Morning gang! Hope Tracy is sleeping in on her day off and everyone is ready for a great weekend!

I am TOTALLY sore (whats new) feom BC Upper Circuit- I actually added some of my personal favorite "parts" exercises to truly work upper- Glad I did}(

Today is either Long & Lean (Baptiste) or I'll do the Lower/Core Workout I made for my client last night which was a killer... Either way- one is today and one tomorrow.

Returning in a bit with personals!:* :*

Scale says that my weight gain was mainly bloat ;-) & is down 3#s from my UGH moment a few days ago… Its STILL 3 #s higher than I like my norm to be but ttom is also just a day or 2 away now- shall be a CLEAN weekend for me !:7

… Personals…
Amy- X-Phobic!
Amy- I like 4DS weight work too and Slo Mo’s Upper work is great- :7 I’ve been in heaven using just those 2 all month. No boredom yet! So what did the full body workout phase do for your body? I know the change itself was/is a good thing just wondering if you saw your body respond because of change in format.

Tracy - X Co-Trainer
Oooohh- Talk cobbler to me if its good and not too unhealthy! :7 LOL ~Oh my I see your FIL is also having a hard time again! I am so sorry- sometimes the up & down cycles are what cause families the most stress & strain. Hugs to all on your end. ~ Legs: If you count running as a cardio Legs day how many days a week are you working those poor babies???? The fat cells didn’t shrink Tracy they RAN AWAY from home!!! Is that the secret – make our bodies a torture chamber for fat cells????~ I wish BB was more known for really getting things out as planned- from my experience they usually run way behind the hype- I would have waited to start had I thought I’d have new DVDs anytime before Feb – By then my inclination to do it may wane! :7 LOL ~~ That’s nice you got to change pace on your run- I bet that last lone fat cell in the leg said- ADIOS!

Jeanette- XX’er in training!
CONGRATS on seal of Approval!! :7:7 We LOVE the Warden sometimes!!! ~ Happy Wood Cutting Day! Your folks are sure lucky to have you guys. ~~~~~~~~~Lol – I was just scanning your post to others and all my eye caught was SQUAT & PEE! :7 Made me look twice for sure!! ~You crack me up with DH! Wendell knows that my chat time is a vital part to my sanity! ONCE he tried pulling that “me me me” time & I gave him a look that frightened even the dogs! Its never happened again!!ROF- I can sense when he’s standing in my doorway & I just ignore it if I’m talking to you guys… AHHHHH The truth about happy marriages! Dr Phil would cringe! :7 ~ On X- Well my dear I can tell ya it would have been a futile attempt had all of you not said Lets Do It! I have learned that I need the positive juice of others in the same situation to truly perform my best. – The cheering section is important to me but my ultra human powers come from those going thru it with me. We’ll be fine! HECK- Unless I do the dreaded Core Syn on DAY ONE I will be already be modifying! :7 THAT’S MOTIVATION to do Core Syn! LOLOLOL Enjoy your Zappos Surfing- I get so overwhelmed I always buy too much.

Nicole- XX’er in training!
I sure wish I had your luncheon social life! How do you manage your weight eating out so much- its definitely my downfall! ~~~ OMG I just read about your sister!!!!!!!! Nic that is so horrid about the babyies!!! They HAVE to leave the both baby & fetus inside til she delivers ??? TELL ME THAT’S NOT TRUE!!! That seems so cruel to the living baby and parents…. My heart aches for you all –Oh my goodness- MANY MANY hugs and prayers for all of you! How far along is she???

Wendy- XX’er in training!
Do your kids know that you are chatting it up while they eat & study? ~ Yesterday was a poor food day… not in choices but in quantity & blood sugar levels… Had a Green Shake (breakfast) around 10:30 got busy again and then wolfed down 1/3 of a sweet potato w/ some tuna around 3…. Gave me heart burn but I had a client right after that…. MUST do better to fuel this body if I’m gonna make it thru XX! :7 ~~LOL on wine/fattening- he’ll be drinking Captain Morgan’s Rum & coke I’m sure!!! ~ I talk to my INNER self too and think I said it out loud!!! Diff between Wendell & Phil? I have trained mine to really believe its his general lack of attention to me that causes him to “forget” I said it! :7 My sister says that’s mean & I will drive him insane! I so hope you are going to get some hard CARDIO in the 5 days before trip- You’ll need to expel all the crazy energy or you’ll be a nut-case on the plane!!!

