WORKOUT Monday 7/19

Hi all I guess I will start. I did Slow and Heavy Chest and I was able to up my weight so that felt good. Instead of starting out with 15 pound dumbbells for chest press I used 22.5 pounds dumbbells, then for the 2nd set I stayed with the same and for the 3rd I dropped to 17.5 pounds dumbbells. For flies I started with 15's then dropped to 12's then 10. I usually start with 12's so I did better.:7 I will probably be extra sore tomorrow, I usually am and with upping my weight I should really feel it.

Then after taking my son to tennis, I did a 52 min. premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch and abs only off of PSBB&A.:D

I really burned the calories today.:eek: :)

Hi Annette...thanks for starting..:)...congrats on your weight increase for Slow & Heavy! Those are tough workouts. Yes, I agree you really burned the calories. I started getting a sore throat this morning...yuk...so I am a bit tired but did 2 Imax2 intervals and CardioX. This afternoon I will try P90X Chest & Back then AbRipper....I was laying in the sun...til it started raining!!...:)...Carole
 
Well I was feeling lazy - in fact today was the first morning in months that I haven't got up early to work out but after reading this thread - I'm going to do High Step Training now- these forums are great motivation!
 
I had scheduled a 5K run, but in the woods, Rover disappeared. So instead of running I had to search for him. :(

I only ran 3K:( and no time for the scheduled SJP weights only after.
