Xers *Tantalizing TUESDAY Tidbits*

Happy Tuesday Xers!

Such a chatty group lately- not sure I will ever absorb ALL that is going on !!

WORKOUT: Drill Max Cardio Leg Blast
*Should* be BARRELS of fun since I am still in great pain from Sundays Leg-X! I think I’ll change the name tho to Booty-X because my bottom feels actually bruised! Can anyone say “You’ve neglected Your Butt all summer?”

DH made an “appt” with me to take pics on Thursday nite for website- He worked late last night and I had been eating carbs (albeit clean) all day so was feeling like a beached whale- (PMS WEEK LADIES!)

FYI: I sent an email to beachbody this morning to find out if there was any news on release date for supplemental w/o's to P90X... ANXIOUSLY awaiting the reply!

DebraX: All I can say is take all the hugs, the support, the love and the strong shoulders of the Xers and lean on us a bit. My heart is going out to you during this time of transition- I will continue with prayers of a quick resolution and joy in your heart in days soon to come. {{{{Xer Hug}}}
On a more happy note- you are OBVIOUSLY staying busy- like it or not! I think your schedule this week will leave you exhausted- a good thing! ENJOY your BFF again- I think it was Divine Planning that you got moved back home at this particular time in your life.

[i ]JEANETTE-X:
Welcome Home! So good to see your name in the list yesterday…WOW is all I can say about your get-a-way! I nominate YOU to plan our Xer get-together!! I could hear the relaxation in your post! I so miss you when you go but must say you keep me on my toes looking for intriguing and new things to do! Post pics when you can!!!

[i ]CHERYL[/i]
What a generous offer to mail that article! You know I’m on THAT list! Thanks so much… do you have a scanner? Just thinking that would be less time consuming by scanning/emailing. You gave me a chuckle with your version of Classic Bodybuilder Diet! I think YOU should be teaching those die-hards how to stay w/ the program but have a little fun with food! AWESOME 100 minute workout woman!

[i ]NICOLE-X[/i] [/i]:
I think your absence from epic posts is really because you are IN the new X workouts with Tony… I will be VERY upset if Xers don’t get honorable mention in the new series of HELL –X!... Happy TTOM Day! LOL

[i ]TRACY-X[/i]
So how was Day 1 of new job? VERY impressed with this rotation you are doing- Cathe must have had her evil pen out that day. I think MY rotation is bottom torture but compared to yours it’s a breeze!

[i ]AMY[/i]
Glad you enjoyed the article- I always like to keep up with the latest theory out there- I think almost all of it has a place in our worlds to keep workouts fresh. Thanks for visiting the site! It’s a work in progress – hey wait THAT’S what I say about my body! Any w/o yesterday? I am still reading posts (I start from bottom up) so maybe that was already discussed…

[i ]SANDRA-X[/i]
SO sorry about the web monsters ! I keep a standard word document and copy/paste…(delete text after its posted for sure) I was losing too many posts by keeping 2 screens open on Cathe. Thanks for the belly laugh on my www! I do hope my clients don’t interpret it that way! YEP – those are my quotes- I actually had OUR infamous quote on there but DH said it made no sense out of context… What do YOU think? YEP again on skipping back in L&B-X… Cant be doing that back 2 days in a row! ^5 on Ya’ll!!! You can move here and fit right in! My dad use to crack up when I’d call- I picked up a twang & ya’ll within first 6 months! I am currently doing cardio each week that looks like: 1 KICK, 2 HIIT@ 20-30minutes- I also get a good cardio tho on Plyo type days – I consider today (Drill Max Legs) as an extra cardio day. If something has to get blown off in a week I make it a cardio- This has really helped me lean out in past 6 weeks. Your hip flexibility is MAJOR with so much Yoga- I completely understand how that would make us feel youthful! I so wish I could eat bread in any quantity as I’d be picking your brain for recipes.. Even the healthy stuff bloats me- Your latest cake made me smile! I cannot wait to see more cake pics. Sorry but I can be of no help on the magazine front…Regardless of Shiva’s 1008 concept (email her btw) I LOVE your version of its importance! Maybe the extra DVD says something about it.

