Hi everyone,

Monday is here and I hope you all have a wonderful week. I won't be back until late because I have a lot to do at work today.

I'm not sure what I'm doing today, I guess I'll decide on my way to work.

BBL,

Tracy

Hi,

Back to the grind today. The wine is percolating like crazy in the carboy. That's a good thing after what it went thru yesterday. Today will be CTX Upper Body Split and abs from All Step. Also going to get that bike ride in after work tonite.

Jeanette

Morning Ladies!

*** Round 2: Phase 1 / Recovery Week / Day 2/ Core Syn ***

Probably test driving Sweatfest Kick OR PowerSqueeze (30min version) I really want to see where it’s best to fit SQUEEZE lower in for the rest of my rotation of X.

As of 4pm yesterday all signs of returning fever is gone- I slept a good portion of yesterday so that must have done the trick! HOORAY!!

The next 2 weeks are also “get serious” time for finishing my AFPA studies so I won’t be around except for early morning posts… I will catch up with you fine ladies over my morning coffee everyday… other than that it’s CRACK THE BOOKS for me!

:D Wendy X:
Pics are FABULOUS!!!!! WOW Wow wow!!!! So what exactly did DH say about the transformation? RE: BBC… How many weeks are you in that rotation? Just curious as to what your body is doing with the “shock”

:D Tracy X:
L&G Ext is one of my all time favorites! Gosh I’ll have to dig that one out too soon! Hope todays workout is perfect!

:D Lea X:
I think we've lost you to the Summer time frenzy! I miss you but know that its the perfect time of year to be outside "doing" vs on the puter! ENJOY all your Kodak moments !!! Pop in when you can...

:D Sandra X:
Did that to do list get whittled away to nothing yesterday? I am so looking forward to reading all about your Fun, Free week! You always make me dig out those index cards that I write Mish Moshes on! Did ya get a chance to have any Hip action yesterday…. Smell the nectar????

:D Jeanette X:
Oh CTX Upper is a toughie! Great choice- AMAZING about SQUEEZE isn’t it? I recall in one of Tonys early videos GREAT ARMS… he actually shows a modifier person without weights and talks about the squeeze effectiveness all the time. I am chomping at the bits to do Power Squeeze this morning! So sorry about your activities yesterday but you probably needed a complete rest day anyway… On the WINE Making! ROFL!!!! Theres a reason I go to wineries for my wine! LOL Reminded me of the I Love Lucy episode where she & Ethel were at wineries crushing grapes with feet…. Had me laughing so hard!

:D Debra X:
LOL on the butt/bike! Worst pain I’ll ever feel! I have 2 or 3 pairs of riding shorts (padded) that I wore 1x if you’d like them… I didn’t like the “poop in panty” feeling so I sucked it up and rode till butt was acclimated… I can ship them with your videos if you want them… Antique show sounds terrific! You and Jeanette just do the most fun things! Enjoy your day with DD!

:D Laurie X:
Have a great day and hope the weekend was positive and busy!

:D Wendy:
LOL on DH missing concert… I would never have asked or allowed that… Jimmy Buffett is the only performer that takes all cares away from DH. He is under a lot of stress with the business the past year and its taking its toll so Jimmy coming to Houston was like seeing DH as his old self… He was sending me hour/min countdown tickers from the parrot head website for over a month…. My joy in going see Jimmy is always about seeing my guy like a kid… I would never have taken that from him…. He was in good hands with other friends we were scheduled to go with… He brought me a T-Shirt and said… I wanted my Boo next to me singing…. SWEET SWEET SWEET!
Congrats on kitchen floor progress! We want pics!

:D Katie:
Hope your X weekend went as planned! we miss you on weekends!

:D Swift Amy: Its Day 1!!!! YIPPEE!!!! Go for it & have fun- It’s a long process that is well worth every bit of time & commitment!

:D TeddyGirl:
Welcome back to WWW Land! tell me about your Kick Booty weekend!

:D Amy:
Powerstrike???? Let me know how you like & how it compares to Kenpo… I am trying to add to my collection only Kick that isn’t cardio focused.. Powerstrike may be a good one for that. I hear ya on the pretty weather & plants! Gardening all week will be my afternoon “treat” for a good study morning. I gotta have my outside time! SOOO EXCITED about Squeeze! I think the lower work will have a place in X rotation..What do you think?

:D Nicole:
Hope your weekend was terrific and went as X planned!

