Morning Gang!

Thought Amy would be starting us off but guess the hospital is busy again.....

Today is MIS Legs + GS Back & Bicep + Yoga

Caught up with all yesterday.... Hope TracyX & Swifty are enjoying their great outdoor experiences this weekend.

Off to start the day:)

Good morning all! Hope you are good today! I think my headache yesterday was due to ttom...which I normally have no problems with...but have been feeling a bit yucky this month. I am also in need of a really good massage...will have to work on that this week. I am still no closer to having my workout room set up...maybe I will work on that a bit today. I did finish the master closet yesterday...and I know that probably doesn't sound like a lot, but with the number of shoes that I own, it was a bit of a challenge. The closet in our new house is about a third of the size of our last one, so I am trying to share with DH...even though he is in Russia. I did find my high step and my stability ball yesterday..and I know where my weights are, so I am a couple of steps closer.

Traci....You sweet woman! I am 40...and I look everyday of it!! Thank you so much for the compliments! Can you tell that I am a shorty...DH is about 6 ft 3...and I am struggling to be 5'2"...LOL. We share our beach house with another couple who has 3 kids. We have been vacationing with them for about 5 years now and we always have a good time together. My pooch is too busy running around our large backyard to have her picture taken. Please don't work yourself into a frenzy today....take a break and relax with your boys gone. Snuggle with Sandy on the couch and read a good book...You did more work yesterday than I did!

Wendy...Thank you so much for the compliments too....You ladies are all so sweet and supportive! The tan hides all of the zits...LOL. The only reason I haven't posted pics before now, is I really didn't have any on my camera to post. I got a few at dd's kindergarten graduation, but by then I was on the road. Since we were kind of by ourselves in Illinois, just no one to take pictures of us together. Congrats on finishing LB and ARX...WooHoo!!!! I am so proud of you!! Are you officially done? I guess you have your last recovery week?

Okay...gotta go for now...I have a house full of boxes calling my name. Actually they are screaming. Hope everyone is hav=ing a fantabulous and fun weekend!

Sorry to disappoint you, Traci (;-) ). Yeah, we got busy at the end of the shift....a young kid hadn't quite figured out that going up against a car while on a bike isn't a very good idea. We still don't know if he's got brain damage or not yet, but there's a very good chance. Sad thing, he's from Russia, and we don't know if he speaks any English or not (so it's pretty hard to find out if the 'eggs are scrambled' so to speak)

I hope that everyone has a good Sunday.....it's my "Friday"!!! Yea!!! Yesterday's workout was a freestyle total body, and I added in some additional exercises using my Home Gym for chest.

Sandra- To answer your question, the total of 15 lbs isn't 'all' muscle. I put it on during my rebound carb binge after being on the P90X eating plan for 5 weeks. There was just too little carbs that it bit me in the behind and I went carb-crazy for several weeks before I reined it in. As it is, I haven't lost any of that weight yet, but have lost inches, so the fat is leaving and being replace by lean muscle (I'm hoping!!!)

Off to bed for me!!! Traci- I hope that you enjoy MIS legs (if I remember right, it's a goodie }( ! I thought that you were doing the one body part a day thing? Maybe I mis-read that. Anyway, I hope that you have a good day and give Sandy a good scratch for me!

Strength done for day... :7 ALWAYS love that feeling.... Yoga will be late afternoon when DH is home watching golf (aka: Nap TV!)

I had never done MIS Lower before!!!! I LOVE that Cathe put mini stretches in between sets! Whatever happened to that?:p That one is sure all about the squats and lunges isnt it? straight up- I liked it as I work legs more often now so I can scratch lunges off the weekly list!! }(
GS Back & Biceps completed... I subbed preacher curls for concentration curls + added some Home Gym back work today. (Amy & I are on same page I guess!)
I upped all my weights this week and am moving towards 6-8 reps to failure... I want the pump! Also hoping some extra muscle will make this BF% budge a little- very discouraged by my eating as that appears to be the final culprit }( }( My muscles are good and my legs are more defined than ever but that mid section is about to make me throw myself under a bus..... Its the food.... Thats all it could be. Will REALLY watch it this week and see how it goes before cutting out my tongue - I figure no taste buds then who wants food right? :7 :7

Debra.... If you're 40 then I want a gun! Do you not have wrinkles? Sagging? Oh I know- You photo-shopped your pics! Thats IT!! I'll have to try that next time....;-) What an inspiration you are to all the 20 & 30 somethings that FREAK about aging!

