Hi, Cathe!
Per your earlier response to my post/request (RE: Muscle Max & Muscle Endurance workouts v. Body Pump), I bought some more of your workouts to help me round out my library based upon my goals. In order for you to recommend a rotation, I am going to list what I have in total:
1. Slow & Heavy (All)
2. Hardcore Series (all Gym Style & Muscle Max)-- CoreMax & Stretch Max from FITTV (all three 20-min. workouts of each))
3. KickMax
4. PowerHour + (bought b/c of our earlier discussion regarding its similarity to Body Pump)
5. Pure Strength Series
6. Intensity Series (previously doing from FITTV, but purchased today).
7. Body Blast (Legs & Glutes, Push/Pull, Supersets)
Okay. As the Subject indicates, this is the what I'm shooting for. Based upon what I own, can you recommend a rotation? I am trying to duplicate your post-pregnancy program and shock my body into some motivating results!
