Well I got a double workout in today and will meet two friends at 8am tomorrow and do a 7 miler. I'm thinking after I finish P90X to spend the next 8 weeks doing 3 weekly runs and alternating weeks between S&H, Pyramids, GymStyles and Pure Strength. So one series each week and twice through each series. Does that make sense? Do you think this is a good idea?? My goals are to get running more( I think 3x/week is enough as I just want to do a fun half marathon not worry about my time) and to continue building muscle definition that I started with P90X. I might add in some extra ab work and maybe some pilates. DH is interested in doing this with me. What do all of you fitness experts think of this plan??
I ended up with my niece and nephew here to sleepover. (My sister's kids) They are best buddies with my kids and very close in age.Almost more like siblings than cousins. They often sleepover at each other's houses on the weekends. DH took them out to rent movies. The boys are going to watch upstairs and the girls downstairs. Kim
