Hi, Cathe!

Per your earlier response to my post/request (RE: Muscle Max & Muscle Endurance workouts v. Body Pump), I bought some more of your workouts to help me round out my library based upon my goals. In order for you to recommend a rotation, I am going to list what I have in total:

1. Slow & Heavy (All)
2. Hardcore Series (all Gym Style & Muscle Max)-- CoreMax & Stretch Max from FITTV (all three 20-min. workouts of each))
3. KickMax
4. PowerHour + (bought b/c of our earlier discussion regarding its similarity to Body Pump)
5. Pure Strength Series
6. Intensity Series (previously doing from FITTV, but purchased today).
7. Body Blast (Legs & Glutes, Push/Pull, Supersets)

Okay. As the Subject indicates, this is the what I'm shooting for. Based upon what I own, can you recommend a rotation? I am trying to duplicate your post-pregnancy program and shock my body into some motivating results!

Whatever you can recommend would be so appreicated! Thanks, Cathe. All my best to you and your continued success.

Ann

Hi, Kathy02,

Thanks. I had read the same thing, but what I was looking for in my post was more specifics, i.e., a very representative rotation of what Cathe did when she started incorporating the workouts which inspired the Intensity Series. Does that make sense. Specifically, she describes:

"Since I was already teaching Kickbox, Interval, Step, and Body Pump, I rearranged these workouts to provoke a new response. The members were game for this change so I spent the next 6 weeks changing many of my current workouts into circuit style blasts. I created circuits by doing the following: 1) weights with cardio, 2) high intensity cardio mixed with low intensity cardio, 3) cardio, weights, high and low intensity all in one 4) all weights high reps and moderate weight, 4) all weights, mixed poundage, pyramid style. Wow, what a difference; not only did the time fly by, but my additional stubborn 10 pounds flew off in a matter of 8 weeks."

I want a rotation that represents that. Thanks so much, though. I love these forums. I am learning so much and love my (expanding) Cathe library.

Take care.
