Good Morning,
Last night after work I did Push/Pull Upper Body only-2 sets. I had never done this before but I used heavier weights and it was a lot of fun-something different.
This morning I did Legs and Glutes. I can already feel it in my rear end - Can't imagine what it will feel like tomorrow morning.}( ;( . I love a workout like that - it lets me know it's working
Carole-how does you achilles feel today? Take it easy.
Maria, you definitely make me want to get the Circuit Max DVD.
Laurie, what a great compliment -definitely can make a girls week, huh?
Oh, last thing, is it the 28th yet?;-)