Lea X Co-Trainer
I like OUR demented versions of your life far better than the reality!!!! :7 ~~ Hope all your holiday kick off festivities were/are GRAND!

Swifty X X Co-Trainer!
Hope your weekend allows for a bit of downtime!!! :7 Go SPIN with DH!

TeddyGirl- Virgin X’er in training!

Your life in the day… stories always amuse me. :7 I do think that deep down you ADORE all the school urchins! ~~ !!!!!!! HAPPY DANCE & WOOHOO!!!!!!!! That’s wonderful :7 news about all the things starting to fall into place for your new career! Oh you will just be FABULOUS! ~~ What did you end up doing last night my dear??? A late nite booty call? OH MY I DIDN’T SAY THAT!!!!:7 :7 :7 – On the fineprint… If theres no alimony date expiration (assuming when DD is 18) then I’d absolutely look into the removal of live-in clause… I think it would be really grinding on my nerves to know my X had a “say” in weather or not I moved forward with my love life! LOLOLOL – Then again- His Place / Her Place sounds VERY good to me as DH sits in his office banging around because he’s bored today! :7

Sandra- XX’er in training!
I ‘m not sure we’ll see much of you after learning how your weekends go into OVERDRIVE!!! Gosh I feel like a weekend slug! If I lift a book to read I feel such achievement!!! :7 LOLOLOL
I have images of you & DD looking out at the exhausted crowd saying “C’mon – Lets make a contest of it!!!” :7 ~ Happy you are feeling the love for your workouts this week- I personally think you are just getting sentimental because ya know what ya gotta do on Monday 26th! LOL
On Dairy- Its really a matter of how it makes me bloat/clog up/ headache not that it’s a poor moo cow! :7 LOLOLOL I decided to eat some egg whites yesterday and I didn’t get too funny- my head did clog a bit but just a few minutes. I shall put those back into my diet… I’ll figure it out- ROFL- Malaria- just keep going! :7 I can hear the old WHIP being brought out of the closet!!! YEAH :7 I have personally missed that spunk!

Hugs to all out there- I am all caught up from yesterday….. HOPEFULLY DH will find something to do in the garage so I can come back later!!!!! LOVE YA ALL!
:7 :* :* :* :*

Hi all,

I am up just an hour later than usual. Then I went down to stoke the stove and realized that the Chihuahuas were in a crate near the stove, so they started crying and I had to take them out. We are trying to help get them house trained and it is quite the chore. Small dogs are not like big dogs, and I'm not really in the mindset of making sure they get out all of the time. The little one has a great personality and thinks she is a big dog. I just wish she was bigger because at 2lbs she is just too small.

My Jessie has not had any more seizures and thanks for asking. I haven't taken her to the vet. They couldn't figure out the cause the last time. If she starts to have them more frequently I will. Many moderate/severely disabled kids have seizures frequently and I guess since I've seen those more times than I'd like to, I'm not quite as worried. At school, unless they last for longer than 3 minutes, we don't call 911, and many parents don't even want the kid transported to the hospital and will refuse, just because it is what it is and eventually insurance won't even pay for the ambulance. Unless they start to turn blue. OK enough of that!

GF's insurance will not pay for either procedure, so they are looking into adding a rider. The bypass is about 25 & the lap band 7 thousand. I told her that I really think she needs to go on a strict diet for 3 months, which she never has done. Then she can see where she is weight wise and at least mimic the food restrictions that she will have to make if she has either surgery. I also said I think it would be best to just loose the weight naturally. I know she didn't like that comment, but I think that would lead to the most normal lifestyle overall.

Today I am doing the 4d07 upper body split. The rotation calls for PP, so I may do just that short leg section with moderate weights. My hamstrings are sore at the insertion from doing all of those static lunges, which I hate, and have probably avoided in recent years.

Does anyone have a favorite recipe they cook for Thanksgiving? Maybe we could post them.

Traci - What is the lower core workout you put together? How is it going to be with Wendell home all weekend. When are you leaving for the bay? How is the shoulder? Is the juicer difficult to clean?