Amy...... How awful about the bike/car.... I will keep him in good thoughts... How VERY scary if he doesnt speak the language. Great workouts again girl!!!! Are you getting excited about R/T & meeting Cheryl & Wendy & Swifty (I think)...... Will you promise to take an Xer pic too???? :7 :7

Off to have a protein drink then shower.... last couple of hours before The Testosterone Gang arrives.........

Good morning,
Didn't get a chance to get on computer yesterday, busy day, but got a few things accomplished. No workout yesterday, but I can consider it an active rest day, which I needed. DH and I went to Reno in the morning and we ended up ordering some tile that will be in next Friday. Think DS can bring it over as we're all going camping on Friday so we can swing by the shop and pick it up before heading over here. I'm really excited to start, but it probably won't be for another couple of weeks due to the camping trip. Also got the house and camp trailer cleaned up so that feels much better. Oh yeah, mowed the lawns and property. Need to weedeat still, but will try to hit that this week. My mom came by and she took the big jug of unbottled wine home. She needs to get the bottles ready and then we can bottle them.

Today is a bike ride with the group. I want to get in a longer ride today (50-60 miles if possible), so will ride to the starting point (Starbucks) so that will add on another 12 miles or so to whatever the group wants to do. Afternoons have been very windy here but think we'll be able to beat that this morning. After the ride, DH and I will be taking the Rhino out to the woods for a ride with the girls. Love that time that we have together.

Traci, I'm sure hoping that Sandy is feeling better. DH and I were watching Tom Selleck in a Jesse Stone movie and he had to put down his dog Boomer, broke our hearts and we could just feel the anguish as we've all been there. We know that we don't have a long time with our pets, yet, we still want animals in our lives, even though the time is relatively short. They bring such joy. Hope you won't have to face this for a while. About 5 years ago, we lost 2 dogs within 3 weeks of each other, 1 after surgery and the other I believe a hawk or other predator got. It was a terrible time for us. Okay, enough of this. Hoping you can get started with your personal training soon. I can't wait to hear about your first client and all! Wish it was me!!! I may have to end the Netflix for a while and restart this winter. We'll see. Glad you liked SJP. I did those hi-lo sections when I was down at my sisters last week. Please send some rain our way. We are in a drought and fire danger is extreme.

Wendy, LOL re: the flushing while Phil was working on the sewer. Yes, that poor man is a keeper and a saint!!! I'm sure my DH would not take things as well as he does. What a hard, hard worker he is.

Amy, hope your night at work got better and that the patient pulled through. What area of the hospital do you work in (emergency, obstetrics)? I soooooo admire you nurses! That field has fascinated me, but at my age, too late to start a career. An RN (first lvel) here at the prison makes $8,760 per month. I think that's pretty darned good money. I'm hoping they make that kind of money on the outside working with non-prisoners. I dislike it that the local police and sheriff make MUCH less money than the correctional officers here at the prison. Police and sheriff have MUCH more dangerous jobs than the correctional officers and need to be compensated better. We have a hard time keeping policemen and deputies in this town as the pay is so much better being a correctional officer. Something wrong with this whole system.

Tracy, how did your kids do at the bike race? Bet you are proud of them. We don't get sweat soaked around here. We're on the edge of a desert.

Debra, LOL re: my DH cutting some trees in your yard. He would love to I'm sure. He's such a woodrat! Thanks for putting some pictures of you on your PT. You are gorgeous!!! Nice smile too! Your DH is a cutie. Bet he wishes he didn't have to be in Russia while his beautiful wife and DD are in their new beautiful home. When will his time away end?

Nicole, yes, I try to workout when DH is still in bed or when he's away. I have to use the TV in the living room and hate to monopolize that. It's just nice having the workout done early in the day anyway. We've been married 28 years this month. We've really enjoyed not having the kids at home. Had our son early so by the age of 40, he was graduated and almost gone from home (me at age 40, not him LOL). The other 2 children are my step children and they were 3 and 4 years old when DH and I met so they are now 32 and 33. I'm looking forward to getting out this afternoon for some time together. No wonder we don't accomplish very much around our house, we're too busy playing. Re: what rotation to do this summer, my vote is to do something different than P90X. I was pretty tired of it by the end and really wanted something different.