Well- Time to hit the books and get crackin'! I shall see you fine ladies tomorrow morning for breakfast!

:D

Morning,

Awesome weekend! In spike of being at emergency hospital My sister has Lupus, we are waiting to see if she’s going to be released today.

Saturday workout, was the da-bomb I did Chest & back and Imax 2, Sunday was my rest day for the week I spend at emergency hospital.

Tonight, I will be doing plyo and shoulders & arms. I’ll check in later.

PS
I'm down 3 lbs.....

Classic/Phase 1/Week 2/ Day 5- YogaX

I missed out on Yoga last week, so I really can't wait to do it today!

Teddygirl- Sorry your sister was in the hospital. I know that SLE can be super hard during the flare-ups! That, and it sucks the life out of you and have NO energy!!!

TraciX- LOL on not letting DH miss out on the concert. I totally know what you mean about certain things take all the stress away! That t-shirt sounds super sweet! I am not that big into gardening, I tried to last year, though. I just don't have the stamina for it! I created 3 new flower beds in the dead heat of summer last year and they wiped me out! I am glad that all but 1 is relatively maintenance-free! I will let you know about PowerStrike. The clip looked really good and she's totally buff!

JeanetteX- Sorry about the wine-making disaster! I hope that it comes out good. What kind were you hoping to make? I have a co-worker that makes her own wine all the time at her weekend-cabin.

DebraX- I am also on the same wave-length as you on the butt/bike pain! I used to ride all the time when I lived in Illinois. They have the coolest bike trails and they were only 1/2 block from my house! Anyway, I didn't like the bike short padded feeling either, but I bought a super nice gel padded seat cover and that helped. I wish that I could ride more now, but down here, they aim for you on the sides of the roads! (you think I'm kidding!)

Morning Xers,

Today will be yoga for me, and I'm thinking of doing Yoga Zone Power Yoga for Strength and Endurance. Yep I purchased the three DVD's for $10. I did get naked KenpoX in on Saturday. :D And I will be going Kenpo like that from now on. Much more power in the punches that way.

We had some nasty wind and rain last night. Sleep interrupted affected me this morning though. I left my purse at home, and grabbed the wrong car keys. I couldn't get into my office this morning, and had to wait for someone with a phone so I could get the office unlocked. :-( I'm making a pot of coffee, maybe that will help wake me up. :D

BBL for more,

Laurie

Good morning,

I bit into some popcorn last night and lost half my molar. Ouch. It's very sensitive now, so I'm sucking my water and coffee through straws. Talk about an appetite suppressant. I'm genuinely scared to eat anything. I have to direct food and drink to the left side of my mouth, so you can all just call me Lefty. BTW, for those of you who've been around long enough to remember, this is the same tooth I complained about hurting, way back when we started the X, the first time. I never did manage to get to a dentist. It's logistically a pain in the butt to go to a dentist when you have a toddler and no one to look after her between 6:30am and 6:30pm. So, you ignore the pain in the tooth because the pain in the butt is more pronounced. Besides, it had stopped hurting. That was probably a bad sign....Anyway, it looks like I'll have to beg my neighbour to take DD for a morning, if it's possible to find a dentist who can see me before Friday.

On the bright side, I got our taxes finished and electronically filed last night. I was in the midst of glowing about our refund (hence the Jeanette-type celebration with popocorn), when I lost half the molar. As I was asking how we're supposed to pay for this dental bill, DH and I both looked at the computer screen and waved bye-bye to our refund :( It's like the tooth knew! DH's work is supposed to reimburse us for these expenses, so hopefully it won't end up costing us in the long run.

TraciX - Wow, you've been through the wringer since last Friday. I'm glad you're feeling so much better today. I understand about the once/day post. This group is chatty enough to compensate, so don't worry! I got through a good chunk of my to-do list yesterday, but have to continue working on it today. I never managed to try the Finn yoga, so maybe today. I have NO idea what workout I'm doing today. This is unusual for me. I just never got a chance to sit down and think about it this weekend. Any suggestions? Maybe I'll do:
Monday - advanced cardio (HCE hi/lo intervals?)
Tuesday - total body weights (Muscle Endurance?)
Wednesday - intermediate cardio (Low Max?)
Thursday - advanced cardio & weights circuit (High Step Challenge?)
Friday - leave for trip.