[i ]WENDY-X[/i]
Well Well Well- We have a military mom in our midst! I think YOU are going to be a driving force in our military decisions from this point forward! LOL on your Top Secret Story! Are we sad at all about Bootcamp departure? Got to be so hard for a parent. I will keep your DS in my daily prayers for our children, spouses, siblings, friends, parents in our military. ~ We are heading to bay for 7 days in Sept (NO DOGS!!!!) and then to California to see my family for 5 days in Oct. SOOOO looking forward to bay vacation!!! Master Series all all about 1 hour- its Power Half Hour that are short & sweet. As a matter of fact I MEANT to write I was taking PHH! Thanks for catching my mis-write! MS is the series just before X- I really like it as its formatted differently but many of the moves are similar to X- good for variety. NEVER worry about reading the info I shoot out there- I’m a BIG believer if something is meant to be seen by you then it will POP out and grab your attention…

[i ]TEDDYGIRL[/i]
Your Labor Day plans sound so fun! I don’t think I’ll ever give up flying…Everywhere I want to go is FAAARRRR away! Mailing your DVD today – I REALLY will try! Hope you were on time and ready for work today party girl! Speaking of…hows Ted?

[i ]LAURIE-X[/i]
I saw the Missippi flooding on news last night- AMAZING the damage water can do. Take care of yourself- even a little street flooding can be so dangerous. We lost 8 lives in Texas in last weeks rain- all of them were in their cars and had gotten caught in deep water. So sad. I hope you enjoyed your extra Sunday off! Take care of that nasty cold.

[i ]JENNIFER[/i]
Hope all is well with you- Missed you yesterday….

[i ]CAROL[/i]
Hope Day 1 of homeschooling + Imax were not too much for ya! Sounds like a grueling day to me!!!

[i ]Swifty-X[/i]
Are you home yet?

Hi all,

Today the rotation calls for CTX upper again, but I may do cardio and then the upper tomorrow. I'm not sure yet, but I still feel fatigued from CTX on Sunday. My legs are fatigued too. The 300 walking lunges and then the leg work the next day was a nice shock to my body. I'm glad to be following this rotation. It is forcing me to do things that I wouldn't normally do.

We are finally getting some much needed rain here. We are having a serious drought.

Traci - OMG you are up early! What are you doing with the dogs while you are gone? We have a huge issue with the dogs when we go away and I always have to get a house sitter. This year DS GF stayed and it was great because she actually spent a lot of time here and they didn't act so starved for attention when I got home. I bloat up bad with bread and pasta. I really hate to eat them anymore. I think that I've lost the most BF by almost quitting eating bread and pasta. I don't miss them anymore either. I'm also eating 5-6 times per day, but I can't break the habit of eating a bigger dinner meal, so I eat a huge salad to make it look like more. Calorie wise it isn't much.

Jeanette - Glad you had a nice time, it sounds wonderful. I think that I love the outdoors as much as you do and I'm jealous of your riding and adventure! Is that Oregon or Washington or where? We visited the Oregon coast last year and it was beautiful.

Off to work. I'm busy already which is good. The day flew by. I am the department chair for the special education program at a middle school. It will be an interesting year. The moderate to severe group of students increased in number from 9 last year to 30 this year, on top of the about 100 learning disabled students. We have a lot of very difficult parents which makes life interesting....

Tracy

Good morning ladies. Hope all is well with your worlds. I survived another day...and I am going to e out and about all morning, so I will be back this afternoon to post. I had planned on getting a ride in today, but it looks like that won't happen since I have an appointment for car work this morning after I take DD to school. By the time I get home I imagine it will be blistering hot. Again.

Thank you for all the kind words and support. You guys are the best! I am still feeling a bit raw right now, and really can't put much energy into anything else, but I really appreciate your sweet thoughts and sentiments.