Teddygirl!!! You have a new PC? Woohoo!!! Think someone else guessed that you would be getting one. Shall we still call you Teddygirl or Anointed or by your real name? Hope you can check back in with us today.

Sandra, glad you got some time to check in. The housecleaning can be such a drag. Sure takes away from quality of living for me, but guess it's got to be done. How is the baking going? I'm happy to report that yes, the trailer is clean now, just have to replace the freshly laundered throw rugs. The next thing on the biking schedule will be an organized century on July 21st. It's my absolute favorite ride to attend, beautiful country. The temperature will determine the length of my ride though, as it can be pretty hot over there. I'll be missing the next time trial as we'll be camping, but the next hill climb will be at the end of July. How is your DH's riding coming? How was MIC? History I hope. Not my favorite one. How was the rotation for you? Effective?

Swifty, way to go on KenpoX! So you are getting to go camping too! I love to camp, though I won't be taking a bike. Just our Yamaha Rhino (has a motor). You have a hunting type dog too? We have a German Shorthair that is the best dog! I'd have never thought a hunting dog type would be such a good housedog and companion. Always thought they were too hyper, but she stays with us and is not kept in a kennel so she's pretty mellow, though it took a few years to get her there. I did horses for somewhere near 25 years or more. Did western, hunter jumpers, eventing, dressage, team penning, reining. Got into biking about 7 years ago and then I had to split my time between both hobbies, got harder and harder to keep riding the horse. I finally sold my last one last September. I haven't looked back, though it's hard to think they are out of my life. I just wasn't getting the bang for the buck like I used to. Who knows, maybe someday I'll get back into it, I still have the horse trailer, saddles, equipment, etc.

Well, got to get ready for the bike ride now. BBL!

Jeanette

Good Morning Ladies!!!!

Today was supposed to be my rest day. But, I'm playing catch-up Kenpo. I haven't decided if I'll take a rest day or go straight into the last recovery week.

Gotta open another window for personals.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL

Good morning, :)

How is everyone? I’m good, had a bad hang over last night, dam I been having big fun.

Just laying here thinking which workout I am going to do, let me see, hm.... thinking strike zone or KPC or KM. I’m going to laid back down, check back………

Jeanette: whatz up woman? Yep, I always had a computer no net tho, I'm still sleepy think I laid back down a few hours than bring it. I will check back, On vacation don’t have to do anything:p :9

Traci-X: Were you always an early bird? I'm a bad mother and trained all my early birds to becoming night owls. Around 9:30 last night, I took all the kids and eldest son's gf to a local 24 hour diner to eat breakfast food with me since Phil was still tiling the kitchen floors.:7 My twins were so giddy from the syrupy pancakes and the excitement of staying up late in public. Does this make me a bad mother? }( :7 ;-)

Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe in my younger, never thinking ahead days, I might have entertained being a surrogate for a best friend or freely offered my eggs to anyone with a sad story. I'm more self aware of my flaws to be able to do so now. For one, I know I wouldn't be able to go through labor and hand over the baby. Not that I'm totally selfish though. I'm too controling!!! (Don't believe me? Ask Phil! LOLOL) Even if I didn't carry the baby, I'd still feel like it was my responsibility, my DNA. The first moment my best friend parented against what I would do, she'd no longer want to be my best friend! LOL Now, my sister offered to carry a baby for me if she could nurse it to lose weight! EWWWWW! Then when she did have another baby, she wasn't able to nurse!!! So, it's a good thing, I never took her up on that offer!:)

You combine videos all the time. Is it easy to do? Or do you have to struggle coming up with a sequence that fits into your rotation? I'm thinking that a mish-mosh of videos per workout would be too much like cooking for me. (Remember, I'm not a fan of cooking.) I gotta make sure to buy everything before I start, add the right ingredients at the right time, prep while simutaneously cooking other dishes and, pray that nothing burns and everything stays warm till it's dished. The PRESSURE of it all! Gee THANKS for inserting Paula Abdul's song in my mind, "Straight up now tell me, are you really gonna love me forever, yah, yah, yah, or are you just having fun!"