Something like that. Look at the time. I have to do. I'll try to come back shortly and finish my chats with ya'll.

LeftyX

Good Monday Morning!

Today was CTX Upper Body and Power Circuit Abs. What a great burner. I was running out of time so skipped the concentration bicep curls. My biceps are still burning right now as I went heavier on the barbell with them and could hardly finish the figure 8's or whatever they were. Eating was a disaster on Saturday but oh well, back on that old wagon today. The wine is really a perking in the container, which is very good. I do have to call a brewer's shop in Reno and see if they can send me some potassium metabisulfite for one of the steps at the end. Also want to get in a good bike climbing ride tonite after work. Ooooh, sun is climbing over the mountain right now. Should be a very nice day.

Traci, glad you are feeling better. Kind of nice this is your recovery week too. Can't wait to hear more about Squeeze. I liked what I did, but it wasn't all the exercises that are on the DVD (like the Pretzel). Okay, so if we see you on here more than once a day, we know you are procrastinating on your AFPA. I love watcing I Love Lucy, and of course are familiar with the grape stomping episode. Also love the one where she's working in a candy factory. Seems like I refer back to that show when things at work get hectic and keep coming and coming and coming, just like that production line of candy.
BTW, I find bike shorts with the least amount of padding I can find as I detest the diaper feel, also gets too much chafing and bunching up into my "parts". I look for triathlon type shorts as they typically have less padding. So sweet of you to make sure your DH went to the concert. Of course, I knew that you would be that way. You are a gem!

Teddygirl, sorry about your sister. Hope she gets to feeling better. You had quite the workout on Saturday!!! You rock! And down 3#???? Excellent!!!

Amy, enjoy your YogaX today. I just wasn't patient enough for sure. The wine is an Australian Shiraz. So far, it's fermenting well. Hope it keeps it up. Has to ferment for 5-7 days. My youngest sister just started a batch of strawberry wine. They really got into making it about 5 years ago and had many, many batches going at one time. Her DH is also making homemade beer.

Laurie, sorry about the wind. I locked myself out of my office the other day, grabbed my car keys instead of my work keys. Boss had to unlock my door. Hope that coffee wakes you up!

Sandra, so sorry about the tooth. Tooth pain can be so awful. I worry about being out somewhere camping or something where it would be tough to get back to a dentist and have to deal with the pain. I used to have tooth pain on one side. Figured out it was from me clenching my teeth and eating hard food like carrots on that side. Once I became aware of that and not clenching, the pain eased up and only flares up every once in a while. It was a daily occurrence then. I sometimes get a tight feeling in my jaw, like a TMJ thing maybe? Had it this last week and was afraid to even open my mouth to take a bite of food. It's gone now, but boy, did it help with not overeating. Hope you can get to a dentist soon.

Got to get in the shower.

Jeanette

Hey gang. I just wanted to let you know that I ordered the shirts this weekend. I expect them in about one to two weeks and then I can ship them to you. Thank you for being so patient.

Lea

Good morning gang! Hope all is well with everyone this morning! I have not decided what workout to do today..but there is plenty of time to make that decision. I should do a circuit of some type, but I may do something else. Anyhoo...

SandraX...You poor thing! I am so sorry about your tooth. Maybe the dentist can just gas your toddler so that she sleeps while you are getting the work done. Hopefully your DH's work will reimburse you guys so you don't lose your refund!!!!

JeanetteX...I can't believe we have the same bike...So funny! Mine is white with blue writing. Bikes have changed a lot since I last had one (about 25 years ago)...This one has 24 gears and of course, they didn't make handlebars like this back then. I actually tried a couple of Trek ones...but really like the Marlin better...and it was about $400 cheaper than the similar Trek! Glad you enjoyed CTX today...That is one of my favorite upper body workouts...and I use at least some portion of the abs a couple of times a week. Good luck with the wine!

TraciX...Yea, if you aren't going to use the bike shorts, I'll take them. Please let me send you some money! At least for shipping! I probably won't use the bike shorts all the time, but they will help until I can get moved and get a cushier seat at the bike place in NC. Glad you are feeling better...sorry you had to miss the concert though. Have fun studying!

LeaX..No worries on the shirts...whenever is fine...Hope you are well!

Teddygirl...Sorry about your sis! Hope you have fun with plyo today...and great job with your weight loss!

TracyX..Have fun at work...and with whatever workout you decide to do. Hope the back is continuing to heal.

