Cathe, I don't know how you do it, but you've topped yourself once again. This series is absolutely amazing. I didn't think I would be interested in the 100 rep challenges, but they are awesome. It is worth it for the hip thrusts alone. But maybe if I keep doing biceps, I'll finally be able to keep up with you in that arena--I've only been trying for over 10 years now. ;)

Oh, and I was shocked in Hard Strikes that you didn't turn the scissors into plyo lunges. I'm not complaining, mind you. I was just gearing up for it and was pleasantly surprised when they didn't come. ;)

Also please tell your programmers that they are appreciated. This site is an incredible tool, and they do a wonderful job. I can only imagine the hours they've put in with getting X-Train in the Workout Manager and then having to deal with the server problems.