Jeanette - Our laptop is in the kitchen and DH will be trying to talk to me while I'm trying to read and I'm like yes, umm hmmm.....

Amy - How have the circuits, total body workouts been working? Did you give up the heavy weights?

I'll check back later.

Tracy

Good Morning!

Just a quick check in before finishing up my shift and heading home to sleep!

Traci/Tracy- No, I'm not giving up on heavy weights. I'm still going as heavy as I can. Last week DH had to help me, but I was doing squats and standard deadlifts with #120. I may be hallucinating, but I think that total body weights 3x week helped lean me out a bit (hard to tell on this super endomorph body, though!!!);-) . I also put on a respectable amount of muscle mass as well as making strength gains. Now, I just have to dial in my eating to show it!!!x(

I just like to change things up a bit in the name of "muscle confusion", but I really like the total body weights, so I will probably go back to that sometime soon.

I've been eye-balling Amy's Slow Mo, but have not had the funds for it. I am hoping that it can come with the next paycheck!!! (keeping fingers crossed.....)

Today is a little bit of HIIT on the elliptical. We have been getting parts in the mail for the Monster this last week because the auto ramp isn't working. DH was smart enough to plan ahead for such events and got the extended warranty...which we're not into yet, but he knew that I would beat the Monster into the ground! And I do.....I'm not a nice person to it, but that's what it's there for, right???

Hi all,

Nicole - I am so sorry about DS. That must be so incredibly difficult. I will keep you all in my thoughts.

Traci - If I count running and cardio, plus weight work, I'm getting 5 days of legs per 7-8 days; the goal is 2 runs, one strong hi/lo or step, 2 strong weight workouts, one light one, like today, and then the light cardio I did on Wednesday. So I guess more than 5 really. It is working though. Since I'm happy with this, I'm going to stick with it and may do another month or go back to the other leg rotation I did earlier.

Happy Saturday,

Tracy

Good morning,

I really shouldn't take much time here this morning. It's already 6am, and I'm normally starting my workout by now. I was considering a swim this morning, but didn't get myself organized well enough last night, so I'll just go do PowerMax and, if time allows, Shiva's Radiant Heart.

Traci - I wish I could comment on your workouts, but most of the time I have no idea what you're talking about. You use so many non-Cathe workouts (which is a good thing, I'm sure. Variety is good). Thank you for giving me the abbreviated version of the Lean rotation yesterday. There are some real pros for doing that version. My decision, rationale, and Week 1 are posted at the end of the personals. That's wonderful news about the weight hightailing it out of town! It was obviously just tourist weight, and is moving on to the next World Wonder. There's a thread on the OD about a new vegan cookbook called "Veganomican" or something like that. Check it out; hey're raving about it, and someone mentioned lots of emphasis on vegan protein. Can you buy seitan (wheat meat) in any of your stores? If not, there's a recipe for it in Vegan Planet, which I've made a few times and can pass on to you. It's as versatile as tofu.

Tracy - LOL! When you mentioned the dogs in the crates, I had visions of fruit at a market, waiting to be purchased. How many are there? You're watching these for a friend, aren't you? I've never seen a seizure and would probably panic if I did. I'm glad Jessie has stopped for the time being. Poor thing. I bet they make her very tired. I think your advice to GF is excellent. If she can't stick with a healthy eating plan for 3 months, then the surgery is just a 'cheat' way of trying to lose weight. She's looking for the easy way out, and I highly doubt that the surgery and post-op living is going to feel easy. I personally consider it the last resort, for those who are physically at risk if they don't get the weight off quick. Do the recipes have to be healthy? I've got a simple, deeeelicious recipe for scalloped sweet potates that I could share, but it's not going to help ward off surgery!

Amy (aka Super Woman) - What's the Monster? I'll bet you look fabulous, with all that muscle mass. Show it off! Show it off!