Wish me luck on getting some things done today...Then I may even be able to ride tomorrow! If I can't ride today, I will probably do a short cardio and then some yoga. I will obviously be taking a weekend off exercise to visit my BFF, so I figured an extra burst of cardio would help. The bonus of the stress in my life is that I have lost 5 pounds! I don't think I have weighed this little since, oh, junior high!

hugs to all you sweet women!
Debra

Good morning Tuesday and I'm back to working out.

Drill Max and weighted abs from B&G! Geez. Torture the core!

I'm tired. ttom is right around the corner. I slept yesterday. No wo for me. DH and I did ride Fri afternoon and Sat early AM. Well, he ran I biked. No wo Sunday for either of us. The camping was nice but different dynamics with my 76 yo parents along. DD liked it:)

Wendy- DH stopped at the national guard booth at the festival on Sat. They offered him a position and education. He walked away - if not flattered with the offer at age 39. No offer to dear dad;-) Best of everything to you DS. He is very lucky to have parents like you and Phil. :7

Jeannette - Cannot wait to read about your travels. I will have many questions.:p

Traci- Thanks for keeping an ear to the ground on Tony's release. I cannot wait! I need another round bad! Congrats on your new rotation:)

Debra - thoughts are with you. Keeping busy is a good thing. :) Weather is rainy here. No riding for me any time soon.

I must check out shower is calling. Then work, then who knows. I'm planning the DD's party for Saturday.

Oh, hello and good day to all who follow!:7

Good morning,

Since I'm supposed to be downstairs already, starting my workout, I'll just post a quick hello!!

I'm about to do GS Triceps, KPC cardio conditioning segment, and about 30 mins of yoga.

Today's grocery shopping morning, and I haven't a clue what we're going to eat this week, which means I don't really know what should go on my list. I'll have to work on that during breakfast. I might not be back here until some time this afternoon.

JeanetteX - Welcome back!! You were missed!!

Have a great day!
SandraX

Happy Tuesday Ladies!

Today I have to take DS to the eye doc (yes, glasses and braces all in one week, poor guy, lol) so we'll be taking some schoolwork along so he doesn't get behind on his 2nd day. Yesterday went surprisingly well, and I still managed to get my workout in, too :D I did Imax 3 and tacked on Stretch Max 2. Now if it would only stop raining... I've enjoyed the cooler weather (it's currently 58 degrees on the mid-atlantic in August!!) but NOT the rain so much. I'm over it, lol. Today's workout will be Core Max 3 and GS Chest & Tris. My triceps are sore just thinking about it ;-)

Wendy -- Imax 3 has more complex coreo than Imax 2, but it's doable. I find the step segments are less intense, which is good b/c the recoveries are shorter. I like Imax 3 slightly less than Imax 2, but I still like it quite a bit. Happy Birthday to your girlies!! I hope they had a great party!! Are you excited or nervous about DS leaving tonight?

Nicole -- Which rotation are you doing? You seem to be doing similar workouts to me :D

Debra -- Many hugs and prayers coming your way!! I'm sorry to hear about you and DH, but I hope pampering yourself some this week will help a bit.

SandraX -- Our first day was GREAT!! :D Much as they like to complain about having to do schoolwork, they really do like it. They get so bored if we're not doing something. LOL about your DD and the notes. SOOOO cute! You'll have such a great collection to show her when she's grown.

Traci-X -- I hear ya. I've neglected my LB all summer, too, and now I'm paying the price :( But, I'm back on track now, so hopefully it'll get better. I hope your poor booty is feeling better soon!

Tracy -- As much as I hate walking lunges, I can't even FATHOM doing 300 of them!! I say do whatever workout you like, you've earned it!!

Jenn -- Are you still out there? When do your kids have to go back to school?

I hope you all have a great day!

