Workout Schedule?

Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone can answer a question for me...Is is ok to do a full-body workout every other day? And is ok to do Cardio on the "off" days? Thanks!!

Sounds great to me! You may even want to maximize your calorie burning by adding a short cardio session after your full body workout on a couple of your lifting days.
 
Three weighted workouts is a good, advanced plan. It will yield a well toned and sculpted body. But, be careful of overtraining. You may want to scale back to two per week for a few weeks first. Listen to your body and take an extra rest day when needed.

Thanks, Shereta! I'm definitely going to listen to my body. Besides, since my workouts are now going to take longer than what I do now, I'm going to need to wake up even earlier to do them (I wake up at 4:30am now), so now I'm thinking probably around 4 am. I have a 2 yr.-old and a 12 yr.-old in sports and I also work full-time, so usually that's the only time I have. :) Thanks, again!