Amy...Good luck with yoga today. I don't know if you noticed, but I currently live in Illinois...and you're right, the trails are great up here. I don't know of any trails where we are moving to, but I am hoping to join up with a riding club as there are a couple of really nice bike shops in the area..I am sure there must be some ladies ride along so that I can figure out how to stay off the main roads...Don't want to be road kill!

LaurieX...Glad you enjoyed the naked Kenpo...I am glad i have changed the way everyone does that workout! I just think it feels much more natural that way. Sorry about your yucky morning...hope your day improves!

Okay that's it for now...will bbl to catch up with everyone else! Have wonderful workouts today ladies!

Debra: Your daughter looks like a doll baby:) I love her smile:)

Amy: I posted in OD about the whipped PP. I can not find it too save me life. Where can I order WPP?

Jeannette: Nice job with your workout, I still reach for CTX upper body.

LeftyX: Sorry you lost molar :-(

Good Monday Ladies!

Today is a beautiful tv free day, so was yesterday. I managed to round up some neighborhood kids to act like my own. I'll try to post more pictures on Picturetrail later. I might wait until I post my 30 day pictures.

Which reminds me!!! What's the up with advertisement ploy of 90 days? And, can you believe I just noticed? :7 If my math is correct, it's technically 84 days!!!! That means if I took pics on Day 30, I would be 2 days into Phase 2. Which means that my upper body would be swollen looking. So, would I take pics on my last day of Phase 1 (Day 28) and call those my Day 30 pictures???? And what about Day 60 pictures, which is really Day 56, and Day 90 pictures, which is really Day 84? And, why do I have to be so anal about calling Day 28 a Day 30 picture? I don't mind taking Day 90 pictures on Day 90. But, I think it would be disingenuousness to take Day 30 and Day 60 on days when I'm already swollen from starting another Phase!!! For the love of God, someone HELP ME!!!

I have yet to do X-Stretch during Phase 1. It was scheduled for yesterday. Instead, I did Kenpo. I'll do it this afternoon after music lessons. Tonight it's YogaX. Going for all of it. My back is not looking forward to CS tomorrow.

What's the deal with the recovery week? I hate that my naked Kenpo form is getting better. The results are more DOMS! Thanks Debra! ;-) How does everyone position themselves for horse stance? I find that if I do a wide squat, my knees feel awkward when my toes face forward. They're not shooting over my toes. It's more like there's pressure on the inner part of my knee from trying to keep my feet in position. Does this make sense? First time in Kenpo that my glutes are sore too. This time I did more of a mule kick than focusing on a high back kick.

Okay, gotta blow dry Shelby's hair. BBS for personals.

Wendy

Classic: Phase 1/ Week 2/ Day 1/ Round 1

Good morning all. DH has left for work so I'm checking in really quick before I start Chest & Back plus ARX. Had a fun weekend hiking with my boys and hubby. It snowed a bit here so the boys had fun playing in it, I posted some pics of it on my Picture Trail.

Traci-X: Thanks for the encouragement, glad I'm not the only sweater here. I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures, thanks:) Glad your on the mend!

Hope you all had an eventful weekend and didn't eat as badly as I did yesterday;)

Nicole

I have time for a few personals before I have to get ready for music lessons.

Tracy: Decided yet? Let me suggest taking a rest day. ;-)

Wendy-X: WOW!!! You look great!!!! Did you mail your progress pictures today? LOL about the lighting being just right. It's funny because it's true for me too. Only I prefer no lighting at all. :7

Lea-X: Miss hearing about your days. I can only imagine how busy you are with two little boys. My boys were physically tiring when they were your boys' ages. I never had to workout then. Restraining them from all their wild adventures carved me out a nice pair of arms! Have fun. They grow sooo fast!

Debra-X: Does your whittle tushie hurt? When Tayler was a toddler, she'd want us to kiss her booboos, even there. Of course, we said NO! And, then we'd laughed in her face. Silly, dramatic girl she was! I believe walking counts as cardio. Last summer I had DOMS for days walking around Hersey Park. Not to mention the bruises from my sneakers' tongues licking my ankles. OUCH!