Carol

Good Morning, X'ers!!! :)

Sorry I was MIA yesterday, I was down and out w/ this darn cold...Thinking I was feeling a little bit better last night, woke up this morning to feeling worse. Losing my voice, I'm sure my BF is loving it :) Thank you all for your Get Well Wishes...You are all the BEST!!! :)
I only got in (1) workout since the RT...I feel like such a loser!! My eating hasn't even been great, I been polishing off cookies left and right ... Good Though :9

I agree this has been such a chatty group!! Sometimes I am afraid to post, I just lurk out their b/c I can't keep up w/ everyone! I'm not that great on personals... Sorry :(

Traci-X ~ Good Morning, Sunshine ~ Wow, 3 a.m. Hope your Bum feels better soon... :)

Tracy ~ How Great that you are in the special education program. I can understand the DIFFICULT parents...As sometimes I am one of them. My daughter Amber was Dx w/ ADHD right out of Kindergarten, and immediately placed in a Special Education class. I defiantly had my ups and downs w/ this and of course had her tested and tested... She is doing extremely well now...(she is starting the 9th grade this year).. Since changing school districts (SpringFord to Downingtown East, PA) I have seen a huge improvement in her school work. They have her being involved in regular classes this year (with a help of a aide when needed)...I think this will help her greatly, especially to meet new friends!

Debra ~ {{{{HUGS}}}}...Hang in their, we are here for you!! Have a great weekend was your BFF... I totally understand what you are going through, I just recently got divorced, not a easy thing to go through! :( Please let me know if you need anything at all!!

Wendy ~ Give the twins a BIG-B-day Hug from me!! :) How was their Party? Did they get everything they wanted? :) How are you w/ DS leaving for Boot Camp today? I would be bawling my eyes out! Is he excited?

Carol ~ Hey, I'm still here...A little tired, but here. The kids start school on Monday 8/27/07...I am still trying to work w/ the guidance dept regarding my DS schedule. He hasn't received anything yet, and school starts in a few days. I am being the nervous Mommy now ... How was the 1st day of home schooling?

I will be back later to finish up personals, If I missed anyone...HI!!! :)

XoXo
Jenn ~ :)

Good morning,
Today was The Viper (or most of it anyway) from The Terminator DVD. You know how a lot of ladies go on vacation and are surprised when they come back and they weigh less? Didn't happen for me. Up a few more than what I want of course. But hey, at least it doesn't bum me out like it used to. What do you expect when you indulge with super good cookies, scones, trail mix by the handfuls, scrumptious beautiful dinners out, good wine, even a great microbrew beer. Oh yeah, not to mention 2 nights of eating ice cream after dinner (single scoop of course). It's all good and I have great memories and pictures. Not sorry a bit.

No way can I catch up with personals so please forgive me. I have house cleaning to do tonite as my sister from southern California will be coming to visit tomorrow night and stay thru Sunday. I'm hoping she'll want to do some workouts with me. I've got a lot of different chores to do this week too so may be a bit sparse on the boards.

Traci, hoping you are at your very leanest for the pictures, but if not, you look great anyway. Thanks so much for keeping us posted on the P90X workouts. Hope something comes out soon. The trip was a lot of fun, an active type vacation for sure. I was even tempted to try the windsurfing as the beginners had a nice lagoon type area to do it in, shallow water and everyone was successful. No one was allowed out in the actual big part of the Columbia River as you need to know a certain skill for that kind of surfing. I thought the winds were pretty strong but apparently not for the hard core surfers.

Tracy, good to see you back also. Glad you are getting rain. We surely need some here. With rain and less heat, they will open the national forests to woodcutting and we really need to get that chore done before winter. Hood River is east of Portland around 60 miles I think, right on the Columbia River. Windsurfing capital for sure and the whole town caters to that sport. The cycling was good for us as the winds weren't too strong this weekend. Absolutely beautiful area.

Debra, hope you stay busy today. Have you and your DH gone for any counseling together? My thoughts will be with you. Hope you can get a workout in.

Swifty, I know what you mean about different dynamics in camping when having the parents around. I love it when my folks come along, it definitely is more of a resting type of camping trip for us then and less fly by the seat of our pants.

Sandra, thanks for the welcome back! Grocery shopping for you again? I desperately need to go too. Have no non-fat milk for my oatmeal today. WAAAAH!

