Okay, I know all the possible reasons, and I'm trying to remain positive, but I'm still a bit frustrated. I'm on week 2 of the 90 day undulating rotation. I've gained over 4 pounds and almost an inch in my waist. I've tried to eat very clean--I even gave up my beloved dark chocolate. Yesterday I was super careful on calories because I was doing Bi's and Tri's, so not much calorie burn there. I was up 2 pounds this morning since yesterday. Yeah, I know it's not 2 lbs of fat gained in one day, but still . . . . Yes, I have been drinking plenty of water and getting enough protein. And, no, I didn't go below 1200 calories.
I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I know it's probably just water retention and I need to hang in there, but I so want to get rid of this dang muffin top.
And, yes, I've gotten out the notebook and am back to tracking and zig-zagging calories. How I hate that!!!!
