Good evening girls
Yup, miss late poster at it again tonight. After work, got home and did S&A and ARX which is a 75 min w/o. Ug! I wasn't sure if I had enough umph to make it thru, but I did pretty well and mostly matched my previous weights so I couldn't complain. Then it was a quick protein shake, shower, and off to Cody's game. It was another nail biter and they won!
I can't keep my butt glued to the seat during those games....geez, they are exhausting!
LOL! Then we went out to dinner after that b/c it was too late to cook anything (that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!). We didn't walk back in the door until 9, so here I finally am.
Shirl - So sorry to hear about the yucks. It's going around, that's for sure. Thankfully I only got a small bout of it and am on the mend, but there's lots of folks up north feeling miserable.
Rest, take lots of fluids, and take care of yourself girl.
Jen - Hmmm - you got me thinkin' again about Jari's w/o's. There's still a couple of em' I haven't tried. It's awesome that you are getting results. Endurance w/o's whoop my butt too.
How's the pooch doing?
Jacque - B&G is a long w/o. I think that's why I don't reach for it as much as I should.
You know, when I get sick, I crave nasty foods and not the good stuff that I should have. I had to go to Micky D's yesterday and got sundaes for everyone. I "needed" a hot fudge sundae and chicken nuggests. I didn't even know which drive thru window to stop at since I hardly ever go there. *lol* But, nothin' beats their ice cream. Yummy! ACK!!
The long days will go away once B-ball season is over. It only lasts about 5 weeks so it won't be long. I'm gonna miss it when it's over.
Ahhhhh - I would be basking in your weather.
Sounds wonderful! Can you run comfortably outside all year long?
Diana - Early morning meetings kick my arse. I'm in such a fog on those days.
Cody's team is doing really well, unfortunately not much thanks to Cody. *lol* He's having fun though and coach is starting to ride him more, which is starting to get to him.....but it's OK, Cody needs to hear it from someone other than mom and dad. He's not much of a runner and gets tired really easily. He really needs to get more exercise, but we'll tackle that issue after the season is over. I'm thinking about maybe a TM purchase, but I fear he wouldn't use it. Although, I would!
The wrestling season is almost over already?? Didn't it just start? How's Jarod liking it?
So glad the new/old job is back on!
Laura - Booo on those migranes.
What'd the eye Dr. say? Hope you are getting some relief.
So relieved to hear DH is outta the woods. Whew! Sorry that he is sick but it's a small price to pay eh? I'll bet he's glad to be gettin the heck out of those trailers. Maybe the strikers decided to turn on the TV and see all the plants that are closing their doors. It sure is scarey out there right now.
How much longer will the pups be nutty? Yikes! It's gotta be funny as heck in your house right now though.
Haven't done any KCM w/o's....sorry can't help you there.
Have fun with Super Cardio tonight.
Wendy - Ah yes, the Centergy class! I'd love to try that out just once. *lol* Just once!
So how long are the dance classes? Just once a week or more often? Sounds fun!
Hope you start feeling better soon. Seems as if we are all passing a bug around.
Heya Dee Dee
I'll chit chat with you all tomorrow....but not too early.
