Good morning ladies....I am planning on Legs & Glutes standing legwork and a 7 mile run.

Well, I started Rhythmic Step (for the first time)but stopped about 25 minutes into it - I just wasn't feeling motivated.

Carole.... Did you watch the Cubs - it wasn't televised here and I'm only 3 hours south of Chicagox( but they won 12-5!:)

Annette...Welcome back and I'm glad you had so much fun and I bet you were one hot mama in that new black dress! Work it girl!

Lydia... I forgot about "popeye arms" - you made me crack up - I just might have to pull that one out for old times sake!

Laurie - Isn't that mold disgusting - we cleaned it out of my grandma's basement and it is so GROSS but bleach makes it much easier. Bet you're glad you got that job done.

The dentist I work for was a real CRABBY PANTS yesterday so hopefully today will go better - it has too! ;-)

Wendy...no I didn't watch the game but DH told me the Cubs are a whole game ahead!!

Annette...yes we did miss you and welcome back. I bet the 7 lbs is mostly water...you will drop that in no time...:)

I had a great run although I did feel Legs & Glute in my glutes the last mile...:7 ....Carole

Hi everyone:

Work was really slow and boring today, so I did KP&C, 30 minutes of ab hits, and my own made up circuit weight routine. I will sleeping well tonight.

Hey Carole: That was a wonderful workout!!! My day today was jam packed so I did it mid afternoon without having lunch, I figured I'd start running out of gas but I surprised myself. I did the whole thing and was thrilled to see interval 9 as the last cardio (now THERE'S an endorphin rush!!). I wasn't getting much height on the last set of pliee jacks but I finished feeling very good. I know that the Terminator is going to be one that I come back to over and over again!!!:)

Hi, everyone!

Wendy, sorry about your boss...I'm always praying our will retire:) (He's over 70, so he can; but his age isn't the problem; heck, my 83 yo dad is sharper than this guy!)

My Body Blasts arrived (where are the Intensities I ordered over a week ago????), so I did Supersets...gave the cardio a break.

BTW, I've emailed SNM about the Intensity order...waiting for a reply.