I spent some time reading through the manual yesterday and I've come to this conclusion: the Lean rotation is called just that because it focuses more on cardio than the Classic, and reduces the weight training. Personally I feel the cardio in P90X is not the strong point of the program: if I want high-quality cardio for fatloss, I'll go with Cathe any day. I think doing only P90X cardio is a step down for me, frankly. The strength of P90X is the upper body weight workouts. Ergo, I'm going to do the Classic rotation again, subbing and adding cardio as I see fit. There. I've made my decision. I'm at peace now :) Oh, and I'm going to start *this* Monday because we've already had our Thanksgiving and there's no reason for me to stall any longer. I have my week tentatively planned as follows:

MON HIS cardio; Chest & Back; ARX
TUES PlyoX
WEDS LIS cardio; Shoulders & Arms; ARX
THURS KB/BC Cardio Power premix
FRI (maybe short cardio); Legs & Back; ARX
SAT swim training (1500m workout)
SUN rest/XStretch

I'm planning on adding in 30mins of yoga about 4 afternoons a week. Due to time constraints I may either sub ARX for shorter ab workouts, or move it to Tues, Thurs & Sat. So there's the plan. Have to say, I'm actually looking forward to it.

I'm caught up with today, but will have to go back to yesterday later. I've really got to get going. Have a great day!!!

Sandra

Hi Sandra - I totally agree with you on your assessment of the X cardio. It is not a strong point. I see you are not doing any lower body weight work or is that on Thurs? I haven't looked at that premix. I'm still advocating for lower weight work. It does wonders for the legs for me:) I saw that post on OD, vego....but didn't open it up. I guess I'll have to go explore. I just concocted some healthy protein bars, I'm not sure what they will taste like. I bought some brown rice protein power. It doesn't taste very good, but I put it in the bars anyway. They looked like chocolate brownies, but as DS was watching me spoon them into the pan I made sure he knew that they were healthy. They won't be for the faint of heart. I'd love to have the recipe for scalloped sweet potatoes. My sweet potato recipe isn't healthy either.

Amy - I do like the Slo-mo, and it seemed to be effective. I'll probably use it once every 3-4 weeks as a shock. I still only have S&H on vhs and that on dvd is on my wish list. That is just a classic weight training workout. Like I said before, I'm always a little leary of the innovative exercises and the effects on muscular balance etc. I did not like the bicep work in Slo-mo, and the tricep work isn't much better; chest, back, delts, and leg are good though. Speaking of legs, I might do the Slo-mo leg work today.

Tracy

Sandra- the "Monster" is the elliptical machine that DH got for me last January. I named it "Monster" because I had to haul it in from the garage (where the delivery person put it...refusing to bring it in the house despite what the contract statedx( ). I also had to put it together myself as DH was out of town! The thing weighs about 3-400 lbs! (I think). It took me 4 hours, but I put it all together!

Happy Saturday Xer ladies. And in honor of all you Xers out there, I tried to do ARX. What a chore that was. I also did a 30 minute run. Tomorrow I am back with my man Eion. I need to do that Magical Hips. I feel lopsided. URGH.

Well today older DS and I are going to a birthday party. It is a date day for us, which we both love. DH has youngest DS. They absolutely loved their walk to school yesterday. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the festivities last night. Everyone was too tired. Tomorrow is going to be fun. Eion, out with a girlfriend, ahhhhh...relaxation.

I hope everyone has a great Saturday. I will try to BBL for personals.

Lea

Good Afternoon Ladies,

My Thai homeschooling virtual friend had her baby last night. She gave birth to a little boy at home! Yep! At home. Good for her! She didn't get into details. I suspect it's because it's against the law to give birth at home. But, it's downright scary to give birth in their hospitals. So, I'm happy for her. I'll be visiting her and her family the night I land in Bangkok. My mom isn't thrilled. She doesn't trust anyone until she can touch them for some time. But, what's she gonna do?:p Anyhow, you can see Samuel Ian here:

http://livinginthelandofsmiles.blogspot.com

In other news, I never got around do doing step or weights last night. I officially have spinal DOMS. I'm so out of shape that I begged for hours of massages from dh and ALL my children; except eldest ds.}( The twins are gaining too much weight to walk on my legs. The boys have revolted today. They want paid. Say what!!! So sad! I need more children!:7 :+ ;)

Today I'm meeting Jenn for another round of power heated yoga. I have no idea which class it is.

