Cathe, I don't know how you do it, but you've topped yourself once again. This series is absolutely amazing. I didn't think I would be interested in the 100 rep challenges, but they are awesome. It is worth it for the hip thrusts alone. But maybe if I keep doing biceps, I'll finally be able to keep up with you in that arena--I've only been trying for over 10 years now.
Oh, and I was shocked in Hard Strikes that you didn't turn the scissors into plyo lunges. I'm not complaining, mind you. I was just gearing up for it and was pleasantly surprised when they didn't come.
Also please tell your programmers that they are appreciated. This site is an incredible tool, and they do a wonderful job. I can only imagine the hours they've put in with getting X-Train in the Workout Manager and then having to deal with the server problems.
