Ok today was the first time I did this one...and let me tell ya it ROCKED!! As I've stated before I've done P90X and during a couple of those workouts (Plyo and Chest & Back to be specific) I've finished feeling rather nauseous :-( :-( ...like I had just worked as hard as I possibly could have. I have to say I haven't had that feeling since starting Cathe...until Boot Camp!! I thought I was going to hurl after finishing that thing...and all I could think of was the rotation Cathe made up where she has you doing that thing TWICE ?!?! Whoever can do that beast two times in a row deserves a couple free DVD's, Cathe's treat :7 :7 !! Can't wait to do that one again...but I think I'd have to be institutionalized if I thought I wanted to do it again RIGHT NOW .