Traci: Again I ask: Talk to me about Long & Lean? Stop looking at the scale during bloat time! The scale showed a 3 pound increase during my bloat time. However, I'm 4 pounds lighter this week. So, overall, I lost another pound of muscle.;( Now Really! Your speaking about homeschooled kids! They chat with me ALL the time!!! They can't wait till I go away to my computer and leave them alone!!! :D Someone asked me on the roadtrip if my kids missed me. Same answer: No! Plueeeze! They're homeschooled. Nouf said.:+ OMW! You are soooo bad! Poor Wendell! You're going to drive the poor man MAD! No wonder he stopped asking for me-me-me time!:p }( ;) No hardcore cardio is planned. I'm going to do yoga before I have to endure the CA. I may even start learning how to chant. }( ;) "A late nite booty call? OH MY I DIDN’T SAY THAT!!!!" Oh! Yes you did! Don't worry. We'll remind you again come our first get together!:p :+

Tracy: Hearing you talk about 2lbs dogs has me rethinking my dream of getting one in the far future. I hadn't thought of them needing to be let out so much. Dd's art teacher has an automatic doggie door and electronic collar/fence for all his pets. They let themselves out as the need arises. I'll have to invest in that when the kids are grown. I hope your ds' gf listens to you!!! Do you think she's thinking this is her only option? Or is she not willing to try something other than surgery?

Amy: So nice to see you in the land of the living!:+ That monster sounds like a BEAST!

Sandra: Are you doing doubles? You are starting a week early?!?!?! My you are a competitor!:+ Oooo, I have to agree with you about the lean rotation. But, I'm just too lazy to ever consider doubles!!! Nice to see you motivated to bring it on again!:)

Lea: Say what! You did ARX without having to do it? I think Eoin has messed with your mind a little too much!:7 Have a great date day with eldest ds!

Okay. Going to read last night's posts. BBS.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!
Wendy

I'm going to attempt yoga with three wild boys in the house. I may shoo them outside:)

Thanks for the concern about my DS. She is going to the doctor on Monday so she will know all of the details then. The radiologist said the dead fetus should reabsorb into her system but if it doesn't it will kill the living fetus. This is the scenario she doesn't want obviously. I will let you all know what the doctor says on Monday.

I'll be back after I get some love from Eoin:)

Nicole

Bring it!!!

Friday evening personals.:)

Tracy: When I have the time or want to avoid working, I come here and play.:+ If I was in the workforce, I'd probably come here more often!:p Then, I wouldn't have a job for very long.:) Sorry to hear about your FIL. Hopefully, he will make a turn for the better!

{{{{{Nicole and DS}}}}} I'm so sorry. I'll be keeping her in my prayers! A friend of mine had one of her fraternal twins die in-utero. She had to have an emergency c-section at 28 weeks because of it affecting her other baby's health, and the baby's death caused her to go into pre-term labor. The drugs stopped the labor for a short time. Her little girl is 6 years old now, and doing wonderfully. How far along is your sister?

Jeanette: Goodie! Does that mean you'll be getting extra vacation money before my return?:+ I'm sure Lea won't be staying very long once she meets my mother!}( I would love, love, love it if you could save me from throwing sister under a tuk-tuk too! Well, if you ever decide to go crazy and join us in LOS (land of smiles), shoot me an email. I'll come pick you up at the airport.:) LOL about DH trying to talk. I've trained Phil to not even step foot in the computer room while I'm here or typing.}( What did you get on Zappos? Care to share how right I was?:p ;)

Amy: Girl! You've gotta at least give Tony a try! Take it day by day! Sandra may let you sub. I know you can BRING IT ON!:) :) :)

Okay ladies, I'm going to kick the boys off the X-box until I get a back rub! Nothing like spending some quality time with the kids.:)

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!
Wendy

Afternoon Xers,

Well yesterday I didn't get my workout in so I will be trying that 4DS premix of back & Bicep / ME Abs / 30 Min Run today. The reason no workout was done!! DH decided to take the day off of work. And of course being the guy he is couldn't sit on his butt and wanted to go to Home Depot to get paint for the family room. :D So the family just got done painting the room. And I must say it looks good. Just have to wait for it to dry a bit before moving the furniture back into the room.

Well I don't think Decoy is going to be a house guest of ours anymore. He was whining all night. I am pretty tired today. Our dog has been good as gold. I am giving him some slack because he has never stayed a night in our house, but even our dog was great on her first night.

