Hi all, I guess I will start.
I did Kick, Punch and Crunch with an audience today. A neighbor girl was here and wanted to watch me,
!! She even tried to do some of the warmup and was saying how hard it was. My son mentioned to her that it was only the warmup and to wait for the real workout!!
:7 Needless to say she didn't last very long but continued to watch.:+
I will say I did not use the stability ball for the abs I just don't feel anything on the ball.:+
So I did my own thing for those.
I will also say that this week I was able to increase my weight on all the upper body workouts so that was a great accomplishment for me!!:7
