This morning I did Low Impact Circuit. Been a long time since I did the whole thing. There's a lot of cardio this first week. Yikes! Scattered through the week are Double Wave Pyramid, Circuit Blast AND Cardio Core Circuit.
This morning I got on the scale for the first time in a couple months and I'm down 3 1/2 pounds. Me like! Another 3 and I'll be quite pleased and getting closer to where I want to be. I would love to ditch the next three by the end of August. First time the scale has moved downward that much for me in several years. And I hardly worked out and my eating choices weren't great. Thank you hot weather for the lack of appetite.

Kimberly it sounds like your workouts are just rolling along!! I did the push up challenge and got 20. I figure that's about as high as I'm going and didn't try it again.