Have to go to church this afternoon to sing for our choir directors fathers funeral. Was going to go to Chicago tomorrow for some fabric shopping. But if I had to make the decision right now it would be a big NO on that. :D

I'm off to try and treat my headache, and get the two legged animals in this family some lunch. Going to have DH help me with the picture trail later tonight.

Traci, I hope we get those DVD's just in time for phase 3. Wouldn't that be a great way to break up the boredom factor!!!

Nicole, Sending prayers for you DS. Have fun with those boys and attempting your yoga.

Tracy, I think we need to let no dogs into our house that are not our own. I hardly ever suffer from lack of sleep. I just may have to have a nap before I head to church.

DH is calling to help him with something. I think he needs help with moving the TV.

Hope to BBL,

Laurie

Quickie post- A neighbor just stopped by LIVID.... had us call the # to our community Internet/TV/Phone service provider (Fision)... a recording says... We are OUT OF BUSINESS! Sorry for inconvenience"

Neighbor has already lost cable - we are still on with everything but could be blacked out from outside world at any time..... sooooooooo if I disappear dont worry I ma living in primitive times for a bit...

HORRORS is that DH has the mainframe to the entire business housed HERE! That means if we go down his multi million dollar clientele go down! Bad news for repeat/referral business.... DH is over at community office trying to figure out WTF! We tried calling AT&T on our own to get emergency connection but they are apparently a M-F company! ---

Off to search provider options before DH loses his mind!

Traci - I am so sorry. What a way to find out. I hope that you find a company.

Nicole - I am so sorry to hear about your DS. What a horrible thing to have happen. DS, you and family will be in my prayers.

Lea

Traci: Noooooo! Find thee an ISP ASAP!

Till then, I'm listening to Bryan Kest's Essential Yoga 2006. I downloaded it onto my PC and cheap MP3 player. I thought his voice would sound different, less manly.

Gotta listen while I get ready to go.

Wendy

Happy Saturday Xers!

Today is supposed to be my rest day, but I'm feeling CF call my name... so we'll see, lol. I do really love that one and it's been awhile since I've done it... I spent all morning and early afternoon running errands and xmas shopping, so maybe I'll take a nap before CF. Everyone except me is now sick in my house ;( My 2 DDs have nasal colds, DS and DH have a throat germ (which I hope is NOT strep). I'm trying to avoid them all! lol

Traci-X -- I tend to retain water easily, too, so I don't weigh too often b/c it just frustrates me, lol.

Sandra -- You sound like me ;-) I'll be adding extra Cathe cardio in with the X, too.

Wendy -- Congrats to your friend :D I wanted a home birth with youngest DD, but DH was opposed. We compromised with a birth center birth, so it worked out. Kudos to your friend for sticking with her birth plan even if it was illegal!

Laurie -- I wish MY DH couldn't sit around! He's quite lazy, lol, and sits around lots. I wish he would get a notion to paint something, lol. Men.

Hi to everyone else! I hope you all have a great weekend!

Carol

Hi all,

I finished 4d07 upper body and it really is a nice workout. I alternated the delt & bi/tri segement, which worked good because I could feel just a little twinge in the shoulder. I am really looking forward to the new workouts. No matter what they cost, when you compare it to a personal trainer or belonging to a gym, it is cheap.

Traci - I do not envy you trying to find, one a real person to talk to, and two one on a Saturday.

Wendy - One pound of muscle lost!? I had to laugh. I really think you have to stop lifting for at least a week to get a true sense of muscle mass and weight.

Carol - You are really struggling with the sickness. I heard on the news that there is a deadly cold virus going around that has killed a few people all ready. Try to stay healthy. It is hard in a house full of sickness.

Lea - I hope you had a nice run. Are you feeling better with the less intense workouts? I really believe that you have to do what works for you, regardless of what the experts say.

I have procrastinated enough. I must do a little cleaning because I will be gone most of tomorrow. DS has got his rock buggy finished and I'm going with the kids to our property for the first real test run.

