Morning All,

Thank you all for your support yesterday.

Did first half of Legs&Glutes (knees were not painfull at all so they must be getting better) and the Body Max UB part but no abs cause no time. Was a 1 hour w/o regardless..

If I have time and can motivate myself to get changed and the mat out I will do the abs later today.

Good morning Dutchie, nice to hear your knees are doing better! I did Bodymax upper shoulders, biceps and triceps the other day I think its a good workout for a short period of time..today I'll do MIS Biceps & triceps, a 6 mile run and maybe abs if I have time. Enjoy the day....:)...Carole

Dutchie-I'm glad your knees are feeling better.

Today I did Step works but for some reason I have had little energy these past couple of day. I don't know if it is that "time of the month" }( or what but I am having trouble dragging myself out of bed to work out. Hopefully this is just a slump and I will be able to put 100% into my workouts tomorrow. Does anyone else feel sluggish when it is "that time"?

Yes...I believe TTOTM can be culprit for being a bit sluggish....:)...as I don't have the sluggish feeling every month, sometimes I do...:)...Carole
 
Hi all, I did Chest and Back off the CTX Upper body split, then did Kickbox and abs off of Leaner Legs. I cut back out my whole wheat crackers went to bed hungry and was back down a pound and a half this morning. I am not sure if it is all the crackers or the fact that my body is adjusting to new workouts or muscle gain.:) I just can't put my finger on it. I will stay away from the crackers another day and see if I can at least get back to my goal.:D

But since I'm here, this morning I did Leaner Legs, 500 walking lunges, a ¼ mile jog and CTX Kickbox.

Interesting mix for me today, 20 min stairmaster, cardio/ub from HSTA and abs from Karen Voight Circuit workout.

Annette, maybe you retained water because of the salty crackers. Dutche, I'm happy about the knee. :) :) How is your friend?

Hi Ladies,

I have been very bad this week. I only did 40 minutes of pilates on Monday and 20 minutes of biking on tuesday and nothing on Wednesday.
I have not been able to motivate myself this week to work out. I have a race this Saturday and it is 30K trail run called the Bulldog 50K/30K trail run. I plan on spinning tonight for 1.5 hours, I hope that will loosen up my legs for Saturday.
