Has anyone tried this plan? I am thinking of joining and am hoping to get my DH to join too. I have less than 10 pounds to lose but he has 20 or so.
The only problem is that he doesn't really have any desire to eat better or workout. He was in great shape when we met 6 years ago but now has no desire to eat good or workout. His diet consists of diet soda, lots of bread and carbs and cookies and candy. He does not work out at all.
I try and work out 30-60 minutes a day, depending on my schedule. I have to get rid of those last few baby pounds.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