Tracy

Gracious! I am finally here and what a day you are all having! Traci may go into the dark ages and Wendell will lose his mind, Nicole's poor DS is having a major trauma, Tracy is training a chihuahua for goodness sakes, Amy is lifting small men over her head, Wendy is still dealing with the crazy Asian, Sandra has apparently lost her mind since she is starting the X a week early, Laurie isn't sleeping because of visiting critters....good golly!!! have I about summed up all the happenings???

Okay..as far as I am concerned...I am the laziest Xer because I am taking my second day off this week...I just could not get motivated to workout today...It's not that I don't need to, just couldn't get it together today. I actually ended up going out with CB last night after all...We went out to have seafood and then back to his place to watch movies...A very nice evening. Then today went to some local stores to see all of their Christmas stuff and I now have the spirit and I am going to start decorating this evening! Have I ever mentioned along with hating standing leg work that I love Christmas???

Tomorrow I promise to workout...4DSLIS as produced..I think it has the shoulders, core and calves if I am remembering correctly. I just couldn't get motivated to anything this afternoon except for take a nap...C'est la vie!

Sandra...Dear woman...Have you completely lost your mind to start a week early?? Or are you just trying to show everyone up?? LOL! But really, your rotation looks great and I am here with my lighted pom poms to cheer you on!

Traci...I hope all is well with all of your major systems! I can't believe that is happening to you guys! I'm glad that my stories amuse you...it's just a day in the life! I don't know if I would consider last night a "late" booty call...or just a general booty call...Whatever..we had fun!! I just got my papers from my attorney today...a bit quicker than I was expecting, so I am going to read through them again this week and see if there is anything I need to add or change. The alimony goes on for the next 10 years..so I may actually want to have a relationship before then. Glad to know ttom is around the corner for you...that means I am getting ready to start too...I don't keep track since I have you to do it for me. Hope you had fun with whatever workout you decided to do today. Forgot to tell you that my meditation CDs finally came yesterday...I should get a chance to try them out next week.

Nicole...Sending {{{{{{big hugs}}}}}} to your poor sis...I can certainly understand the emotions she must be having right now. Please keep us informed. Glad you got some time with Eoin today. Just what the dr. ordered I'm sure.

Tracy...Glad you had a nice time with DS on your run yesterday. Parents always amaze me....there don't seem to be too many normal people out there! Of course, everyone always thinks their child is perfect, but sometimes it just gets crazy. Hope you got some cleaning done...I have decided to wait until after I get my Christmas stuff up to clean since that always makes a mess...I guess that it just one of my rationalizations for the day! Hope your upper is feeling toasty after your workout. Good for you for being honest with GF...I think she needs to hear it even if she doesn't want to.

Amy...Glad you are seeing results from your total body workouts...I think change is good! No wonder you call it the Monster...it sounds like you guys had a tough time wrestling it!

Lea...Look at you...what a good cheerleader you are participating in all the kids events!! No way will you see this cheerleader doing ARX...Give Eoin a big hug for me tomorrow! Have fun with your boys today.

Wendy...I guess you will have to start starving the children so that you can get your massages in! Please tell Jenn she is welcome to the Eoin dvd if she wants it...I will be happy to send it to her..just get me her address. You cracked me up with those public displays of affection!! LOL! I always think when I chasize DD in public people think I am a terrible mean mother. I just don't like to see childern misbehave in public. I think instead of saying in a sweet voice, "No, no, honey, stop," that children should actually be taught not to touch things that aren't theirs! If you know of some eligible rich bachelor looking for a nice woman in her 40's with a nice set of calves and a 6 year old you can send him down my way!

Laurie...Sorry your doggie sleepover didn't go well...Ugh on the no sleep...I hope you got that nap in. What color did the family paint the room?? Sounds like you got workout in with that even if it wasn't official!

Carol...How thoughtful of you to do a workout for me today...looks like we switched rest days!! Spray down that family with sanitizer!

Swifty...Hope the studying is going well!

Jeanette...I am jumping up and down that your promotion is going through without any major hitches! Congrats! It will be nice to have a friend to play golf with next spring, I'm sure. We haven't heard from you yet today....hope the woodcutting is going well...You little grasshopper, you!

TG...Hope your are having fun with Ted today.

Well...think I am caught up for now..I guess I will make a little dinner and then start decorating for Christmas! Kisses to all!
