Hi all I guess I will start. I did Slow and Heavy Chest and I was able to up my weight so that felt good. Instead of starting out with 15 pound dumbbells for chest press I used 22.5 pounds dumbbells, then for the 2nd set I stayed with the same and for the 3rd I dropped to 17.5 pounds dumbbells. For flies I started with 15's then dropped to 12's then 10. I usually start with 12's so I did better.:7 I will probably be extra sore tomorrow, I usually am and with upping my weight I should really feel it.
Then after taking my son to tennis, I did a 52 min. premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch and abs only off of PSBB&A.
I really burned the calories today.
