Today's To Do List: GS S/B/B as produced, clean house, laundry, download printer to computer over the internet, print out homeschool forms and order curriculum.
Like Debra always says, I've got my workout clothes on. It's a start in the right direction!
TraciX: Thank you for the cycle day update!
I can tell it's getting close. I feel like spreading the hate at times.}( It was the main reason I didn't come back online for personals. Instead I previewed GS since I didn't do it last week. LOL on neglecting your butt. That's how I felt all during the X. Kenpo and L&B only worked it so much and much more only during Phase3. Nice try getting info out of BB. I wouldn't have even bothered. Good for you for at least trying. Thanks for clarifying Master Series and PHH. Yes, PHH is a better vacation choice for maintenance. You're looking forward to the bay vacation!!! Does this mean you're not looking forward to the family visit?

I have conflicting feelings about ds leaving for bootcamp. I'm glad he's moving on with his life instead of hanging around with nothing to do. I try to keep him busy, but he's your typical lazy teenaged boy. I don't know why he's not motivated to help me clean and take care of the girls.:7
I'm also concerned for him because he has a difficult time keeping his mouth shut when someone pisses him off. But, I hear it's a kinder, gentler Army. They don't hit ya like they used to.:7 It's funny cuz it's true!!!
TracyX: The rains are coming down here too. I must be feeling the same effects of Carol's weather system. It's cold and yuck! I'm over it too!!! I know I'd be singing a different tune if I was a farmer though. We needed the rain. I'd say that this rotation is a shocker! I'd be shocked if I ever attempted it!!!! }( If anyone can do it, you can!!!
DebraX: I apologize for not emailing you yet. That reminds me to add it to my To-Do List. Keeping you and your dd in my prayers! How's your butt bruise? Is it keeping you from sitting on your butt all day?:+
AmyX Swifty: ^5^ for using weights for the ab work in B&G. I won't go there. Something about seeing Britney Spears pic after doing 1,000 crunches a day pic keeps me working in fear of a boxy looking core. I know. I need help!
Did your parents enjoy camping? Before my father died, he tried getting me to go camping with him in Cooks Forest. I forget how I was able to talk my way out of going. I think I used the twins as an excuse! Now, if he would have suggested hanging with him and my younger siblings at the beach, I would have been all for it!!! LOL about the NG booth. The recruiters jokingly suggested that I join. Really, if I could go through bootcamp to get in shape and not actually join, I might have considered it.:7
SandraX: Why a duck? Are you morphing icing into ducklings too? This reminds me! I saw your pictures a few days ago. Your talent is growing! Your b-day cake was too pretty to eat. Was it as good as it looked?:9 We bought the twins each a cake for their b-day. Normally this is the season for cake. We have a birthday in this family every week to two weeks in a one month period starting in August and ending in September. My eldest will be in bootcamp for his b-day on the 28th. Then next month eldest dd and youngest ds have their b-day. Have fun shopping. Ugh, my least favorite to do. I usually farm it out onto dh.:7
Carol: You sound like me. Do you get strange looks from the people in the lobby when doing spelling or math? I usually do. I don't even bother looking around anymore.:7 Car time is the time for music and Latin. I pop in the cd and dd starts chanting declensions or humming classical tunes. Which reminds me, I need to call my gf for the name of a composer cd. I think it's musical moments? It has lyrics to pieces of famous works to help you remember the composer. Would you happen to know the name of it? I can't remember what you are using this year for science. I'm debating starting Real Science for Kids Chem and Physics or A Child's Geography (earth science). I might do earth science. If we finish, I'll tack on RS4K. Decisions, decisions. Thanks for explaining the differences in Imax2 and 3. I think I own enough step w/o to keep me busy for awhile. Maybe, I'll consider it once the Workout Blender arrives.
Jenn: How are you feeling today? Did Sandro pamper you with soups and back rubs? LOL on losing your voice! Can you imagine how that would KILL me!!!:7 I'd have to write to get it all out of me. Y'all would never be able to finish reading my epics then! The girls loved their presents. They are easily pleased!
Annoited TG: Good luck to Pinkey's Leg Version! Let us know if you can move afterwards!!!;-)
NicoleX: How are you doing today? Any dreadful blasts scheduled for today?
JeanetteX! You're BACK!!! I'm so glad you had a fun weekend!!! LOL on being surprised about not losing any weight over the weekend. We love you anyway you weigh! I'll be checking your picturetrail for vacation pics. Sounds beautiful!!!
LaurieXX: We had totally forgotten about his elementary school eye exam. The doctors don't know why he fails the color blind screening since he passes the detailed color blind tests. So, I don't blame the Army for thinking he was. It's a good thing he isn't colorblind. He's my fashion assistant.
Cheryl: Nice workout blender scheduled for today! I tried the 1200 calories during the X. I felt like I was starving myself! I do much better when I don't chart my calories and eat to satisfaction. Basically, I always gain weight when I try to lose weight or restrict myself. I have no self control!!!! OTOH, this must work for you! 3.8 pounds is quite an accomplishment!!! How's your measurements coming along?
Amy:
Catch me if you can!:7
Okay ladies, off I go to tackle my to-do list.
Ballistic Hugs to ALL!!!!