Darn, I'm out of time and have to go get in the shower. Hopefully, I can come back and finish my personals. Hi to everyone!

Jeanette

Morning Xers,

Workout: Shape Transforming Workout #1 / Kathy Smith Peak Fat Burning

Today was suppose to be Imax, but I decided to try something different. :) And start using some of these workouts that I have not done or they are colleting dust.

Debra, Just giving you a big cyber hug {{{{HUG}}}}

TG, That is a great workout, and I am going to cut and paste it into my list of workouts.

Traci, Dang about the Master P90X. :( I was hoping they would be forthcoming about when these things would be coming out. I hope they don't decide to get them out at Christmas (when I don't have the $). I had heard that they might be releasing the new 10 min workouts this fall. Wonder how good those would be.

Sandra, Yep we have elephants at the faire. Actually last weekend was the last time that they would be there. :( It was always so much fun to see those huge animals. Your cake sounds like it will be cute. You are one busy woman.

Jennifer, The cold you have sounds just like the one I am suffering through. You think the thing is going away only to have another progression. Last night I started getting the sinus headache. Coughing is under control though. Take care of yourself.

Jeanette, Sounds like you had a great time with all the girls. :) We did miss you though.

Nicole, We will be here when you get to start posting again. :)

Wendy, Good for you for making sure your DS got what he wanted for his service in the Army. You would have known something like color blindness was going on. My Dad is color blind, and it always made us laugh when he saw brown instead of green.

Have a great day!

Laurie

Good Morning Ladies,

Workout didn't happen. Email to Debra didn't happen. And coming back for personals didn't happen.

Off to get coffee from DD and start to make things happen.

BBS!
Wendy

Hi, everyone -

Just had to stop to laugh a moment at Nicole's comment "You know how sometimes when you go on vacation and you come back and weigh less? Didn't happen for me." BOY can I relate!!! That's the fate I'm facing right now.

But the bodybuilder eating is doing me good - 5-6 small meals - have stayed at the 1200-ish calorie range since last Friday and have managed to drop 3.8 lbs. When some of it is fluid retention it's easier. Trying to stay clear away from the carbonation and artificial sweeteners. The protein/fiber bars are helping - they have some sweetness to them, as well as a tbsp of honey on my Greek yogurt.

Today's workout: MIC, step portion plus a short spinning bike add-on for 45 min. plus B&G both stab. ball bonus sections for 20 min. Meant to do 10 spinning bike intervals of HIIT, but one interval kicked my butt. I can see what I need to work on. May try that again tonight or tomorrow morning and next time put that part FIRST.

Debra - one foot in front of the other for a little while is probably how it will go.

Traci - laughing out loud at your comments on the picture day. Boy are we alike! I'm sure they'll turn out great. I know what you mean about carbs making you feel like a swollen balloon - yech. Can't wait to see the photos go up.

Have a great morning, everyone!

Cheryl

Jeanette: excellent work, from what I've heard the Viper workout is NO jokex( Nice work!

Debra: It is okay, matter of fact It’s okay now……can you caught that vision?:7 :7

Sandra: HELLO………HELLO……hello (three stooges)I know, I need a life and a man.

Cheryl: you and MIC, I can tell you like workout, huh! Nice work 3.8 lbs.

Laurie: Low max let me know what you think of workout, it’s a dozy}( }(

Today's To Do List: GS S/B/B as produced, clean house, laundry, download printer to computer over the internet, print out homeschool forms and order curriculum.

Like Debra always says, I've got my workout clothes on. It's a start in the right direction!

