X'ers 1/2/07 TUESDAY

I'm back! Just finished Core Synergistics for the first time and I am pretty sweaty. It really got my heart rate up there at times. I thought that it was difficult and this workout is a great fit for a week of recovery from heavy weights. You still use your muscles, but in a very different way. I don't think that doing this workout on a weekly basis would provide me with the results I am seeking, but as I already stated - it's good for recovery week. I don't think that I will ever be able to do all of the moves the way that they do on the DVD, but that is great because I will always have room to challenge myself.
