would love to see Imax 4 and Lowmax II

Would it involve leaping in the air while swinging our walkers? :p

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.

Imax 2 is my absolute favorite to really get the heartrate up. I love how quickly the 6 repetions fly by - not too repetitive but just enough to keep it interesting. And the intensity blasts are some of Cathe's best.

I love Low Max for the fantastic leg workout. For a Low Max II, I'd like it more along the lines of Imax 2 in terms of repetition. Interval #7 is probably my absolute favorite of all of Cathe's workouts.

Two "oldies but goodies" in my book!

An Imax 4 with a second cardio/weights workout along the lines of Imax 2/Cardio & Weights would be awesome! Pretty please, Cathe? :)

I'm not kickbox girl, either. I never feel like I can get my heart rate up when kickboxing. IMAX3 is a mystery to me since I can't believe human beings can do those moves (the high jumps). I really need to check out IMAX2 since everyone seems to love it. Loved loved loved LowMax but one is not enough.