Traci-X: Thank you very much! I had that Beauty and the Beast song "Almost human again, almost human again..." playing over and over again in my mind! Then it got me thinking what kind of furniture would I be. The couch? :7 Now, if I had to choose one of the characters in the cartoon, it would probably be the clock. What say you? BTW, you are such a GOOD wife!!! I hope you MIL appreciates what a loving wife her son has. You have such a sweet husband!!! I could have done without knowing your pet name though. ROTF! Very SWEET! I understand what you mean. I love watching Phil get excited like a kid in a candy store. I really love him when he's working hard too. Oh, what the heck! I just love my husband. Did you know, I once spent an entire weekend with a homeschool history author. One our last day sightseeing Philadelphia together, she asks, "What is your husband's name? Do you realize that you refer to him as 'my husband' when you talk about him?" Who knew? LOL Um, yaaauh... you don't need to know his name. All you need to know is it's MY husband! :7 Sorry, I'm taking up so much of your precious time away from your studies. Now, get back to work! I need a personal coach as soon as I'm finished with the X. ;-)

Teddygirl: Watch out Wendy-X! Looks like you'll have competition for the XX workout when Teddygirl gets to day 90! Way to go with the shed pounds. How's your sister doing? How are you doing?

Amy: LOL Another naked convert. Gotta love the pivots without shoes! You'll be feeling it more as the weeks fly by! (evilily laughs)

Laurie-X: Blame it on being a Monday. I hated Monday morning classes when I was in college. I once went to take a sip of coffee and it landed on my shirt! My professor burst out laughing in the middle of his lecture. How unprofessional! LOL Today is Yoga for me. Until I get that nectar licking hips one, it's plain ole Yoga-X. sigh

Sandra-X: Ugh! Ouch! Ewww! The tooth knew. Coffee threw a straw? LOL Yeah, you're addicted! I don't know if you want me calling you Lefty. I have left/right dyslexia. Turn left, I mean your other left! ;-) What? Intermediate cardio = LowMax I hope this is this without the interval intensity blasts? Otherwise, I'm really scared of you! Not only do you have strength, but intensified endurance!

Jeanette-X: Hmmm, with all the complexities of wine making, I'm wondering if winemaking could be a counted as chemistry/home ec/biology/cooking for our homeschool next year? LOL Too bad I'm not much of a drinker.

OH MY! I just saw the time. I gotta get ready or I won't have time to stop for DDcoffee.

BBL to chat some more.
Wendy

Hey everyone, my sister just called, they are releasing her today, thank God!! That makes me feel better. They up her meds she already take 17 pills a day just to be able to function everyday, its so sad. I tell you, I’m ready for a good long and hard workoutx( x(

Tracie: where are you? I hope you are feeling better (((hugs)))

Tomorrow, is Yoga day, know can do, I am just not a yoga gal :-( Instead of yoga, I’m going to do my legs. Have a great evening all.

Teddygirl~

I swear it feels like I’ve been eating all day long, or just been eating the wrong things. Let's see........

M1: 1/2c steel cut oats, w/Tbsp on PP =4 pts
M2: 2 ff hebrew national hot dogs w/2 slice of wheat bread = 4pts
M3: 1 1/2c of meatless chili, 2 Tbsp of cheese w/7wheat crackers = 8pts
nibble on chips, aw this is were I blew it

After my workout tonight, I was planning to have m4. Now I don know
M4: 2 skinless chicken legs w/broccoli

Yep I’m over 18 pts oh well………

Hi again. I found my way back to the computer. Go figure.

I wound up doing HardCore Extreme #2: Hi/lo Intervals. I think that's my favourite of the three, although they're all terrific. I like how it so gradually climbs in intensity until you're literally blasting off at the end. My legs were feeling a bit shaky at the start, and my balance was a bit wobbly, so I had a thought during the warm up that this might be the day that I change workouts mid-stream. But once Cathe took us through the first LowMax blast with all those squats the blood finally got to the legs, the joints finally got lubed up, and I was off to the races. Ended up having a ball.

I meant to tack on some pilates ab work, but forgot until I was in the shower. Oops.

TracyX - I wonder what you'll end up doing today. If it's nice outside, I'll bet you're going to do some kind of walk/run, and some yoga.

Teddygirl - Oh my, between your sister and yourself, you must see more than enough of the medical community! Thank heavens you have each other to get through the tough times like these. Are you trying to do P90X + extra cardio on only 18 points a day?? My friend, you must eat more!! Of course you're eating all day....the X works you really intensely. Do NOT feel guilty for exceeding 18 points today. That's roughly 900 calories, and that's roughly half of what you likely need in order to build muscle. Obviously we're all different in our caloric needs, but regardless, 900 is too little for anyone who is working as intensely as you are.

