PUB abs with a twist
P90X Chest Shoulders and Triceps
For some reason I was feeling real good and strong today.
For the abs I used medicine ball instead of the stability ball. For the "tapping" with one leg only I did V ups w/ the medball. Oh man. Also, for the obliques I did w/ legs up in the air and double time. I love pain.....:7 :7 :7