TraciX: Thank you for the cycle day update!:) I can tell it's getting close. I feel like spreading the hate at times.}( It was the main reason I didn't come back online for personals. Instead I previewed GS since I didn't do it last week. LOL on neglecting your butt. That's how I felt all during the X. Kenpo and L&B only worked it so much and much more only during Phase3. Nice try getting info out of BB. I wouldn't have even bothered. Good for you for at least trying. Thanks for clarifying Master Series and PHH. Yes, PHH is a better vacation choice for maintenance. You're looking forward to the bay vacation!!! Does this mean you're not looking forward to the family visit?:p }( ;) I have conflicting feelings about ds leaving for bootcamp. I'm glad he's moving on with his life instead of hanging around with nothing to do. I try to keep him busy, but he's your typical lazy teenaged boy. I don't know why he's not motivated to help me clean and take care of the girls.:7 ;) I'm also concerned for him because he has a difficult time keeping his mouth shut when someone pisses him off. But, I hear it's a kinder, gentler Army. They don't hit ya like they used to.:7 It's funny cuz it's true!!!

TracyX: The rains are coming down here too. I must be feeling the same effects of Carol's weather system. It's cold and yuck! I'm over it too!!! I know I'd be singing a different tune if I was a farmer though. We needed the rain. I'd say that this rotation is a shocker! I'd be shocked if I ever attempted it!!!! }( If anyone can do it, you can!!!

DebraX: I apologize for not emailing you yet. That reminds me to add it to my To-Do List. Keeping you and your dd in my prayers! How's your butt bruise? Is it keeping you from sitting on your butt all day?:+

AmyX Swifty: ^5^ for using weights for the ab work in B&G. I won't go there. Something about seeing Britney Spears pic after doing 1,000 crunches a day pic keeps me working in fear of a boxy looking core. I know. I need help!;) Did your parents enjoy camping? Before my father died, he tried getting me to go camping with him in Cooks Forest. I forget how I was able to talk my way out of going. I think I used the twins as an excuse! Now, if he would have suggested hanging with him and my younger siblings at the beach, I would have been all for it!!! LOL about the NG booth. The recruiters jokingly suggested that I join. Really, if I could go through bootcamp to get in shape and not actually join, I might have considered it.:7

SandraX: Why a duck? Are you morphing icing into ducklings too? This reminds me! I saw your pictures a few days ago. Your talent is growing! Your b-day cake was too pretty to eat. Was it as good as it looked?:9 We bought the twins each a cake for their b-day. Normally this is the season for cake. We have a birthday in this family every week to two weeks in a one month period starting in August and ending in September. My eldest will be in bootcamp for his b-day on the 28th. Then next month eldest dd and youngest ds have their b-day. Have fun shopping. Ugh, my least favorite to do. I usually farm it out onto dh.:7

Carol: You sound like me. Do you get strange looks from the people in the lobby when doing spelling or math? I usually do. I don't even bother looking around anymore.:7 Car time is the time for music and Latin. I pop in the cd and dd starts chanting declensions or humming classical tunes. Which reminds me, I need to call my gf for the name of a composer cd. I think it's musical moments? It has lyrics to pieces of famous works to help you remember the composer. Would you happen to know the name of it? I can't remember what you are using this year for science. I'm debating starting Real Science for Kids Chem and Physics or A Child's Geography (earth science). I might do earth science. If we finish, I'll tack on RS4K. Decisions, decisions. Thanks for explaining the differences in Imax2 and 3. I think I own enough step w/o to keep me busy for awhile. Maybe, I'll consider it once the Workout Blender arrives.

Jenn: How are you feeling today? Did Sandro pamper you with soups and back rubs? LOL on losing your voice! Can you imagine how that would KILL me!!!:7 I'd have to write to get it all out of me. Y'all would never be able to finish reading my epics then! The girls loved their presents. They are easily pleased!

Annoited TG: Good luck to Pinkey's Leg Version! Let us know if you can move afterwards!!!;-)

NicoleX: How are you doing today? Any dreadful blasts scheduled for today?

JeanetteX! You're BACK!!! I'm so glad you had a fun weekend!!! LOL on being surprised about not losing any weight over the weekend. We love you anyway you weigh! I'll be checking your picturetrail for vacation pics. Sounds beautiful!!!