Amy - Have a good time with YogaX today. I really enjoy that one. Have you received Power Yoga for Happiness yet? At the rate I'm going, you'll be trying it before I do!

LaurieX - LOL! Oh, I've had days like that. There are times when I come thisclose to pouring coffee in my cereal (not a bad idea, when you think about it), or putting the coffee pot in the fridge. I'm a bit worried that every time someone mentions "naked KenpoX", I automatically know you mean "bare foot." What's wrong with me that I no longer have a dirty mind? I'm getting old :-(

JeanetteX - I have to go back and read about your adventure yesterday. CTX Upper Body is terrific, isn't it? Those crazy 8's used to just nail me. It was my first exposure to Cathe's weight work, and took me some time to work up to. I have TMJ. I have something slightly askew with the entire right side of my body: jaw, shoulder, elbow, wrist, weaker abs, hip, ankle. Even when I nursed my DD's the right side was always the problem side. Obviously there's something wrong somewhere that's throwing the rest of me out of whack. Maybe Tracy knows something, with her mind-body connection philosophy. It's not enough to be noticeable, even to me, except for the fact that I exercise, which seems to make us more attune to our minor imbalances.

LeaX - Is it too late to change my order? Just kidding! Thanks for ordering them! According to the tracking of my package, it doesn't appear to have gone very far yet. I guess they're waiting to see if it will blow up, before sending it through customs?? Maybe putting it through a decontamination and quarantine procedure? Ooooh, now you're all curious about what I'm sending you ;-)

DebraX - LOL about gassing the baby!!! Why didn't I think of that?? It's the kind of thing that should come naturally to a bad mother like me :) Yes, DH's work should reimburse us...as long as he remembers to pass on the receipts! He's terrible that way. Sometimes I swear his working costs us more money than he makes! So, what workout did you do today?

Wendy - the key is to pick the day 1/3 and 2/3 of the way through in which you are looking your best. If Day 30 lands on the day before your period, you absolutely should NOT take it then! Think of it as the 1/3 mark, not necessarily the 30 day mark. Since you're teaching your kids mixed fractions these days, you should be able to understand what I'm saying :) Definitely take the pics before you start the heavy weight training for the next phase. And do a set of pushups and pull ups right before you take the picture, so you have a good pump in the muscles :) When you go into horse stance, point your toes in whatever direction is comfortable for your knees and offers you good stabilization. Oh, and HCE#2 is waaay harder than YogaX :)

Nicole - I'm glad snow is such a novelty for your kids that they had fun playing in it, in April. If I see another snowflake....I hope Week Two goes well for you! Are you using a pull up bar, bands, or some other option?

I still need to go back and read the rest of yesterday's adventures, but first DD needs a diaper change, and then it might be tomorrow before I get back here. I managed to get a dental appointment at 5pm, near DH's work, so he's going to meet us at the mall nearby and feed the kids in the food court while I have my appointment. It's a gorgeous day here so I'm going to take the kids to park by the mall to play for a bit, first. They're obviously going to be freezing my gum; am I going to be able to eat dinner afterwards? Or should I fill the tank up first? I've never had dental surgery before.

Have a great day,
SandraX

SandraX- I'm using the bands. I tried to do one pull-up and that was pretty funny. Maybe one day:) Yeah, we don't get snow here to often, maybe four times a year and even then no more than a foot in the mountains about a 1/2 hour away. The funny thing is that it's going to be 80 degrees by Wednesday. If you don't like the weather here just wait a day!

Monday is almost over here. Checking in late. I have decided to do the Lean program. I will do the selected DVD or use a bike ride or other activity as substitute. I need cardio.

Over the weekend I completed the CardioX, PlyoX, Ab Ripper and a short bit of Stretch. I was pumped and couldn't wait to get started this morning.

Sharing time- Saturday afternoon while making lunch I felt my abs tingling and feeling very, well- good.

I was very scared of Chest and Back. I did it anyhow. I got five pull ups unassisted the first set. The remainder of the wo using the chair. Crunchy Frogs are by far the baddest! x(

Tony is fun. His California attitude is unlike any other instructors. This is really the w/o for those who "want" to bring it. Otherwise it won't work. IMO.:) Does that make sense?

Have a great evening and a super start to your Tuesday Xer's!