At least it's good to know more about MIS lower body. Now, when Cathe does her lunges, she likes to bend her back knee. I've discovered since doing the X that my knees don't hurt if I do it Tony's straight leg way. Any thoughts, Mrs. Certified?:D

Are you sure it's the food and not hormones? I read a depressing article in Simple Living about there basically being nothing one can do about hormone related mid section buldge. I say, don't give up! Up those weights! Find a solution! Be my guinea pig!:7 However, don't go there with the tongue cutting. If an amputee can still feel an itch in his missing foot, you'll still crave the junk food without taste buds!!! Sad, huh! }(

You are so cruel! Poor Wendell! I'm suprised he didn't catch you before you left the room and throw you into the shower to find out for yourself!!! He's a better man than Phil. I KNOW Phil would have man handled me into the shower to shield himself from the burning water. And, he would laugh hysterically while doing it!

Well, this post is going to be a Traci Personal. Don't want anyone getting bleary eyed again from my ramblings. ;-)

Gotta open another post for more personals! :)

Rest Day

Swift Amy, Bummer, I'm losing my partner in crime:( Enjoy your much needed "break". Camping in the woods sounds fun. Enjoy!

Debra, Oh, to put a face with a name:) I was so excited to see your pictures!!! You look awesome, quite a beauty! I always thought you were older but now I know different:) You are beautiful and so tan, I need to lay out more now:):)How do you stay a way from your handsome husband for such lengths of time? The beach house looks like a great place to stay. Now I have to change my mental picture of you. It's not at all the same:)LOL! I love the pictures of DD. She always looks like such a sweet girl. Have fun with the unpacking!

Traci-X, My you were productive yesterday! I tend to be the same way when all the men are gone. So much gets done:) Thanks for the X advice. I guess I'll have to decide in a few weeks. Your post today got quite a giggle out of me:) You look great! You work hard for it so enjoy it. I was saying something along those lines to my DH about myself. I figure we work hard to look the way we do and I am so glad we have eachother to encourage. The little rolls here and there get to me too but we have to know we work our a** off to look this way and we should be so proud of ourselves! You are awesome:)

Jeanette, Sounds like it's going to be a lovely day for you. Hope you enjoy your bike ride and your time in the woods with DH. What special time for you two:) Thanks for the advice about the X. I am not sure if I'm wanting to do it because it looks easier and I'm being lazy or if I just like the rigidity of the program. I am OCD in the worst so if someone says, this is what you jhave to do and this is when you do it, I'm all over it. I was planning on doing the Body Blast rotation so I might do that still. I'll keep you all updated:)

Wendy, We're posting at the same time so I can't read on. I'll have to come back later to catch up. Off to get ready for church:)

See you all in the P.M.

Nicole

Amy: There's never a dull moment for you at work!!! How's the man who coded doing? What did the boy do? Ride a bike into a parked car? I did that once when I was 8 years old. I was pedaling full speed ahead when I turned around to talk to a friend. Next thing I know, I tumbled across the hood, landed on the windshield and slid down onto the asphalt. The crash was so loud, the owners heard it in their air conditioned house! This was summer in Fort Walton! I thought they were going to freak out about the car damage. But, they were more concerned about me. How sweet of them! I stumbled to my feet and hurried away before they could inspect their vehicle!!! Thanks for getting back to me on your freestyle rotation. Working out that way sounds like one would need a real desire to learn about the body and ability to listen and focus on their own! Glad it's working wonders for you!!!! I forgot you were going on the RT too!!!!!!!! How wonderful to be able to meet you!!! I feel safe knowing if I code during a Cathe cardio, you can be there to revive me! Just throw some cold water on my face and I'll start breathing. Apparently, it worked for my mother when I was two. During one of my temper tantrums, I held my breath until I passed out. LOL

Tracy-X: Is it a motorcross race or riding bicycles? Either way, I hope you have a great time!

Nicole: Don't worry. The last week of heavy weights will fly by fast! I can't believe how fast it's going! LOL I guess I'm not the only one trained to automatically flush without thinking! Was your dh raving angry when you flushed? Phil was the first time. The second time, he was resigned to the fact that he was married to a ditz, and the only thing stopping him from killing me was an episode from CSI. LOL (Chris Rock is sooo funny!!!!) Have you decided what you'll do post-X? I vote for a muscle endurance type Cathe rotation before doing an X lean rotation. Give yourself a short break from heavy weights for a month.