LaurieXX: We had totally forgotten about his elementary school eye exam. The doctors don't know why he fails the color blind screening since he passes the detailed color blind tests. So, I don't blame the Army for thinking he was. It's a good thing he isn't colorblind. He's my fashion assistant. :)

Cheryl: Nice workout blender scheduled for today! I tried the 1200 calories during the X. I felt like I was starving myself! I do much better when I don't chart my calories and eat to satisfaction. Basically, I always gain weight when I try to lose weight or restrict myself. I have no self control!!!! OTOH, this must work for you! 3.8 pounds is quite an accomplishment!!! How's your measurements coming along?

Amy::p Catch me if you can!:7

Okay ladies, off I go to tackle my to-do list.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!!!!
Wendy

[font face="tahoma"]Happy Tuesday Again![font/tahoma]

The evil deed is done (DrillMax Cardio Legs)… My arss is in dire pain- if it weren’t DOMS x 10 I would think I injured myself- honestly guys I have NEVER felt pain in muscle this badly- its not pulled or strained just that awful bruised feeling. Wendell patted my booty ever so gently this morning and it felt like he took a skillet and smacked me hard! Needless to say DRILLMAX was not any fun today- I “got thru” it but zero happy factor like it usually brings… darn that Tony! All I cans say is Hooray tomorrow is upper body!

DebraX:
LOL on the stress & weight loss- AMEN SISTER! :7 I always drop tons of fat when severely stressed OR when I first fall in love… I bet you have withered away to nothing…ya know what that means….SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:7

JEANETTE-X:
Well you certainly didn’t ease back into w/o’s did ya? GAWD I feel like a total loser next to you guys… I don’t even have the desire to work that hard! LOL- AMEN on your feeling WONDERFUL about all your experiences last weekend… I agree TOTALLY – that’s what life is for- ENJOY all of it.:7 Enjoy your sister visit!! How great for both of you…Be sure and let her know about your Xer fan club….We adore you! I have a very vague memory of a BF trying to teach me windsurfing decades ago…. I think he called it a wash pretty soon after the lesson started!

[i ]CHERYL[/i]
Oh DEAR!!!! Have you given up your Diet A&W’s??? Diet soda is the hardest to give up but somehow that no calorie drink bloats me to no end. :7 Nice workout today! If your MIC ever gives up on you let me know- you can have mine- yet ANOTHER dust collector that I will probably NEVER use again…. :7

[i ]TRACY-X[/i]
Glad you’re adjusting rotation to meet your body’s needs. My dogs are being house sat by MIL while we vacation a bit…LOVELY!!! :7 on HUGE salad to fool your mind! Good move!! I am eating fish and eggs as my protein source and can sure see a diff … I actually feel like my hard work is not in vain anymore. Very happy you are lovin’ the new job! I hope you got a BIG OLE raise to go with it!

We always seem to grocery shop on same days… :7 DH getting fajitas with “the works” on side tonight while I indulge in my Grilled Trout salad… NOT FAIR!

LOVED the “Didn’t happen” post! :7 :7 THANK GOD you’re human afterall! Funny that for you Debra putting on the clothes is half the battle- NOT ME! Many times I’ve worn the full attire ALL day only to undress at night w/ no workout! :7 on catching the “family visit”…. I always LOVE the thought of going home…I rarely come back with same warm fuzzies… My family is severely dysfunctional- worse than the average and lots of wounds across the family that have never healed… I do fine 1 on 1 but this is for a family surprise party so I am very apprehensive. I am praying about it and trying not to draw negative energy to the visit but must admit I am not doing so well now that October is approaching. If my alcoholic older sister shows up to the party it could be diasterous. There is a lot of venom that comes from her when shes drinking and usually directed at me- Wendells never met her – I feel guilty saying it but I am hoping she misses this get together. I am happy you are OK with DS…I bet he comes out of Bootcamp a changed person-:7 Military kinda thrives on breaking down that macho stuff when it comes to authority. Enjoy digging into that to do list!

I am going to invest in the 10 minute trainer series (or whatever its called) so hold off on ordering and I’ll let ya know what they are like since www never gives much info.
