golfing tonite because the 2 fellas are not real serious about it. The priest is much more intense. Golf is a game where I think you will play better if you can relax. So you've got great calves? I have okay ones, but only from a certain view, not straight on. And now I have a vein that popped on one of them so I'm looking shot out LOL! It's heck to get older. Our 2 dogs are both slick haired so the groomer is one place I never have to go to. Hard enough for me to get my own hair done every 6 weeks. I think B&G is a great workout and now that Sandra mentioned it, I'll have to do it tomorrow. Oh joy!

Carol, thanks so much for the review of the new HIS. Mine will be here next Tuesday. I'm pretty excited and will be real ready for Cathe after doing Jari and Slim Series for the last 3-4 weeks.

Wendy, hope you are getting some quality rest today. You really need to get over the pneumonia thing in plenty of time for your trip. Yep, I preordered, but probably about a week after they were available. Thanks for reminding me again about TTOM coming. That train should hit around Thursday. What a good DD you are to fill out all of the required forms. I'm hoping you have a GREAT time in Thailand. Wish I was going too.

Must run,

Jeanette
