Good Morning!
I have a stiff neck this morning and I am not happy.

MY DD climbed in bed with us in the middle of the night and I must have slept in an odd position. I can barely move to the left. I stretched and massaged it for about 30 minutes already. I had planned to do yoga today. Maybe that will help. I am supposed to teach 2 classes this afternoon.
Eating was tidy yesterday. I had a small piece of homemade banana cake I made. It was yummy and worth it!

Robin, I've never tried Kashi oatmeal. Maybe your coworker will take your lead and start making healthier food choices.
