Worried about my baby:(

Hi all,

I'm just sitting in the hospital waiting room while my 9 year old DD has surgery to remove a suspicious looking mole. I'm not one to pray much, but I'd appreciate all the good vibes I can get right about now. This is not fun.

Thanks for your kindness everyone! We are home and all went well. DD was a model patient and got a bunch of goodies from the nurses to play hospital at home Now I just need to hurry up and wait for the results. Ah, the joys of being a parent, right?

I will pray for you & your son. You should give it a try there is so much power in prayer.

I can also tell you that both of my sons as well as myself have also had moles removed because they were suspicious. My sons have always been fine. I have had 2 spots of basal cell which as far as skin cancer goes is the best one to get - if that makes sense. We are very firm about using sunblock now.