Anoited Teddygirl: Did I call it or what!!!! Now, what kind of PC did you get! When did you get it? When are you going to upload pictures to picturetrail? :)

Sandra-X: Were you able to finish your cleaning rotation? I'll start mine when Phil finishes creating dust and mess. ;-) Happy Canada Day!!!! Enjoy the day's food, fun, and fireworks!!!

Swift Amy: Week 11's L&B gave me the worst DOMS out of the entire X time. Maybe, you were pushing yourself more than usual since you are more familiar with the workout? I bet ya, we could do it in our sleep now!!! Hope you have a nice bike ride and camping adventure with your family!:)

Traci-X: Wow, you were a busy bee yesterday. Now, I see how you get your energy. You take quick naps to refuel. Wait! I take naps too and it doesn't help with extra energy!!!! It must be my eating rotation.}(

Debra-X: I agree with Nicole. You look so very different than I imagined. You are much prettier than your celeb look a like!!!! OH NO! Your closets are that small! I say, put your dh's clothes in the guest room closet and keep the master for your shoe collection. He'll understand. ;-) Good luck on setting up your workout room. Have you thought about which rotation you'll ease into once you're settled?

JEANETTE-X!!!! I wasn't expecting to hear of your adventures until tonight. You did have an active day yesterday! What do your new tiles look like? Are you going to do the manual labor or will it be your dh? Phil's knees are hurting him big time. His thoughtful, sweet buddy gave him a pair of knee pads. Still had problems. He woke up in the middle of the night with a leg cramp. I tried to help by massaging his leg. Turned out it was the wrong leg!!!!!:-( Probably a good thing as I might have made it worse. Have fun with the group ride! Do you do any chatting during those? Enjoy the Rhino/DH/girls afternoon! It's nice to see couples with grown dc filled with romance! Yes! A Rhino ride with the girls is considered romantic!!! Thanks so much for the bike info. I checked out craigslist for a marlin. They're going for around $300 to $400. Best start saving my pennies!

Well, it's time for me to do some laundry and Kenpo. No more naked Kenpo in the bedroom for me! My blisters are not healed yet!

Hi to Cheryl! Hope you are having a great day!

Stablic Hugs to ALL!!!
Wendy

Hi!!!!

MIC is DONE!!!!!! I couldn't possibly have procrastinated more if I'd tried. Jeepers, it took all I had to start that workout. I did it, though. Feel awesome now. This was the last day of the rotation, so I stepped on the scale. I'm down 5 pounds this week alone! I lost a couple pounds the first week, gained it back for weeks 2 & 3, then this week was a lighter week, ending with a bang and a 5 pound drop. I guess Cathe knows what she's doing, huh? So now I'm stumped as to what I want to do for July. I'd like to get down another 5 pounds. I was going to do a SH one-body-part-a-day combined with 30-45 min cardio session each day, but now I'm thinking I should either just redo this one, or pick a similar one. Not sure. Doing MM yesterday I could tell I've lost some strength.

Wendy - I had a friend of a friend ask me to donate my eggs last year, until she learned that I'm over 30 years old. Apparently that's the cut off age for egg donation. I was first flattered that she would think I was under 30 (she was astonished when I told her my age). But I would never donate my eggs anyway. I am at a point in my life where I cannot conceive (pun intended) of having a biological child in this world that I was not mothering.

TraciX - You liked MIS legs? Hmmmm, maybe it's time to revisit that workout. I *rarely* use it. I found it long and boring. Maybe broken up, as you're using it, it would seem better. I don't remember the stretching in between. Sounds nice!! You went to town on the cleaning yesterday! Come to my house!!!!

JeanetteX - July 21 is DD#1's 7th birthday. Your ride sounds so lovely. Are you ready for the Tour this year? It's starting very late!

Nicole - You posted personals today, but didn't tell us what you were doing. What's up? Is today a rest day?

Teddygirl - I'm glad others recognized you, Annointed One, because I had no idea who you were LOL! Take care of that headache! Sounds like your vacation's going great.

Debra - What gorgeous pics of you, your family, and the beach house. Have fun with the unpacking!

Amy - Yes, that P90X eating plan can be rather brutal. I'm glad you're getting back on an even keel again.

Okay, gotta go do stuff. The house is looking soooo much better, but we still haven't touched the upstairs. Toddler's throwing a fit for DH as he's trying to change her diaper. Oh, the screaming. I'm going now.

