I had a real good wo today.

30 minNordictrack hr 155-165
PUB abs with a twist
P90X Chest Shoulders and Triceps

For some reason I was feeling real good and strong today.:) :) For the abs I used medicine ball instead of the stability ball. For the "tapping" with one leg only I did V ups w/ the medball. Oh man. Also, for the obliques I did w/ legs up in the air and double time. I love pain.....:7 :7 :7

Hi all, hope you had a good 4th of July.

Am really tired today, had to walk a lot of stairs in the office (we do have an elevator, but I always use the stairs). And when I got home played frisbee with my kids while throwing balls for Rover. Guess that was plenty exercise for today ;-)))

Carole, great run!! Congrats. An 8min mile....(sigh) in my dreams :)

Mari, how do you use a med ball when doing V-ups?

Hi all, I managed 42 min. on the bike, my weight workout didn't happen because our male cat peed all over my comforter then on the bed too. My dining room floor is getting rebuilt so the men helping my dh arrived so I didn't want to workout in front of them. So I will have to double up or do something different this week. At least I rode the bike:) .

Today I did Boot Camp. I was feeling pretty strong so I also did the Intermediate Hight Step workout. (It's a lot tougher when you do it after another workout!).
 
Thanks Dutchie and Mari for your congrats! As I don't place very often it was a real treat. I am doubling up on a day of P90X this week as I have another race this Sat. Hard to think of a 9.3 mile trail run as a race though...you cannot run very fast...:)...so I did PlyoX and Ab RipperX this morning and will do Chest, Shoulders and Biceps this afternoon. Mari...you must have some killer abs girl!!! Shelbygirl, sounds like a long tough workout!!
