Circuit Max is similar. She does 6 cycles, each containing 5 minutes of cardio immediatley followed by 2 minutes muscle endurance.
She does 2 biceps, 2 triceps, 2 shoulders for muscular endurance, then she does chest and shoulders on the floor after the cardio is finished. For the cardio, I beleive she does 2 high/low, 2 kickbox and 2 step. I haven't done it in a while, but I know it is a great workout and I enjoy it.