SandraX

Man the weekends FLY by don’t they?

Sandra X: Happy Canada Day!!!!!!!!!! Are you partying with friends????

Jeanette X
Boy I’ll say ACTIVE rest day! You’re the energizer bunny! Congrats on final tile decision… You are one step closer to having yet another project completed. I sure wish I could bottle you some of my rain and ship it… Talked to my niece this morning in Bakersfield and she said its dry as a bone. 106 + temps expected next 7-10 days. Hope your ride today was enjoyable!!! YES I love my time with special pals too! Oh Jeanette- losing 2 babies so close together… how painful for you. Thank you for sharing so much – DH cant handle talking about all the decisions that ultimately have to be made so I have had my vet flag her file with no extreme measures…. We are getting ready to start some vacationing in Sept & October and I don’t want my MIL (dog sitter) having to make those calls. Sandy is so much better again today…. She stays off her feet 100 x more when the boys aren’t around. Oh I cant wait to share details of first client! I am eager to get that first session under my belt…. Knowing me my 1-hour session will be 3 hours because I’ll be so excited and spend too much time on fitness testing! LOLOLOL

Wendy----- so close to being Wendy X!!!!!
Catch Up Kenpo sounds like a video game! My dad & I use to get up and go jogging everday at 4am…. My mom & sisters could sleep a day away but not me… I gotta be in the know! You are not a bad mommy----- Just SILLY! LOL on sister & breastfeeding…. Hmmmmmmmmmm maybe that will help me lose my bulge….. YEP- My mid section is definitely related to hormones BUT having said that all it means is that I have to extra careful with my food choices….. It all comes back that. Combining DVDs is really simple for me…. For upper stuff I usually like to do a “Cathe Splits DVD” (SH, PS, CTX, GS) and then add on same body part off of a Full Body DVD (MIS, PH, etc..) As far as lower work…. I have written out what Lowers have floor work so I mix n match on the appropriate days…. I also have index cards (I’m anal) of all the premixes so I can just flip thru easily to see what’s cooking for that day. All this is waaay more trouble than you have time to do! On the back leg & lunges…. I think we are all different… I prefer the straight leg TONY version as it hits my booty more …. My hip flexors are super tihjt so the bent leg (cathe) ones actually cause me a great deal of fatigue…. I try to mix it up tho so I get benefit from both types. One workout I’ll do all Tony way and next w/o I do Cathe way.

Nicole:
Whatever you decide to do for your rotation will be great! You are so committed and dedicated that you’ll bring it no matter what! It will be interesting to see if your appetite sky rockets with increased cardio…. Body Blast series ALWAYS makes me ravenous!

Latrese
LOL- I’m calling you by real name unless you tell me otherwise! Too many screen names & I don’t know who I’m talking to! OH MY- a hangover???? I must say that I had a few in my past life but think I have turned myself into a light weight…. 2 glasses of wine and I feel hung-over….. Nurse yourself back to health so you don’t sleep away your vacation!

That’s it for me gang……

Miss You Sandra X & Cheryl & TracyX & Swifty & Laurie X…… hope I didn’t space out on a name….. Hugs to all

Hi, everyone - I was out with Nadia for most the weekend on a Church Youth Conference. Wore us both out, but a good experience, all in all. So no workout yesterday, and tried to make up for lost time today with Muscle Max plus 15 min cardio add-on.

Debra, yes, what great pictures! You are a babe. So happy to get to see those and especially to see you with DH.

Wendy, good luck on that Kenpo "catch up" }( }( }(

Debra, don't you just love MIC? I don't know why, but I consider that one so much fun. Love that music in the first part of the step routines.

Netta, enjoy that bike ride.

Nicole, hope your rest day is good.

Traci, wow, great workout! Nice to have a weekend alone once in awhile, eh? Sounds like you're putting it to good use.

Amy, sounds like a good workout and a good strategy for this next little while. Wow on the wreck victim at work. Terrible tragedy.

Yes, add me to the list of those needing to get my carb/sweets eating under control. My daughter's youth conference was at BYU campus in Provo. Meals were at the cafeteria, and as is typical, the only things there that looked edible where the starches and treats. Not what I needed. Glad that's behind me!

With the new month I'm declaring a new commitment to clean eating. My workouts are going great; it's my eating choices that get me into trouble.

Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone!
